I wouldn't trust any quotes they gave, as they did a bait & switch on my loan terms. Once I got into the signing process, they suddenly (and for no reason) removed lender credits. I lost $5,000 as a result.

Great rates but absolutely the WOrST customer service I've ever experienced! Could not even talk with a supervisor to get an explanation regarding flood insurance. Get the rate, but then you are on your own.

My experience so far is that they promised a bunch of things like low rate and lenders credit than wait until your loan is about to close then increase the rate. Also look out for inflated costs

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Extremely poor follow up, communication. Quinn T was my representative. I went with another refi lender who was able to close my loan in 1/4 of the time I wasted trying to work with Quinn.
