Very responsive to calls. Sometimes the button will be pressed by accident. When you push to cancel; it doesn't cancel and will go to the call center.

It has worked fine. We have the fall alert and it goes off more than my mom would like (when she's sleeping), but she is able to cancel it.

"Mini" device is too large. Loop is too short. It constantly goes off, detecting a "fall" that has not occurred while I am showering or when I roll over in bed. Sometimes the AT&T link does not work in my apartment, and the device does not connect to Wi-Fi. While, in principle, I could wear it all the time, I now do so only at night and in the early morning, before I put on my Apple watch, which also has protective features. The MobileHelp service was a bad investment on my part.
