GoBank custom service is the WORST I have ever expirenced. I was hit with 14 fraudulent (out of state) charges all within a few hours on a single day and it has been a nightmare to get this resolved through GoBank. I called same day as I started seeing the charge notifications on my phone. It is incredibly difficult to even get to a human being when you call their support line. After entering all the account & SS info into the automated system, NONE of it transfers to the CS Rep who requires it all again. Then after 20min I was told I had to wait for ALL 14 “pending” transactions to “GO THROUGH” and become actual charges and then CALL BACK and report them ALL AGAIN. After waiting 3 days I did just that and was told 1 had still not posted so I would have to call back a THIRD TIME for that last one. Then after 30min going over everything the CS Rep told me to listen to the following recorded message and follow all the procedures. The recorded message said I needed to go “find” their transaction dispute form online and list all the transactions and a LITINEY of other details and mail the form to them before they would take action! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Terrible. Go bank is the worst. Like this article says.. its all about luck so if u have a bump in the road like a stolen card or disputing a transaction. You will be sorry you chose gobank.
