I'm not very happy with customer service so far. They really gave me the runaround when they didn't explain that the device needed to be charged for fall detection. My mother in 95 years old and can't remember to charge it, so I really wish they had explained that to me before I bought it for her.

The fall detection device is too sensitive I end up going to his home several times a month as the alarm goes off usually at 2 in the morning when he goes to the bathroom He's deaf and when he sees the lights flashi g he hollered I'm ok But they still call me and I have to go over there to make sure he's ok

Carrying two items for the mobile unit is not practical. You can't wear both items around neck, broke my cross necklace, I have concerns about putting in purse, accidently button pushed. I also dislike having to make room for 2 charging stations. The most concerning is with my big house, I may fall and if the necklace doesn't have a speaker that I can talk in, I may be to far away for any one to hear me or them me. Don't like that set up.

A week ago I could not get through to anyone when I called. After each time I pressed the section I would get failed call. I even pressed the emergency button and three times it would say connecting then would say test completed. I called a spoke with someone and she sounded like she did not believe me.

I don't like the GPS component. For people that have memory issues it is often difficult to remember to take and the door tag does not help. So if you go out and you don't have the GPS and something happens...you have no way to communicate.

I am an active person and frequently set off the fall detecter. They did not tell me about the gray pendant that you have to press. It does not have the fall detecter in it. After complaining several times they finally told me about the gray pendant. It solved all my problems

The people have been good but the device makes me nervous. I keep worrying that it is going to go off even though I have been told what to do if it does. I don’t like wearing it but I am still wearing it. The people are very helpful and polite and easy to talk to every time I call.

We’ve tested it a couple of times. We like that it is simple and easy to use and it is relatively inexpensive. There have been a couple of problems with the order and we called but they never did anything about it.

It just isn’t the product for me. I called because I wanted to send it back and the salesman spent time to convince me I did not want to send it back and extended my thirty day trial. I don’t like the bright lights on the equipment. It is very distracting. If they didn’t have them flashing 24 hours a day I might love it but as it is I don’t use it.
