They have great customer service. People actually talk on the phone and take time with me. Mom accidentally tripped the alarm and EMS and neighbors were there and luckily found her in the back yard gardening and surprised.

I got it for my mother since they had GPS. She has had the device for two years and hasn't had to use it. The button works really well and it's very wearable, but when you have Alzheimer's and get older it gets more difficult to use these kinds of things. Because of that I've been thinking of canceling the service but they will not let me out of my contract. I almost wish that they would send me a brand new device so I could turn it back in. Another thing is that, when you lose the product like we did during a flood, customer service just falls apart.

At the time I just decided I wanted to have an alert company. I've had it for 6 years now, though I've never had to use it, I just wear it. They've sent the ambulance out twice already, but they were both false alarms. They're ok, though it's expensive. I understand there are cheaper companies out there but I haven't bothered to check on them.

We got it because we liked the GPS. That meant that the person that uses it can leave the house with it. The button is not really comfortable. The alarm would go off all the time when he didn't meant to set it off. He's had to superglue the thing on the bracelet so that it would actually stay on.

I researched a lot of the different companies out there to get something for my mother. The biggest thing that helped me decide was the fact that they had the lock box. With that it wouldn't matter if I locked my front door when I left, they would be able to get in and help my mom if she needed them. Overall it's ok.

They were the first company we were aware of that offered this kind of service, so we got it. We've been with them for a number of years now and we really haven't had to use it much. My wife wears the pendant around her neck all the time when she's in the house. The service has been there when we've needed it. Overall it has been good.

They are consistent and very good. I can use it if I want to go somewhere'to the store, out of state, whatever. I use it when I go out to the doctor. I haven't been able to get my shower necklace apart yet; it's all tangled up. I wish I had another necklace, since I can't even wear it into the shower because of that.

I haven't had to use the device yet. I did recommend it to a friend, and she also got a little flashlight that she put on her key chain, but I didn't get one. I didn't realize that I have to carry the small device with me all the time in order to to report an incident that I need help for. I'm going to go to out of state soon, and I don't know how I'm going to keep it charged up. I wonder if there's other companies out there whose products don't require you to have to carry another small device with you and keep it plugged in all the time.

Thank you for your review. When traveling you just take the charger for the Mobile Device (GPS unit), the same you would for a cell phone. When fully charged it holds a charge for 24 hours, so most customers place it on the charger at night when they are sleeping to always keep it fully charged. The Mobile Device is still fully functional when placed when charging. We also offer a car charger for purchase if you will be doing a lot of traveling while in a car. I just saw them advertised on the AARP and figured I should try it. It's working well so far. Usually I put it on early in the morning when I have a doctor's appointment. I wear it from 8:30 until about 11 and take it off when I return home after that. I'm still getting used to it so sometimes I forget to take the one that you have to carry it on your pocket. Thank god I haven't had to use it yet but it's there in case I need it. If I fall or something is wrong, someone will know and they will notify my emergency contacts about it.

I was with a different company that, well, I couldn't use the device at night because I needed to leave it charging. I would get up once or twice during the night and to go from my bed to the bathroom I just had no protection. Mind you, those were the times when I was groggy, tired, and most likely to fall down, so I decided to switch to something that would protect me even then. My problem now is that the button goes off in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping. It's because the pendant is around my neck, so when I turn over it goes off. That happened a lot and, you know, they were actually slow at responding to those calls. I didn't spend so much money for it to be that way. I don't like it.
