commercial said nationwide coverage with AT& T.....I get no bars of coverage...when asked, they tell me on the phone they are not receiving signal from my unit...gonna stop it soon

Sometime takes up to 2 or 3 minutes to respond after pressing the button. In an emergency this might be to long.
