I have a dislike for people who lie to me when they're selling a product and they lied to me. I had a hard time deciding whether I wanted to keep it or not and I decided after using it for a week or so that it's very easy to use so I'm letting go of the fact that they didn't tell the truth. However; I don't have a great trust of the company as a result.

I walked in my sleep and somehow I found myself under my desk and I was wedged in there and couldn't get out, it was a good thing had that around my neck. The customer servicce has always been there when I needed them. They go out of their way to make sure that I understand.

I'm in two different places in the summer and winter, so I had to get one that I could use both places. I had signed up for the one with the fall alert, but it drove me crazy because I couldn't even take it off to get dressed. So, I called back, and they worked out just fine.

Yesterday morning I got up and I was having a breathing problem and I pushed my button and she answered immediately and within ten minutes the fire truck was here and then the ambulance came right after that and a friend of mine came and another friend called so I really felt like I got the service that I deserve and needed.

I've accidentally used it when hitting golf balls and I had the wristband on and here comes the fire department stopped in front of my driveway and I can't go out and hit golf balls with the wristband on anymore. I didn't realize that things were as sensitive as they are. The customer service responds as quickly as the button is pushed.

They've been very kind and answering any questions that I had. It's very easily accessible with your finger. The fact that they give you a lock box is absolutely grand to put your key outside your door. That's a lovely feature. Everything about the program is wonderful. I really really would recommend it.

The device goes off way too easily. Too many times has it accidentally hit against something, or the alarm has gone off while I was getting dressed. I also wish the necklace had a shorter string on it. The bracelets are great. Every time I acceidentally set it off they are so gracious and tell me not to worry about it, it happens all the time.

Every time that I've tested my device, they answer quickly and double-check to make sure that I and anyone else in the house is safe and I don't have an emergency. There's a little problem with the pendant. It just seems to be easily activated accidentally.

Customer service does not talk down to you when you have problems or questions. The response time is a little slow from the time you press the button to the time the call goes through. I feel that MobileHelp has the best service though.

They called me once to make sure I didn't call them, I guess it was some kind of a false alarm. They were pleasant and easy to talk to. It's easy to use and they told me it would be better if I put it on my arm rather than around my neck.

It's been a little bit sensitive, there's been a couple times where it has bumped against something and yells that I fell. They do answer quickly when you call though. They were very efficient, asking me what my name was and making sure I wasn't hurt bad.

I fell and there was no response, so I reported it and my button was replaced with a new one. Afterwards, I accidentally dropped my fall device and immedidately somebody was there for me and called me to make sure I was alright.

The customer service is very attentive. We did set it off accidentally and they were very polite. I find it a little difficult to put on because I think the strap should be part of the strap that goes in underneath the little belts.

tech support and customer service are excellent. Had a defective fall alert pendant and it was quickly replaced. Only negative is when the defective pendant kept going off, I got to interact with the "response" center. They just kept reading form their script. Did not listen except to get answers to their scripted questions. they are after all talking to me. a real person and I might just have something useful to say besides yes or no.

The equipment was good, but the watch bands didn't fit so I had to buy new bands for it. The range on the medallion was only about 200 yards. I wish I would be able to speak into the medallion instead of having to carry around a box.

I accidentally set it off once and I was shocked how quick the response was. I pushed the button and it was a matter of what seems like seconds and somebody was calling my house phone to see if everything was okay. We had a couple of incidences where my husband was taking it off or putting it on and the alarm went off. But, they called right away and they were kind. They gave us the choice of using a necklace or a wristband and no other company offered a wristwatch, my husband likes it.

The device is very sensitive. I have had three to four false alarms already, but customer service was very good at helping me and walking through the steps to shutting off the alarm. He also gave me tips on how to better wear it.

It is very easy to either wear the necklace or the bracelet. They are also water-proof so I don't need to worry about getting it wet. When I test the system, customer service calls and wants to know if I need help. They always verify my location.

I wear the neck piece all the time. I've had two incidents with the neck piece. It fell and hit the floor and I've had a call immediately and the second time it fell I knew to pay attention to it. It was 12 o'clock at night and I heard banging on my door. It was the fire department and police department and they responded with incredible speed. They got here in a minute.

I couldn't get out of bed so I pushed the button and they talked to me and I told them what was going on with them and they sent the fire department in advance and they unclocked the lock box and got the key to come into the house and that was a good investment. I was glad I made the investment. They answer no matter what. They are very prompt.

Shortly after I had gotten it, it was late at night and it was plugged in and there were 8 men from the fire department and ambulance and maybe the police. I'm not sure how they got a call, I wasn't sure why they were there. If they would leave a message to notify me, I would have known what was going on.

I liked the fact that it was a step above the normal systems because it doesn't hook directly into the telephone lines. It seems very easy for an elderly person to accidentally activate the system, but they have been responsive and personable. They seem to care about what they're doing.

I've had to call them 3 times and every single time they were helpful and nice. The only problem we've had is my husband's bracelet has fallen off because the sliding pads are a little too big for the bracelet. But, other than that everything has been great. I wish it was less expensive, but the peace of mind is worth it to us.

I have fallen twice without my husband being home to help and I've been very grateful to this. There have been at least 3 times where I have accidentally pushed the button and they came on immediately. I wear the wrist band and it's excellent, I can even use it in the shower. I like that I can go somewhere outside the house and still have help.

I ordered the lanyard device because the other one that I was using had a button that was hard to push. Using MobileHelp, they know exactly where I am. Your location is found by satellites which makes it helpful when you leave the house.

When I punch the button, it usually isn't more than 5-10 minutes I leave with an ambulance or somebody, whatever I need. They're just real quick. It's so easy to use and I don't have to worry about anything because it's charged all the time.

In all the times that I have to call them to get the thing set up all the custumer support was very good. It works great, it reaches what it needs to do and it has a good source of power. I do the one on my wrist all the time and it is very comfortable. Customer service always answers my questions and always makes sure everything's working on it. I pushed it on mistake and talked ot them and I feel very confident because I do have it in case of emergency.

They're always very friendly, they're always very nice. Sometimes the calls take a long time to get answered. They tell you they take anywhere from 30 seconds to 90 seconds and sometimes it just seems a rather long time before they pick up the phone.

I just used it to test it on a location where I wanted to come on occasion and I was able to do that perfectly. I hit it on a accidentally one time the customer service was able to call me right away without an issue. It's lightweight and you don't even know that you're wearing it.

I like the fact that I have a door entry for the paramedics and staff that come in. When I do the testing, I'm pleased. They answer right away and they're right on top of things. It is very sensitive, I've set it off several times without meaning to just by turning in bed or moving the wrong way and it sets it off.

The first device I had was the bracelet that was over sensitive, they asked me to send it back and they sent me a new one. They listen very carefully and do what they say they're going to do. It runs very well, and they seem prepared to do anything.
