Customer service was able to remotely reset my device when I had a problem on Monday. The pendant failed to properly detect my fall but I am happy with customer service overall. I would prefer a microphone in the pendant to talk to the operator.

We tested it once and it did what it was supposed to do. They’ve been friendly and helpful. An improvement they could make is to make a wearable device with a button and a speaker on it, just one unit.

They’re very responsive when they get alerts. The family is always notified immediately. It doesn’t always go off when she falls, she sometimes has to hit the button so I am a bit concerned.

I am not happy with it because it goes off for no reason, like when I am in the shower or sleeping, and that is difficult for me. I don’t know what to do to prevent it. I liked because it works fine other than the when it goes off for no reason.

Orientation should be more thorough. I think the explanation of the service was not done quite as clearly ass it could have been and I had to learn how to use it by asking a friend but when I do use it, they are here quickly. The one response I had was excellent. It went off and the EMTs came.

Very friendly and helpful when on the phone even about a false alarm. I like the light weight and that I can make a piece of jewelry go with it. I dislike the false alarms that keep going off but they are very good and confirmed who I was and asked if I was alright.

The voice of the people that work there is quick to respond when it detects a fall. My only complain is that it is set off too easily and that there is a unit for upstairs which isn’t working so the unit down in the kitchen is where I need to respond.

The comfort of knowing they are there is what I like. I live alone and I like knowing is available. I wear the wrist unit all the time and I dislike the bulkiness. I would wear the necklace but it has a big brown cord. If they came out with a flesh colored cord so it wasn’t so obvious, I would wear that.

I have a problem with the call falling button (2 @ $10 mo. for $20 month). After (4) false alarms with the call button, I have quit wearing it and will be looking for an adjustment if we can get them to work as they should.
