A friend suggested it to me, so I got it. I haven't had to use it, but I've accidentally set off the device. When that happens they have been right there and ready to help me out. I'm pleased with the choices they give you for what to wear, I've enjoyed wearing the watch the most.

I got it because of dementia and it seemed to be the kind of thing we could have in our house to get help. All we have to do is hit that button and they will know we have an emergency. Just the other night, at around six o'clock, the person that uses it went down the steps and set off the button or something. They called me and I just told them that everything was ok. That's typically what happens. Right now I'm trying to fix it just so that we won't have so many false alarms, but I haven't had any luck with that. The price is a little high for us right now.

They had some good advertising that caught my eye, so I gave it a try. I haven't had to use it, thank god, but it seems to be ok and I haven't had any problems with it. I don't like the necklace though. It has an ugly string that goes around your neck. That and I think the band on the bracelet should not be white, it should be a different color.

I had problems falling and since they had a fall detector I decided to get it. Customer support seems to be really good at what they do. I haven't had to use it, but one time my great granddaughter was over here. When they were around the part that hangs around my neck was set off. They called me and they were very courteous about it all.

I like the customer service that I got; they answered all of my questions and were very patient and helpful. I bought it for my grandmother and she uses it. She says it's comfortable. I got her two lanyards. I wish I would've gotten her one of those wristwatch types, too, though that's not any fault of the devices.

My son recommended it, he said his mother in law had one. She said it was very good, so I got one too, because I have problems with my balance and I fall easily. Whenever I fall, I need help getting up. It's a long wait for them to come when I tell them what's wrong. Even though they keep saying that the operator will answer shortly, they don't answer shortly. It takes a long long time before they answer the phone call. Others seem to be better than this one, but I'm not changing it again. It's the third one I've had, and I'm not satisfied, so I don't know, I wouldn't recommend it.

We got it because it let us have a mobile unit that could go with us when we traveled. We haven't had to use it yet, but we wear it everyday. The only unsatisfactory thing is that the unit sets off the alarm thinking that she has fallen or tripped. We put it up a month ago and she hasn't fallen, but it goes off if she rolls in the bed or if she's doing any normal movement. Last night that actually happened twice. It's irritating and frustrating. They are constantly calling us when the alarm goes off. The fall button on the necklace piece is over sensitive.

I had called for all life alert pamphlet but I saw a Mobile Help commercial on TV and thought that it sounds good. I haven't had to use it, and set it off a couple of times accidentally. It goes off pretty easily, my cat sitting on me turned it off. I wish it was waterproof in the shower.

We chose Mobile Help based on research we have done online. It's for my mom: she just uses it around the house. She was at home alone for a month or so and then she never did use it. We really didn't deal with customer service, just to see how to set it up. That's about all we did. They never really went out and worked with it. It would seem to be a good device and a great deal.

I used to have a medical alert system that I trusted, I had it for a long time. When something did happen, when I needed it, the thing just didn't work. I was having a stroke and I pushed the button but this crazy thing didn't work. I had to use the landline to get a hold of somebody, I could've died because of that. That's why I switched. MobileHelp has really good communication and when I talk to them I can understand them clearly. The device works well away from the house and the yard. Though I'm still not 100% sure of the system to be honest.

One day while looking online I just decided that I should get one. I don't really walk out the door very far but I don't have any help, so I got it since they cover me every place I go. The cheapest little thing is there for me. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of room. I use it no matter where I go, I use it every morning and once in a while in the afternoons. If I have to go to the local convenience store, which is about a quarter of a mile away, I wear it.

We have had the MobileHelp system a few months without any real need to use it. Here is to hoping we do not have to use it for an actual emergency . But it is a good feeling to have it available in case we need it. In testing the various parts of the system it does seem it takes quite a while placing the call. We need to have it in place a longer time to give a more accurate rating.

I haven't had to use it yet, but when I get up I take it off the charging station and put it around my neck. With that on I go around my property, take my dog out, walk, etc. The couple of times I've had to call them, or when my dog steps on the button by accident, they have been really good and understanding of the situation. The device works and they've been there where I needed, I can't ask for more than that.
