Tech Department is great, Customer Service is horrible. Tech Department has a call-back feature so you do not have to wait forever on the phone, but for some reason Customer Service, yeas Customer Service does not!!

The battery charge does not last long. Every day you have to recharge the battery, and when you recharge it does not last 24 hours. Very disappointed .

One night last week, just out of curiosity, I wanted to check the pricing of one of the life allert systems for my mom. I filled out a couple different forms and expected an email the next day. WRONG! If I didn't get 30-40 calls, numbers from 10 different cities trying to fool me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR USE THEIR SERVICE!

To work away from the base unit you have to carry a cell phone size unit with you if you're leaving the home and wanted to want to have coverage away from your home I would either forget to take it with me or it would stay charged long enough when I was away from the base unit
