Scammed. Do not purchase this service. We are paying a lot of money to still have to deal with bugs and spider webs. We were told our gutters would be be cleaned. Not. We were told spider webs and bugs would be gone. Not. Very disappointing. If we cancel, we still have to pay for the full year. Painful.

My wife took off from work and waited for the technician at home. We don’t know when he came, he did not ring the doorbell. We needed treatment inside the home, and that didn’t happen. There was no notice or paperwork left at the door, to indicate that the technician was here.

Technician rang the doorbell to announce his arrival. I asked about chemicals used inside the home and are they user friendly. He replied as long as they're dry, about an hour. He treated the front of the house and left. I never saw him on either side of the house and know for certain he did not treat the back.

Bad exp so far , in first visit , laby who showed up didn't have any clue about plants and what to spray on them , on second visit , a guy who showed , promised to do something, just left off half way through, didn't even spray inside the home or on plants, didn't even talk or take signature from us before leaving.

Stated removal of egg sacks and webs as well as cleaning the eaves of insects. Every single window in my house still has all those things, none of them have been touched. Who knows if he actually did the chemical treatment I also paid for.
