I wish it could be 1 device instead of a piece that has to be charged ...having the call button around the persons neck...both have to be in a certain vicinity of each other. This is confusing for an elderly person with memory loss.

I haven't set it up yet so I can't speak to how it works. The blinking light on the bed side table unit is annoying. I'm sure the unit will perform as advertised but since I haven't used it yet, how can I accurately give feedback?

Easy set up. It worked one day when I set it off. The only thing I do t like is the necklace is still big. With technology they should have a thinner medallion that can be hidden under your shirt.

Actually, I am impressed overall with Mobile Help. My problem is with the people that answer the phones at night when you have a non-emergency problem such as a device problem. They don't seem to have been trained. However, after my second call they did get someone to call me back to help me who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The station flickers. It kept me from sleeping one night. I called a tech at 5am. He was very polite and explained that it was the signal from AT&T not an electrical issue. He said it hsd to be flickering continuously for him to fix it.

Customer service is difficult to deal with. I dislike that don't call my emergency contact right away, they try to get me to speak through the box first and it would prefer if they just called my contact. I needed help once and they asked if it was an emergency and I said no call my contact but they cut me off and didn't call my contact because it wasn't a bad fall. I think I will probably change companies as soon as my contract is up.

My mother's system with "fall detection"has set off false alarms 3 times in the past less than one month. We were advised to shorten the length of her necklace, which I did,but another false alarm occurred when she wasn't even wearing it.
