Wish I could give it 0. I bought a go bank prepaid card at dollar tree. Loaded $20 in it and was charged a $1 at the register then charged 8.95 for a monthly maintenance fee. So basically they took $10 from a $20 deposit. Don't buy this card.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible...I lost close to $2,000 due to fraud and there was no one who could help me. I was dealing with non English speakers who didn't know the first thing about banking! Stay Away!! And Uber...you should be ashamed for aligning yourself with this scam of a bank!

They have never deposited my SSA check into my account. Last month it was 28 days late being deposited and now this month so far 9. I have been told they have to open an investigation that it will take 2 business days everyday. I have called and so far no results. This is a big scam, this IS NOT a bank!! Do NOT trust them with your money!!

They promise a debit card in 7 days, and almost a month later I still have no card and no access to my funds. They refuse to send card with tracking number even though it's my third card they are sending. Terrible service. Avoid if you can.

My card was skimmed and someone took $100 from the card. GoBank is saying it's a valid transaction! Literally, it was a $100 gas purchase, 200miles away from me! Now I have to prove I'm innocent. Reported them to BBB, FBI and CPFB.

I reported my card lost, it has been two weeks and I haven't received anything. I can't talk to anybody, and if I do they barely speak English. This "bank" is terrible. I have NO access to my money which is extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy!!!

They often have technical difficulties. We were charged an NSF fee even though funds were available. Customer service just puts you on hold or transfer you with no resolution. When you email them regarding the dispute they advise you to call.

GoBank is the worst prepaid card ever, If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I have not used my card in 2 months and they want to take $8.95 twice when I have a zero balance now thanks to them I’m in the negative, so I’m going to do them and myself a favor and cancel the card. Not worth it.

This company is the worst when it comes to contacting them, they give you a number to contact them only if you have an account, but there is no way to contact them when you have tried to sign up thru Uber for the last 2 years and the page is blank or keeps telling me I have a card. I have attempted numerous times to contact a person to no avail!

GoBank is telling me they have not received the information yet. I'm wondering if GOBank has been hacked. I'm at maximum stress level right now. This may not be the right card for me.

This is an unethical company whose idea of customer service is to close your account if you have any issues. Try not to request a new card, they will swiflty close your account and make you go through hoops to get your money. I will be taking them to court.

The customer service is quite lousy. The company guidelines on check holds are severe like 14 days for a check I deposited thru my mobile phone to one week for pending transactions to fall off and your money back into the account. Avoid this company at all cost!

My account was hacked and drained of all funds. Instead of immediately issuing a refund like SunTrust and Bank of America have done in the past, GoBank says they will take 10+ days to investigate, with no guarantee the money will be returned. And the customer service is horrible.

You can't never get into the account to get your balance and check to see if the money is there or not. It alway technically out of service. It change your your account password every time you enter it. This Bank sucks under Uber and Banking period. Both screw up for some reason.
