I'm just happy with Mobile Help; it's a great system. I'm very pleased, with no complaints. The equipment is wonderful. I can carry it with me, so I don't have to stay home. I still go out and about shopping, and if anything happens, I know I'm covered. I can go all the way to other towns that are 20 to 25 miles away when I want to. I'm just comfortable knowing there's someone on the other end. They're really patient with my trying to get used to the system and having something on my wrist all the time; they've been really good about that. I haven't had to use it, but I accidentally set it off when I put it in my purse and I accidentally beeped it, so I know it works. It's well worth it, so I have already talked to others about getting it.

I had no intention of buying one of these things, but I've had several friends really pestering me every single day. So I got this particular device because it's rated very highly, and because two of my friends happened to have had them for years and liked them. When I finally got it and put it on, I felt relief that if something happened, somebody would be there for me, and it's a very confident feeling. It seems to work, even though I haven't had to use it. When I tried to activate it, there was no absolutely no problem at all, so I would assume that it should be okay and trustworthy. You can get them when you need them. Several times it went off when it shouldn't have, but I was able to talk to people immediately. Also, when I've called to clarify things, there's always someone who is very knowledgeable. I don't know what the others cost, but I'm paying a whole lot of money, almost $600, probably much more than I need to, because I've got every piece of stuff that they offer. I probably don't need all these devices, but I left no stone unturned.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful to explain it to me when I got it. I just thought that it was the right one, because they have everything that I think I need. I like that you can take it with you. I haven't worn it outside yet, but that was the main reason I wanted it'I'm alone and I want to be able to go out. I was very impressed, and so was my family. They were here on Sunday and they wanted to check it out. We tested it, because they were very concerned that they weren't talking to me, and they wondered who was calling and asking me questions. Whenever they call, they're so nice to me, they're all friendly, and they take the time with me to answer my questions and ask if I have any more. I felt really good about the results, and so did my family. I think price-wise, you get a lot for your money; everything that you need. It's easy to use. I hope I don't have to use it, but if I do, it's available, it's there when I need it.

I had been for a couple of months falling down dizzy. I went through a terrible divorce and was living in an RV, and I guess I passed out for 2 days, and couldn't get to my phone. No one heard me calling for help and nobody came by to see how I was. My parrot that I've had for 40 years was pulling at my hair to get me up. I guess one of my friends finally came over, and at the same time, an ad for Mobile Help happened to come on the TV. I said, "I've got to have that." After a doctor saw me and let me know how close I came to having my kidneys, heart, and everything else fail because I hadn't moved for two days, the advertisement came on TV, and I went "that's it." I called them, and we did business immediately. I've had it word a couple of weeks and one time by accident the wristband got activated, and within just a few seconds someone was going "Maggie, Maggie, are you okay? do you need us to come right now?" I let them know that I was okay, it was an accident that it was activated, I'm fine. But it showed me that they're right there. Being a 77 year old single old lady, I feel really protected knowing that there is someone right there at my touch. I'm really, really glad that I got it. Until I got my bank account statement, I did not even know what I paid, and I went "wow," for a year that's every penny worth it. I already have talked to several friends about it.

They're always helpful there in customer service. I talked to them on the phone a couple of times. They were very courteous, and very knowledgeable. We made sure that I was able to get everything that I needed for my mom at a reasonable price, and they were just helpful about it. I got a good value and good customer service. They're there for you, and they really, really, really tried to accommodate everybody, and make sure they are okay. Again, I got it for my mother, and from when I was with her and she was using it, I liked it. She hated it, but it had nothing to do with the service. She did say that she put it on the table a couple of times, and it went off as a false alarm.

I purchased it for my mom recently. The price was one factor, but I had also used it previously with my aunt. She had it for like 4 years before she died, and she accidentally set off the alarm once. She was just twisting a jar lid to open it, and she did not hear them when they asked her if she had called for an emergency. She was very hard of hearing. Within a very short while I had a call from their dispatch center at Mobile Help, to ask if I knew what the emergency was. I wasn't at home at that time and so I said I didn't know, but I would leave immediately to get her to home. That was about 25, 30 minutes away, so anyway they dispatched the police, fire and EMTs. By the time I got home, everything was handled, and she was okay. It was nice to know that they responded quickly and they met her emergency that she didn't even know she had! It was wonderful because that means it worked. Rapid response and good customer service. As for the alert device itself, it's small and easy to use, and immediately puts you in contact with emergency support help.

It seemed to meet most of the qualifications that I needed. It's a large amount of money for me, but the help is there if I need it, which is very gratifying, very satisfying, very reassuring, and everybody that I dealt with has been concerned and polite. I use it every day. It's very comfortable; I don't even notice that I'm wearing it. Usually during the day I wear it around my neck underneath my clothing and. At night and when I shower I have the wristband on. I haven't really needed to ask anybody anything. It's pretty self explanatory. From the contact I've had had they were very supportive. Once it went off by mistake; I think I dropped it when I was changing from one device to the other, and they answered immediately and they were concerned, and that was very gratifying, but it's the only real contact I've had. They answered immediately, they wanted to know what condition I was in, did I fall, and they were very concerned, so if that's the way they react when I would need them I would say that's a very good thing. I feel confident that if I did, they would answer, they would be qualified, and they would help me, so I'm pretty content with it right now.

They can track you wherever you go, if they have to, so I like that part; not being just stuck here within the house. I have no reason not to trust them. Evidently it reports fast; a couple of times when I've bent over or something, which set off the device, they called right away to make sure I was okay. I wear all the time. I've got one bad leg so I'm always scared abut falling, and I live by myself, so it's a good security knowing that I've got it. They also sent me a security device to keep next to my bed, and I can push it in case anything happens there. Since my husband passed away and I live alone now, I feel a lot safer and more comfortable with it. I paid for a year, and what I paid was very reasonable for 12 months.

I've already recommended this service to other people. I have checked out several places, looked into books and things like that, and heard about it on the TV. I found that Mobile Help offers more, so I went for it. I haven't had to use it, but I have the little necklace around my neck, a watch that I can wear, and a little gadget that they advise me to carry in my pocket at all times when I'm going out. I live alone, and it's a comfort to me, knowing that if something happens, I have something that I can depend on. I have a lockbox on my door with a set of keys inside. You can't get in there unless you know the combination, which the Mobile Help people have, so if someone comes to help me they don't have to tear the door down. They'll use the combination to get in, and on my refrigerator I have my profile that describes who I am, and what kinds of medication I take.

I looked up who had the best results, and I did some background reading, and on talking with one of their representatives decided that would be what I go with. I just wear it all the time. I feel that I'm in the best of help; however, I had a friend who took hers off and didn't remember to put it on, and then fell out of bed during the night and injured herself. Eventually it came to her death because she was so alone and didn't have any assistance. If you need it, then you need it available all the time, not just a few hours a day or a night when you think you need it. I'm living alone now, and if something happens, I just don't have any other options. It seems to be a very good device. It covers anywhere in the US, and any time I've made a test call, it's been responded to. I always got my questions answered, and the people I spoke with were knowledgeable.

I work all day and my wife is home alone. She's in deteriorating health, so we just decided to go that route in case anything would happen where if she would fall while I wasn't here, then she has access to help. We could also take the device with us in case something happens whenever she's out. We really haven't used it yet, but there were times that she wore the necklace in bed and rolled over it. We got a phone call and I had to explained what happened, but overall, as far as the response time goes, I'm quite pleased with that. Overall we're just glad with the service. It's like a sense of security for me while I'm at work and she's here by herself. I'm just so much more comfortable having it.

I fell down in the snow, once, and I was out there about half an hour. I got really scared, so I decided I better get something. I tried another company that didn't work out well at all, and I'm very happy with the one I have now. The support people were very, very good to me, and they explained everything. I find it's very easy to use. The other one kept going off on me, and this one doesn't. I call and I've tested it, and it works fine, and I've had to use it once and it worked fine then, too. I had fallen down in the snow again that time, and I was able to use it. I'm very happy with the service, and I think it's well worth the money.

I'm kind of elderly and I live alone, and I have some health situations. I saw the advertisement on TV and thought it looked very good. The device itself is of very good quality. It went off a few times accidentally because it's very delicate, but it's very good. The first time it happened, when it started saying "fall detected" I got really nervous because I didn't know how to tell them that I didn't mean it. The device said the ambulance was on the way to my home, and help is on the way, but then an operator came on and I was able to tell them that no, I don't need it, you can cancel it. They were very nice and understanding about it. A typical day for me now is just doing errands going out. I didn't know that you've got to take another device with you every time you go out. I'm always worried that if I fell and became unconscious, they wouldn't be able to find me, but they've assured me that they can, if I have the device with me. They're always there, and they also helped me to set it up and test it to know it's working. I've already recommended it to people that live alone and should absolutely have it. One thing that surprised me, though, happened when I recently lost my neck device. I called them through the button on the main device, and the girl I spoke with said not to worry; they were going to send me another one, or some kind of alarm that would be used to find the missing one, but none of that has happened yet. So I was surprised by that not being followed up on, but other than that, they really are wonderful.

They have a variety of options. There's one you have to wear around your neck, they've got the wrist, they've got 2 little pouch-carry ones, or you can get the home base instead of just one device. It's a great product, better than any device that I had so far, and I've had 3 different ones. When I try and test the machine, I like that I get a response right away. They are quick to response to you and get your problem solved. Whoever you need to have'the ambulance or whatever'they're really fast doing it. For anyone who doesn't have them and is really in a fix, just get one! It's really good, and they really take good care of their customers.

I had already used another company that I did not like at all, and we paid attention to the information we were receiving about others. I met a Mobile Help salesman, and actually he's the one that really turned the corner for me. He was very kind and very sweet and I really liked him a lot, that fellow who initially sold me the unit. The few interactions that I've had with the company have all been excellent. People have bent over backwards to be helpful to me, and were very kind and very ready to assist me, and actually good about giving me the right information without having to call three times. So far, I'm feeling that it's a a good company with efficient service, and I think you get your money's worth. The fact that all the information was given to me up front was really appreciated. I am getting a second part to the station, because I didn't realize that the equipment that I had wouldn't be able to cover the area in my condo, so I'm in the process of receiving another base station. One of the things that I really like about the equipment, though, is the wristband. I don't like those pendants. I don't want to wear something like that around my neck, and it's hard to keep them in your pocket all the time, so I really appreciate being able to use the wrist type of indicator. I think I'd recommend it to someone, especially wearing the wrist things. As you age you don't want to look like some dawdling old person by wearing that pendant on your neck. You want to be out enjoying the vitality of life as much as you can, and the wristband is sort of like an incognito way of of taking care of yourself with that safety measure.

Although I have some health issues, I'm very mobile, not homebound, so I was looking for something would still allow you to have the additional protection when you go out. Most of these devices are only for homebound people, but I wanted one with GPS, so that if I pushed the button when I felt something going wrong, and I passed out, they'd know where I'm at. That's the main reason I got Mobile Help; when I saw their commercial, I went "hallelujah!" I was very thrilled when I saw that with them, you're able to leave the house and still have the protection of contacting somebody. They'd even make sure that whoever went to help me would have all of the medical information that they keep on file for me. I've already recommended it to a couple of friends of mine in similar situations to mine. Since getting it, I haven't needed to use it, but I do test it to be sure it works. It's an immediate response, and help gets to you faster than if you called 911. Somebody was on the monitor right away asking if I was having a problem, and verifying my identity. Another thing I really like about it is the lockbox they have for hiding a key so that they can get in to the house. If I'm in the house by myself, I don't have to worry about them busting a window or a door to get to me. It's fantastic, it's all very easy to install, and it's nice-looking equipment, too. It arrived within 2 days after I ordered it, and they gave me an extra month free since I paid in full at that time. It was just a very easy, smooth process. I think the pricing is very competitive; in fact, I'm getting more than what I would with Medical Alert for the same amount.

I've already recommended it to friends. I understood that they invented the technology for all of the devices, so I'm goanna go with the best. It's a little bit cheaper than the others that I contacted, like ADT and other alert systems. I got a little bit more bang for my buck! It's very convenient. I got 3 chargers: one in the bedroom, another in my kitchen, and I have a mobile charger for when I travel, which I do quite a bit. I haven't had to use it yet, but I feel very secure just having it around my neck and having the unit on me at all times. A couple of times it went off when I accidentally activated while I was sleeping and the response was excellent; they called right away to make sure I was okay.

I did research and found out it was what I was looking for, for my sister. It has the fall alert and the regular alert bracelet. It works; we used it just this week. She hit it against the dresser and it went off, so right away it started asking questions, whether it was an emergency. She couldn't press the button hard enough, so then the voice came on, so that's good. They said they were going to dispatch an emergency vehicle, but they checked one more time before they actually did, to give us a chance to abort before they came. Any time we called, they asked some questions, and they were more than happy to help us. When I called to find out some information, the lady that helped me was very courteous and very nice.

I saw their advertisement, and then when I talked to them on the phone to get more information, they were very helpful. So far I'm happy with them. They helped me get it all set up, and they explained everything to me when I called them to get the information. I don't have any complaints; right now everything has been very positive. I like the fact that I get the fall alert thing that I can carry with me. I could put it on my waistband, and that way if I'm out away from home and I take a fall'which is a great possibility for me'they'll know where I'm at right away. I think it's a good investment, and the price I pay for the service is very reasonable, so I'm assuming they are very trustworthy. I would recommend them highly.

I keep it with me. I have the necklace or the bracelet on in case of emergency. I have a bad leg and I use a walker to walk. Sometimes I've fallen, and aside from my dog, I live alone. Most of these services only work when you're home, and I don't get out often, but if I'm out, I want to be able to call for help if I need it, so that's why I wanted to get Mobile Help. From the reviews that I read, they're right there when anybody needs them. It's very important that we can get help, being disabled, or elderly and alone like I am; you get scared when you get hurt because we're not always able to get to a phone. I can call them with this and know that they'll be here within a few minutes, so that's very important to me. I just feel really safe that I do have it. I really enjoyed talking to the people that sold it to me; they explained everything. I've already talked to my sister, and she's gotten a device. When it comes to your health and being secure, there should be no doubt: it's very valuable. I appreciate the device and I appreciate that it only costs such a small amount of money to be safe. I think it's great that they offer what people on a fixed income would be able to afford for a device like this.

When I'm alone here at home I use the necklace. A couple of times I hit it accidentally and they immediately responded. I explained to them that it was an accident, but the point is that they're very efficient. The device is bright, it's alert, though it periodically flashes on and off, and I'm not sure why does that. But it's there and it makes me feel secure that it is there. I just saw the advertisement, which informed my decision, and I'm very satisfied with it. Anyone who lives alone in their advanced years, and has any kind of mobility problem, really would do themselves a favor to invest in this. Better to have it and never use it, than to wish you did have it.

I had researched, and then when I called, they answered all my questions. Then I learned the fact that they make the equipment for some of the other companies, which I thought was a good thing. The only questions and help I had was initially when I got it, and also then when I tested it, it was fine. I haven't needed to make a call, so I just wear either the necklace or the bracelet around the house, and then if I go out I put the GPS unit in my purse, and off I go. The cellular signal is weak; most of the time there's only 1 bar out of 4, and the most I ever had is 2 bars. I would feel more comfortable with it registering a stronger signal.

I liked the price to begin with, and then I found that I could have a nationwide program for a very little bit more, and a lock box, which is very important to me. With those 3 things it was a good choice I believe. They were very quick to respond when I set it up and I had to push it for a test. We did have a problem because they couldn't hear me, and they decided that it was because my cellphone was too close to the the docking station. If I keep my phone away from it, it works just fine. It's just comforting that it's there on my wrist. Should I need it, anywhere that I am, I will be able to push the button. With the other device that I had before, it was only good for 12 feet away from the monitor.

My daughter looked Mobile Help up and said that it was good, and it has been really helpful. You never know when something's going to happen, so I use it when I go shopping, today I had it when I went out to eat, I use it at church on Sundays, other different activities, walking, all of that. So it really has been helpful. We've had some accidents, bumping it, false alarms, and boy, right away they were there and checking on me and all that. It was excellent, and they explained things to us when we asked. It was really good service, and I feel better that I have it. There have been times when nobody was around to attend to me, so this way I know if I need the help and nobody's around, they'll be there. If there was a call, they talk to me and call my daughter just to alert her, so it's saving me the worry.

I've never had any issue with them. Most of the issues that have come up have been mostly because of misunderstandings. At one point I had to call them once about a billing issue that turned out to be a mistake on my part but they were good about that. They've also explained things about the equipment for me, like the fact that I have to disconnect the base unit if I'm going to be out of town for a while. They also have a good financing plan. My daughter bought this for me at first and when the first year was up me and my wife took over the payments. We're a retired couple and they helped us figure a payment plan where we can pay annually and save some money. Everything is great, we're going to continue with the service because it gives us peace of mind.

My mother in law needed to have something to get help whenever she's by herself. We got MobileHelp for her so she could push the button in case there was ever an emergency. A year and a half ago she was alone when she fell over the dishwasher door. She couldn't move so she pressed the button and they called her. She had to yell across the room that she needed help so they could hear her. MobileHelp got in touch with me and called the ambulance right away. When I got there some 10-15 minutes later, the ambulance was already there helping her out. They've always been on time to help. The only problem that we've had is that she needs another watch. Besides that, the price is fairly reasonable.

My mother lives in northern Wisconsin and I live in southern Wisconsin. Since she's 90 years old and lives by herself on 20 hectares of land, I got Mobile Help for her. I mean, she get around pretty well, but I was worried since she was alone most of the times. Mobile Help has done a great job so far. She has never gotten hurt or in a situation where she needed to use the button, but she has bumped it accidentally or rolled over it in her sleep. When that happens and the thing is set off, they call her right away and, on a couple of occasions, they even sent the fire department out for her. On one occasion she was out riding her big lawn tractor and cutting the grass when the alarm went off. She didn't realize it had happened and they were trying to call her. Next thing she knows, the fire department is there. They're just amazing. If she falls, she doesn't even have to push the button. It detects falls on its own so if she passes out the device will alert someone to come for her right away. Customer service is exemplary. They've replaced the equipment and helped when anything is broken. They go above and beyond in everything. My mom feels 100% more secure thanks to it. She wears the bracelet all the times and she's told me she feels lost without it now. I think it's well worth our money.

I got it because I can just push the button to get help. Plus, I got the little portable one that I can take with me or just put in another room in case I need it there. I wear it when I go outside. I've fallen before and gotten a couple of bruises and cuts because of that, but they always show up when I need them. They come out pretty quickly even though our place is hard to find. Last time I used it was when my husband was really sick with pneumonia. I was trying to get him to urgent care or just get to the doctor and he wouldn't do it. In the end I told him I'd push my button to get help and I did. They came out here in about 5 or 10 minutes and helped me out. They're always very courteous and pretty good. It's a life saver, but it's pretty expensive. When you're on a fixed income $45 a month can be pretty expensive. I wish it could be a little cheaper.

Even if I hit the button when I don't need help all I have to do is tell them it was an accident and that'd be it. They're very understanding. In December last year I fell outside and didn't have it on so I couldn't get a hold of my neighbor. I was lucky that I didn't pass out so I was able to get back into my house and push the button. They came out and helped me. So now I wear the pendant around my neck all the time and I feel good having it. There was a time when I ended up going to the emergency room because of a fall. My oldest son and daughter who live in Indiana were notified that I had fallen. They also notified my husband who was in another city at the time. I had actually forgotten that my children were on the call list for that short of thing, so it was nice to know that if anything happened my whole family would be alerted.

I got them 15 years ago simply because they seemed to be the right offer for me. I check the button about once a month to make sure that it's working. I actually did that last week since I hadn't done it for a while. I've never had to use it for an emergency but I pressed the button accidentally once while I was mowing the yard. I didn't even notice that had happened but they sent an ambulance out to make sure that I was alright. They even took my blood pressure just in case. They've been very prompt and the service has been satisfactory. I never have any problems with it, it just does what it's supposed to do and they're very nice.

We got it for my father since he has Alzheimer's. Some 4 or 5 years ago he just took off in the car and we couldn't find him for hours. After that, my husband found them and it just seemed reasonable to get it for my parents, especially considering that it also provided them with a way to call for help if they ever needed it. We had a few instances where my dad pushed the button and the paramedics were dispatched right away for him. Now he's in a facility where he's taken care of 24 hours a day, but my mother still uses it in case she needs immediate help. They seem to be very diligent when following up if there's ever an issue and everything works ok. It gives me and the rest of my family some peace of mind.

We got it for our daughter since she's handicapped and doesn't always have someone looking after her. She used to have another service but that one didn't help us if she left the house and that was one of our biggest problems. She would get out of her apartment and go places where she wasn't supposed to be. It just gave us more security to know that she had something she could use in case she fell or needed help while outside. She doesn't talk so it usually takes some time for her to get someone that can speak for her, but she has a special device that she can use to answer yes or no questions if there was ever an emergency. Luckily nothing really serious has happened yet. Most of the times the thing just goes off by accident when she's handling it. They always call and stay on the other side of the phone until they are confident that she's safe. MobileHelp is there when there's no one else looking after her.

At the time we signed up, the were one of the only companies that had the GPS feature in it. That really sold it to us since they could actually find you if you became sick while away from home. That was why we got it for my mom. One time she had a diabetic insulin reaction. She was on the floor above us and we couldn't hear her, so she pushed the button. We were the first ones to be called and they alerted us immediately that she was sick. I ran upstairs and was able to check on her and get her the help she needed. They've always been excellent. Even if you hit the button by accident they're very polite, helpful, and delightful. I've never had a bad experience with them. The button is waterproof so she can wear it in the shower. It's not cumbersome either. They've made it as easy as possible for an elderly person to use it without getting in the way. It's all well worth the money that we pay for the peace of mind that it gives us. If my mother gets in trouble she can get help right away.

I just saw an ad on the paper and thought to get it. I carry the GPS thing with me pretty much all the time. The only time I don't is at night when I recharge it. I've used it twice so far and one of them was a false alarm. Since I live in a small town the fire department and police department are just across the street. Thanks to the little thing, they and my neighbor who basically takes care of me can all get into the house without breaking any doors or anything. My problem right now is that it's hard to hear everything coming from the little GPS unit. Still, they always come through properly and if I need help with anything I make sure to call customer service. I'm fairly satisfied with it.

I've been with them for a long time now. At the time I got it I didn't know there was any other service out there. Now I know there's a lot of other companies out there that can monitor in your house, but not a lot of them can do that while you're outside. They're a very good company, I'm happy with them. I was in the drug store once and, I don't remember exactly how it happened, I fell back against a display and cracked the back of my head open. I pressed the thing and an ambulance showed up and took me to the hospital. They're very fast to help you. The people that work there seem to honestly care about you. They don't sound like they're putting on an act or anything and they don't try to sell me anything else. My only problem with the button is that it thinks that I've fallen when I'm just laying in my bed watching television. It's just very sensitive. Still, when that happens they do call me and follow through with me to make sure that I'm alright. I'm very impressed with the service. I get a call from them every now and then when the battery is running low. When that happens they send me another one that I can use instead. They also contact me if something is not working right. I had ADT for my home for a very long time and they tried to sell me one of these devices. I found out that they were trying to sell me the one that Mobile Help offers so, when I contacted them, they actually lowered my fee by $50.

I'm 87 years old and live by myself. At the time I was having problems with falling so, after my children saw this on the senior magazine, they decided to get it for me. I've had this service for quite a few years and, as a matter of fact, I just renewed with them this month. I've used it many many times and have been very satisfied with it so far. Most of the times I've used it have been because I fall and can't get up. I've also had episodes where I have a heart attack but they've come and helped me with those too. They are always very prompt to respond and very helpful. The person that responds to me always asks me if she should contact the EMTs or just my daughter. They always call her right away regardless and notify the right people. They don't disconnect and talk to me through the monitor until the EMTs or someone else has arrived to help me so that I'm calm. The people always get here very quickly and they even know my name. They're always very nice and check on me. I never get scolded if I call by accident or when I test it once a month. Sometimes I lose track of the days and my calls are not always on time, but a nice young man will call me to remind me about testing it. Thank goodness I'm doing a lot better now, but I keep the little buttons close by just in case. It's an essential thing for me now, it's almost like having a telephone. It's direct communication with someone that's going to get me help if there's an emergency. I recommend to anyone that lives alone because it doesn't matter how young someone is, you could always get into a situation where you need to get help. Right now I'm trying to get my oldest daughter to sign up for it still. I'm very thankful to have the little buttons. With them I'm never alone. I know they'll be right there when I need it.

We've had it for a while now and if I recall well the cost was one of the biggest things that convinced us of getting it for my mom. It was also the convenience of it all. We don't use it that often, but it's there for her when she does need it. It sits in the living room and we check it occasionally to make sure that it's still working. We also have the other unit in my mother's bedroom and she wears the necklace all the time, 24/7. My mother had to use it once when she fell in the shower. She couldn't get up but she was wearing the necklace and was able to hit the button. The intercom was in the living room but she was able to yell and talk to them. They got somebody to the house so they could help her. They've always been available and responded pretty quickly.

I did some research trying to find something that would provide us with the best service out there. The biggest selling point to us was the little GPS thing that you could carry in a purse. We've had no problem with them. Every time I've called and needed something from them, they helped me quickly and responded well. We had to have the wrist watch one replaced at one point. It was used so much that it broke. They took care of that problem quickly and we got the replacement in less than a week. My mom had to use it once when she fell. She pushed the button and was able to contact them and they, in turn, contacted me and my sister. We were able to get her help really quickly.

The deciding factor when getting this was the reach that the service had. My husband does a lot of work around the yard and sometimes he's out of sight from the house, so we wanted something that would still function if he was far away. I always try to remember to take the travel device with me whenever I walk out the door since that's the bit that works anywhere. One time my husband was raking the creek that runs through our property when he slipped and broke his neck. He was able to use the button to get assistance and everything worked out well. We've also had a number of occasions where my husband will be reading a book or something and drop it on the button by accident. Whenever that happens and the button goes off, they're always very accommodating and nice. We just tell them there's no emergency and things are alright. I don't think it's the cheapest service out there, but it's worth every cent. We've been very satisfied.

My father had a severe heart attack and, at the time, he had no security. The ambulance was very slow to get to our house and because of that I lost him. When MobileHelp came out I decided to get it for my wife and I so we could have some security. The price is good, very competitive. We've got the whole thing: both of us have the pendant in case we fall, the wrist band, and the mobile base unit too. The necklace and wristband are waterproof and very sturdy. I can shower with them and they're alright. They both hold up real well. They've replaced the mobile unit for us after 3 years of using it. They upgraded it, free of charge, and the battery now lasts for 24 hours. We're very happy with it. It saved my life about two years ago when I had a heart attack. They were at my house within 3 minutes and helped me.

The deciding factor in getting it for my mom was that, in addition to the base station which had a good range, they offered the cellular based connection that was incorporated to everything. It extended the effective range of it all and we felt that that alone was just priceless. It has been a favorable experience all around. So far she has only used it to test the system, but it has worked 100% of the time so we think it's really trustworthy. We haven't had any issues where we needed to call customer support. We did have a time when the system needed to be updated. My mom had had it for 7 years at that point so they needed to improve the technology that she had. They sent us the stuff and things went without a problem. It is certainly a knot in our expenses, but we get what we paid for. I think it's very useful for a lot of older people and their lifestyles. It can let people be both in and around their houses, but also gives them the chance to be out and about.

I used to have a different service before my husband passed away. That one didn't protect me anywhere outside of my home, it just went a few feet around it. Since I walk 3 or 4 miles a day and I'm not really ill, I wanted something that would know where I was so that it could call my daughters if I needed it. They were thrilled when I got it. I wear it all the time. Today I took it with me when I went for a walk around the golf course. When I go shopping I take the GPS with me, either in my purse or in my jacket. I basically never take off the necklace, even when I shower or go to sleep. Every time I call them to test the button, no matter where I am, they answer quickly and are always very polite and happy. I'm sure if I had an accident they'd be there to get me help if I needed it. One time I did set it off without meaning to. I was out in Florida and leaned on a fence. I didn't even know I had done it and they sent out an ambulance and firetrucks. The service is just excellent. There's only one thing that I keep telling them and they think I'm crazy because of it. I really don't like the black cord that goes on the thing that you wear around your neck. When you're all dressed up, you don't want to have a black quarter around your neck. A man that lived in a condominium back in Florida would always put it on a fishing line for me and I'd wear it that way. It worked just fine then but I wish they figured out a nicer way to wear it. Other than that though the they have been a reliable service. I feel secure having it all the time. If I accidentally go somewhere without it I feel very uncomfortable, almost lost without it. I have no complaints at all.

I picked it because the little gizmo that they give you has GPS and can go with you anywhere with you. I can call for help wherever I am, whether I'm at home or driving somewhere. I've only had to use it once when I fell. I didn't hurt myself but I was afraid that if I tried to get back up on my own I would fall again. I pressed the little button and asked the local help person to call the place where I lived, which is a retirement place. They did and told them I had fallen and needed some help to get up but that I wasn't hurt. They ended up sending an ambulance and I wish they had just waited until the person that works there had come on to make the decision. Still, their customer service is good. They contact me whenever the thing needs charging or something. They have taken care of things promptly. It's worth the money.

My wife has had a stroke in the past, so we needed something so she could be safe while no one was around. We've had it for a long time now and it's there mostly as a precaution in case she needs it. We've never had to use it for an emergency but she has set off the alarm a few times. Since she wears the pendant, that sometimes gets pushed by accident whenever she sleeps or if she leans against something. Whenever that happens they're there instantaneously. Within a few second they're there asking us if everything is alright. They're always on the ball and care about their customers. They are willing to take care of any situation that might come up.

I got them for my mother because of their price and what they had to offer. She lives with me and has only used it once. It was early in the morning and she couldn't get out of bed or reach me. So she pressed the button and it was very effective. They responded very quickly. Every time I call them and ask them about the equipment and whether or not it's working, they've been very efficient and quick at responding and solving things. Sometimes the call doesn't get picked up all that well but that's not because of the equipment. That has more to do with the cellular signal. Still, I like that there's someone out there looking out for her.

My daughter was the one that found them for me. I'm still very active and I'm in and out of the house all the time. This thing is working out for me really well since I can take it with me and go anywhere. I can go up to the lake cottage which is about 100 miles away from my home and it'll work just fine. The button is easy to use and carry both in and outside my home. I've been pleased with it. I've been fortunate enough in that I haven't had to use it. Whenever I call to check on the thing I've been satisfied with the response I've gotten. I've also set it off accidentally while working in the yard and things like that, but they've responded to those calls well. I had to get the pendant replaced since it was broken and they were very good and responsive about it.

At the time it felt like everyone was going with them and buying this system. So I decided to get it since it would let my mom and dad leave the house and go anywhere they wanted. In the years that we've had it we haven't had any problem yet. My mom has used it quite a few times now, mainly because she has been on her own. In the last few months she has fallen a couple of times and has not been able to get up herself. They've gotten help for her right away and done everything we've needed them to do in a timely manner. We did have problems one time with a part of the equipment, but they sent us a new piece through overnight shipping and we got a new one the very next day. Our experience has been very positive so far.

I saw it advertised on television and decided to give them a call and get it. I've used it quite a bit since getting it. Every now and then my wife won't be able to breathe. When that happens we push the button and in a few minutes the paramedics are out here, taking care of her. Last July I used it too when I had a heart attack. I pushed the button and in two minutes they were here and helped me out. Once a week or so I also test the button to make sure it's working right. The response I get is great every time. Anytime I've called with any kind of question they were more than willing to answer them. I have never had any problems with them.

My daughter wanted to know that I was safe so she got this for me. I wear the pendant just about every day and carry the little base with me when I go out. I'm very grateful to have it. On one occasion I fell and couldn't get up. They called my son-in-law who was just in the other room. I did have to argue with them a little so that they would call my son-in-law since they seemed to want to send emergency services right away, but that just wasn't necessary. They called everyone that I needed them to call and I felt very protected. Once in a while the alarm goes off when I bump it against something by accident. It protects me well but it's very sensitive. They're always very concerned about me and make sure that the battery of my pendant works well and everything. They've helped me in testing and rebooting things just to make sure that everything is in working condition. They're very courteous and helpful when I call in.
