Thank you for your feedback. For the Classic system, the 2-way speaker is in the base station. If the subscriber pushes the help button on the wrist button or the neck pendant, the monitoring center will first come over the base station, no response, they will call the subscriber, still no contact, help will be sent. It is not necessary to have a conversation with the monitoring center to get help. Typically if the subscriber cannot get to the base station or the phone after they have pressed the button, they probably need help.
