Service was not thorough at all. No attention to detail. Services included in paid subscription were not performed. Pet bowl and food were sprayed with pesticide with no attempt to avoid or consideration of possible harm to my pet. Based on the multiple black widows around Perimeter of my property it is my conclusion that this is a result of incomplete service of prior visits as noticed this visit. I am fortunate to have arrived home shortly before the tech completed his service or I would have not have witnessed the absolute lack of unprofessional service I have been receiving at my residence by your company. I am disappointed with the service by your company to say the least

I'm not sure if their product is the issue, or the application. Either way, your throwing out your money with this company! On top of the fact that their service had NO effect on my bug situation (spiders, mosquitoes, fleas), they're a bunch of thieves who refuse to cancel your "contract" unless your willing to pay an exorbitant fee! And be very careful, if you don't call to cancel your contract before your last annual appointment, they automatically renew your contract. Last visit, I watched them treat my house and yard from my security cameras. The guy didn't know I was home sick in bed. He walked around, sprayed here and there. Not what we payed for! And if it was done right in the first place, why should it be necessary to have it redone? I'm so disgusted and disappointed. Not only with the service, but with how unprofessionally they handle unhappy homeowners. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!

I had an appointment for 5PM and I was supposed to get a phone call 1/2 hour before he arrived. He came to my house broke my back gate to get in because my fence is old and I needed to let him in or have him walk though my house. Didn't spray inside my shed which I wanted done. I came home from work early two day to get this done and it never got completed. Whatever you're guys are spaying is making more bugs eat my plants then I had before the first visit. The tech didn't ring my doorbell because I have a ring doorbell and again didn't call me so I canceled my account and I'm getting issued a refund of my $89.00. Not a paying customer anymore.

The reps who sign you up will straight up lie to you. The reps will say anything to get the service and of course know that you will not read the entire contract. The person insisted that all charges would be refunded and that the contract would be void if we did not see a lasting and marked improvement regarding pests and insects. The effects of the treatments are indeed seen - though only for about 2-3 weeks and then everything returns to the way it was (and perhaps worse). I have now paid over $250 to this horrible company and they are billing me for an additional $150 per the terms of the contract. To make matters worse, I am now receiving menacing calls from these people insisting the amount must be paid. If not paid the matter will be sent to collections.

However, we were given a service window of 12:30-2:30 and were disappointed when he didn't arrive until 2 hours after appointment window. When we signed up for Aptive they said we'd get a call, text or email day of service, 20-30 minutes before technician arrival, that didn't happen today.

Haven't been receiving calls or emails on when our technician will be coming out for the last two quarters now. They haven't gotten our backyard for 6 months because they fail to call us. I thought the last time was my fault, that maybe I didn't see that they called, however I know for certain they did not call this time. Will be looking to switch to someone more customer friendly and who can make sure to tell us when they will be coming out. Haven't seen a difference either in any bugs since they started.

This is at least the second time a technician has missed big spiderwebs on my back porch. I tell them when they arrive. I know this time, the technician did come up on the back porch but he was up there for less than a minute and missed the spiderwebs.

My wife and I live on Forest Lake and I always sprayed for spiders myself using Ortho Home Defense and It works will but you have to do it almost every week. A person came to my door from Aptive Environmental and we discussed the spiders that are prevalent around the lake. He said there system illuminates the spiders and his man comes and wipes down the house and then sprays with there chemical. Well he brushed around the house with a small brush and sprayed the house which total time was maybe half hour. Never saw anyone again and it cost me $100. Will the spider webs were back in 2 weeks. I called and talked to a Aptive customer service person and told her I will pay the $100 but I don't want to continue with your services. Well, she said no that I sighed a contract. Then they sent another bill for $200 and they never did another thing to my house but sent another bill. It's a scam. I never been duped before so blatantly from what the salesman said and how the customer service person was. Be careful. I'd love to least my phone number for call backs but I am afraid to.

1) Did not receive a reminder of service to include time of day they would arrive 2) Did not receive notice that service had been performed but did receive notice that payment had been taken. Unsure when safe to let animals/children out to play 3) understood that eaves would have cobwebs removed before spraying but many are showing 4) Besides payment being taken, there was no evidence that anyone had been here or completed any service which isn’t ok for me...

On August 8th, we had an Aptive technician come to our residence in order to perform our initial quarterly treatment. (We believe that the technician's name was Ron.)  Our 17 year old son's shoes, which had been in our basement prior to our initial treatment, are now missing. The technician was the only person, other than the members of our household, to come in and out of our residence on August 8th. The shoes that we believe were taken by the technician are a pair of men's $300 Adidas Yeezy shoes. The company said that a branch manager is looking into the situation. However, the company has not responded to our request for the branch manager's name, phone number, and/or email address.
