Although their representatives were excellent, however, I think it's very disappointing that they sent a service contract in a business envelope. Plus, they sent us the service contract for the wrong person. That made me think they had sent my dad's information to the wrong person, just as we had received somebody else's information.

She doesn't know much about computers, but she called the representatives when there was an issue and they worked right to it. The young man walked her through it, and everything's working just fine. The service is very good. It was easy to set up the equipment, however, the bracelet set they gave you are not made very well. We've had problems with them coming apart, and I've had to jerry-rigged them to put them back together. The construction of the bracelet is poor.
