My experience was pretty terrible. Although I got a good rate, the loan officer was incredibly unorganized. We were almost a week past our closing date an it created a lot of problems with u trying to close on our house. My wife is a processor herself and she was trying to help them and it got all screwed up. We reached out to customer service to work out our problems and the loan officer was quick to escalate. They need to work on meeting timelines.
