The system did not work. I had a serious fall with my pendant on 1/12/20 and requires several days' hospitalization. You alarm did not respond.

The battery has a short life. 24 hours. If you don't plug it up every day it will go out.

The mobile device has a battery life of 24+ hours. Most customer leave it on the cradle charger until they leave the house, this way it is always charged.
