Their products are in good standing as far as quality goes so I went and got it for my mother. They have been attending to the needs and questions that we have had. They also explain things very clearly and make sure that we understand everything that's going on. My daughter is the one that bought it for me since she thought I needed it. She lives in Illinois and she set it up when she came for my birthday. When she did that they didn't show up or anything, they told her what to do and she set it up. They sound like they're trustworthy, I guess that if the alarm goes off they'll be right on it and let her know.

It seemed good judging from the features that it offered, so I got it for my mother. She hasn't had an emergency where she has needed it, but she said she has accidentally pushed the button a couple of times and had a false alarm. I was impressed that they got back to us right away on those times. They have always been very courteous and friendly. It is hard to respond to calls from the base station though.

Since I fall down sometimes and I live alone I thought it'd be wise to have something I could use to get some help. I fall about twice a year, so I haven't had to use it yet. Still, I wear the fall device all the time and I take the responder with me when I go shopping just in case. The device works fine and I tested it enough to know that I can talk to them no matter where I am in the house.

When I was looking around it just looked like all the other companies were getting their equipment from MobileHelp, so I thought I would just go with them. I liked the look of the equipment and I found out it was good quality, so I went with it. I haven't had to use it yet but the customer service people have been just fine. Statistics-wise they look good and I assume they work. I'm just hoping that as the year goes by they don't raise the price too much, otherwise I won't be able to keep it.

I've never had an emergency to be able to rate them, but once my cat sat on the base station, and they contacted me right away, fearing an emergency. My only reservation is that in a storm when we had numerous power interruptions, the system activated itself. That makes me fear that it might signal an emergency when I'm not even home or when I'm sleeping if I don't hear them calling to me to ask if everything is okay.

When I have needed help. MobileHelp has been there for me. Sometimes when my cats sit on the call base they're very polite and not rude when it's an acccidental call. I really like the customer service and I love that they contact my loved ones when I'm in an emergency.

Friendly and efficient staff. My mom has had a couple false alarms but they were right there within minutes with the EMT's and they called all the contact people. I was able to call on the weekend late and get a friendly staff member who was able to tell me that the EMt's said she was fine!

Speaking to their agents was good, quick, and easy. Not only do they provide a quick response, the device allows up to know where she's at. Plus, she can use it anywhere she goes. Besides that, they should probably come up with a smaller crest. It would be a nice thing to do.

The person who called me originally was very helpful! He was available when my daughter called to purchase the system for me, and he's been very informative. Everything has worked just fine, even for false alarms. My only problem with it is that sometimes I'm just sleeping, and the button goes off in the middle of the night when I haven't fallen. Either way, better safe than sorry!

When my device went off accidentally, they answered right away. The representative was excellent and very informative. I asked him to give me a call back in a day or two while I concurred with my kids and I did that, and it was fine. I just wish that the wrist button was also the microphone and audio, so you didn't have to shout across the room or the yard or something. That would really be a prime feature.

Truthfully, this service makes me feel a lot more secure and relieved because I live by myself. I do have to say that I have revert arms, and the wrist thing was just too long. They went through the testing process, but I guess I'm in a dead zone because it didn't work. I'm in a remote area, and it's hard for people like me to get help in areas like these.
