I got an Uber card with GoBank in order to access funds more rapidly. After one month my account got cleaned out by fraudulent charges in Italy and in the U.S. I reported the fraudulent charges and they closed my account and said there was nothing they could do. I made numerous calls and never got any customer service rep in the United States. I had one person tell me in broken English that it’s not a real bank with the same protections.

This company is the absolute worst. Their customer service by far worse than any other company. They took money out of my account without merit. After weeks of arguing with them because they pretend not to understand ( or they are not able to understand) , I closed the account. I tried calling them now and the answering machine wont put anyone through if you don't have an account, I still have an issue because they sent a letter saying the credited my account now, even though the account is closed. Can't call and can"t get my money, A 1 is too good of a rating for this company

My account was hacked. They basically called me a liar and said I withdrew the funds. I went thru their 2 week process and waited on supporting documents that never arrived. When I contacted them again they said they would resend them with the same 2 week window... still waiting on them to file a police report. This bank is a joke and a scam. Please don't trust your money with them.

Typical- you call for help and you get someone from India answering. I'm so tired of this. I signed up on gobank.com to use and view my account online and it wont let me log in!!!!!! It keeps saying my security answer is wrong and that it does not have my last 4 of my social on file (it says I am putting it in wrong) I called and the wonderful overseas helper can't unlock my account or fix the problem! I am not stupid! I know my information. This is B.S. that No one can help on their end!!!

Don't know how they can even get a 1 star rating. I drive for Uber, they sent me a card matched to the wrong account... they won't allow for you to ever have more than 1. If you cancel, you're screwed you can never sign up again. Tried to explain situation to customer care. They don't care, at all. They just try to get you on their other products instead of fixing the actual problem. Service rep wasn't listening to me at all, wouldn't transfer me to anyone else. They take a 2 day minimum to respond to issues. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Unable to do simple things like get a statement. Security password wasn't clearing, so I called the 'Bank', to reset it. But apparently this 'bank', unlike all the other legit banks in the world, can't reset your password. Meaning if for some reason your password isn't working, your essentially locked out of your account. Very poor customer service, pretty much non existent. Clueless staff, bad system.

BEWARE! Go Bank is the worst bank ever if you have a problem or you lose your card you are S.O.L. good luck getting a customer service rep on the line to fix the issue. There phone system is completely worthless. I called there customer service number at least 20 times and entered my correct information and my call was dropped I don't even think they have customer service agents.

I reported lost of my debit card. Couldn't get contact with a live customer service rep for couple of days. After that i received an email to provide an ID . I submitted driver's license's photo. They asked me to wait for 2 days, Didn't receive any notification from them 3rd i called and they told me my ID was not approved that's why my account is closed. all this proses took 15 days and the amount i had in my account they said will be sent by check which takes another 15 days. So just to get my own money i have to wait for a month. I am still waiting for the check.

I recently lost my debit card. Charges totally $245. were charged to my account. I reported these unauthorized charges. Its been 15 days and still waiting for them to credit my account. I was told it will take up to 45 days to get my money. If I wanted my money faster I should call each vendor to ask inform them of the incident. Once you file a claim you are not suppose to call customer service because they will have no information. Will never use this bank again.

By far THE worst financial experience in my entire life. Money missing from account. Can't access account and haven't been able to in over a month. Told my Securtiy Question is not being answered correctly, but it is. They are baffled. No explanation. Can't activate cards. Had to upload ID for even more verification. And while all this has happened, no access to my $500, yet somehow transactions have processed and the funds are virtually all gone.

I was very pleased with my gobank card until my information was hacked and my account was cleaned out. The worst part of the whole situation is that GOBANK customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I have called trying to file a dispute for the lost funds which has been 5 days now and spend at least 1 hour on hold before i get tired and just hang up. So i have spent at least 8 hours on hold with no results.

Although you can view and print a statement, you can not download data for accounting needs. The only format the file comes is a .pdf. Currently they do not have a .csv (spreadsheet) or .dat (database) file format. At this time, I can not do my taxes based on the limitations of their file format. I have been trying for six months to have this remedied and so far, no luck.

Scam. I should have read the reviews.. I admit it, I should have read the reviews first because they just took me for $23.00. I tried to verity my account but my tell me: "Whoops. That doesn't match up. Please take a look at your card expiration date and re-enter it." Thing is I put in the exp date correctly...dozens times. I thought it was a malfunction at first, but after I read the reviews, I believe it's a scam. I'm sick of corporations pulling this stuff. I seriously think we should consider a class action lawsuit.

Gobank is great, UNTIL you have a problem; their CS representatives are obviously doing nothing but reading from scripts, my husband has spent hours on the phone and time off work trying to get $1400 dollars in erroneous pending charges removed from our account, as of today they have stayed on the account for over 20 days causing our house payment to be late and delayed us putting a downpayment on a new vehicle. My recommendation is that you NOT use this company.

Lost my card and had no access to my money for over 2 weeks. They only have 2 options to get your money but neither of them worked for my situation and they refused to even try to work with me. My new card was going to be arriving soon but I needed my money now so when I called I got the run around by what sounded like the same girl who was pretending to be a supervisor then someone from the lost card department. Each time I was transfered they cancelled my card and requested a new one. So now I'm waiting...... once I get my money I'm never using them again!

It has now been 12 days and counting. I was issued a refund by a merchant who only charged my card by accident. You would think this would be automatic. For the 10th day they said it was still pending, then it was not found. Now it has been found but being investigated bc "This never happens " I don't even know how to get my.money I am so pissed. $157.10. Why would a bank have to steal. But I am reporting them.to the FDIC

If you expect to have access to your own money or even decent US based customer service, do not purchases a GoBank card!! Because they screwed up my mailing address, they deactivated my card, with every dime I have put on it, and now have to wait 7 business days to get at MY MONEY????? Not one customer service rep eis from the US, they barely speak English, nobody above the phone answers to speak with, no expedited shipping of cards, no help with problems they create, etc...... horrible customer service if disputing any transaction refund or otherwise they will cancel your card with no prior given notice and send a new one also the bank will not authorize any transactions untill you activate the new card smh I Don't think I will be keeping this account as soon (if ever) as i get my new card i will be taking out all my money and hopefully opening a One United Bank account I all ready have a cc with them and so far no complaints

Uber uses GoBank for instant pay but you can not even withdraw all your money. Max withdraw is $2500 every 30 days. So if you make $5000 per month and deposit it you will never see all your money without closing your account even then it takes weeks upon weeks to get a check. IF even GoBank decides your account was legit. I've heard of others closing their accounts GoBank freezing the money and saying you must prove every transaction.

I have been having an issue with the card since my second week of use. They have taken finds out of my account that were not supposed to. If I have a negative balance and try and clear the balance by transferred funds into the account, the negative balance gets higher. I'm so frustrated with this card and most of their representatives. The majority act like its nothing they can do about it or as if they're a part of a scam.

This is the worst company ever!! They have been holding on to funds that I have earned when driving for Uber. I wouldn't recommend this company EVER!!! Unless you don't want to see your funds. They keep saying they will get back to me in 1 business day. It's been 4 DAYS!! And not to mention no one speaks English!!!! I have had NO food or gas for 4 days because of these people. They have frozen my account with over $300 in it and say they need receipts from deposits before they can free the money. The whole idea, fools, is there is no paper receipt its supposed to be online. The customer service will not answer and say the same recorded thing over and over. They are holding my electronically deposited money from a legitimate source and will not give me access or explanation. I attempted to transfer $125 to my vault and it was declined. According to a gobank guide it was done while the system was upgrading and that's why it was declined. The $125 simply vanished from my account. I've sent numerous emails only to be answered once and I've called them four times only to be told that it was turned in to their technical department and that's been 8 days ago today. I'm getting very upset because any resolution should not take this long especially when it was their fault. I NEED MY MONEY!!!

Total scam. Allowed me to open an account without an ID and then froze it claiming suspicious activity when there was no suspicious activity. Then after I was finally able to get an ID they had already closed my account and sent the money that was in my account back to the sender. Their customer service is a joke too!

I would give GoBank Zero stars if I could. Their fees are usurious. Fees waved with $500/month direct deposit which my employer does not offer. Charges to deposit checks or to deposit cash. This is a bank of last resort. If you have ANY other option, use it. DO NOT USE GOBANK!

I did not open an acct with GoBank but received a text telling me I had just changed my debit card ATM PIN. I tried calling but can't get anyone on the phone. They will only communicate after you enter a social security number (which I won't give over the phone) or with an acct number which I do not have.

Wish I could give it 0. I bought a go bank prepaid card at dollar tree. Loaded $20 in it and was charged a $1 at the register then charged 8.95 for a monthly maintenance fee. So basically they took $10 from a $20 deposit. Don't buy this card.
