The ratings it had made me decide it would be my best option. I wear it all the time, I've only had one experience where I didn't fall or anything; it just called me and I don't know what I did. I understand they're very sensitive, but I wear it 24/7. I think just the idea of that false call one time meant that they were on top of it, they would answer it. The associates stay with me on the line until everyone is sure about everything.

Nobody's perfect, but the customer service people were very good. Everybody that I talked to in regards to getting this done was very helpful. We actually decided on it by talking to the customer service agent. It's for my mother, and we just want her to be safe. We've only had the device for a little while, so we haven't had to use it, but the set up was easy.

I've seen it advertised forever, so I figured it was a long-lasting and good company. The only support I needed was in setting it up originally, and they were very thorough in giving me directions. Fortunately I haven't had to use it, but I carry it around with me. It is compact and complete. There isn't anything I have to do with it that hasn't been done already.

They seem to have the equipment best suited for what I needed. The device is for my father and he wears it all the time. It's a very sensitive device. He's had a couple of false alarms with it, but the device works correctly, so it's worked fine for us. My experience has been very positive. The support staff are friendly, and they really helped me out when I originally set up the device. They walked me through it and answered all the questions I had. I think they are trustworthy, and I've had no reason to say otherwise.

My daughter did a lot of checking up, so we got a lot of information before we signed up. I've been very pleased with the the way everything was set up. I was doing doing grocery shopping once, and I must have touched the button. When I came home my youngest daughter was at the house and she said that the fire truck was there! I don't even remember pressing the button, but everything worked out fine. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to know that I can get help very quickly, and it's a good system to have. They are very trustworthy, and I'm glad to have it.

When I called up both companies I was looking at, I was satisfied when they answered my questions and everything. I'm hoping it's a good company. So far I've been lucky that I don't have to use it, but I have it on me, and it's good that they are available. My wife had called another company out of Virginia, and they sent a black box and the neck thing, and it wouldn't work. So I saw this commercial on TV, and I decided to call this company because it was the best one. She wears the watch thing all the time, and she's satisfied with it, so I don't have problem with it. It accidentally went off, and the people contacted us promptly and we let them know it was just a mishap. They treated us great, they talk nice, they're polite, everything. I believe it's the best, and I have no complaints.

It's for my sister because she had a couple of falls. It's much better than the regular Life Alert because you can be anywhere in the United States, including while traveling. The customer service is very, very, very supportive. When we feel weak or something like that, which can happen anytime, we all need this kind of support, it really saves lives.

I like the features for my Mom. She's 82, and she takes the device out with her to attend her senior fitness program three days a week. It gives me peace of mind that she has it now. It's simple; not anything too complex that you'd have to be a genius to use. It's just convenient. She accidentally pressed the button one time, and within twenty seconds I was getting a call to check in on her. It was very on point, so I'm very pleased with it. It was a mistake but they are right on top of it.

A friend of mine had a studied several different companies, and recommended this. She got it herself and was pleased, so that's the recommendation I followed. I've only had one call to customer support, and it was fine. I got the help I needed. On the very first day, I accidentally set it off. I haven't had to use it, though. The necklace did not work for various reasons, so I wear the bracelet. On a typical day I am in and out a lot, going to a lot of places in various areas of the city, so I just mostly travel around with it on me all day long. So far, so good.

My sister-in-law had it for like a few hours, and she didn't want to use it. I think we first saw about it through a survey from AARP. They were very helpful setting it up, and very understanding about sending it back. They sent the label very promptly, and we sent it back. I had looked at several companies and the ratings seemed good for Mobile Help. The woman I talked with on the phone was convincing and really, really good, and I really liked the little portable unit that I can carry around, so I don't have to be tied to a box in the house, because I'm out and about a lot. If I'm working outside on our twenty acres, and something happens, I can talk to somebody, or if I accidentally hit the button I can immediately talk to somebody and cancel the call. I've got the wrist unit on most of the time. It doesn't rotate around, even though I'm small, and they gave me the neck pendant too. I wore the pendant yesterday and it was it was quite uncomfortable. It was really rough on my neck, so I had to put on a turtleneck and put the pendant around the collar instead of just against my bare skin. The one interaction I have had so far is with the person who I spoke with when I was trying to figure out how to set the unit up. I had some other questions, and they were very nice, very clear, and they treated me like a normal human being, instead of being condescending like some people are to older people.

I got Mobile Help because they would be able to take care of both me and my mother. They've been very attentive so far. They seem to be pretty decent company. They were able to get the equipment out in a timely fashion, and they worked with me to to get that taken care of with my mother. I would say it's pretty pretty nice equipment. I still have a little difficulty understanding both of the things that I've got'the pendant and a little device that goes on my belt'I'm not used to that, but other than that, it's not a bad system.

A close friend of mine recommended Mobile Help. She gave me their phone number and I called. It's quite reasonable for the help you're going to get if you need it. I'm satisfied with the price. I'm following the directions to do everything the way that I'm supposed to, with the equipment. I feel more secure even though I haven't had to use it. I go out quite a bit; I don't just stay at home. I take the device that I'm supposed to take with me when I leave the house, and that and the pendant around my neck are with me at all times. It's just good knowing that that somebody is there, such that I will get help immediately. It psychologically makes me feel better, because I live alone. I don't have any reason not to trust them; so far they've been trustworthy and helpful when I've had to call them. I had to call them at first about the equipment and how to use it, and the person I talked to was very helpful.

I surveyed the ones that were around, and I got feedback that they were one of the better companies. They're just right on the ball when it comes to something happening. I have not fallen, but there have been a couple of bumps and they were right there. I accidentally dropped it when I took off a sweatshirt and the device hit the floor. They were right on the ball thinking that I had fallen, and answered the alert.

I have a friend that has the same thing, and she was very pleased with it. I've called them many times, and they are always right there. They answer the phones right away, and I'm just very pleased with them. I don't go anyplace without it. I either wear the neck thing, or when I go out I wear the wrist thing because I'm just self-conscious; I don't want anybody to see it. The equipment seems to be okay. I had the fall detector part of it, but I gave that back because it was going off like for no reason, and I just couldn't stand it.

I liked Mobile Help for the quick response it offers to the type of emergencies that I had. I normally wear it and if I have to use it I just use it. It would save my life and everything else. If I have an emergency or a health problem , all I have to do is push the button. I decided to get this because I'm very active and I'm by myself a lot, and I'm almost 91. I go to water aerobics four times a week, and I take it with me. I have the wrist band on while I'm swimming, and the electric unit is on my belt in the locker, so I'm well set. I feel very secure having it, even though I have a phone and all the same stuff's there, because sometimes when you don't have a phone with you, you can still have the wristband that you can use any time you want. Every time I talked to them, they were extremely helpful and very patient. It's a very trustworthy company.

I had another company which would put you on hold about three or four minutes before they'd answer the phone. That's very dangerous. Mobile Help is always a lot faster. They have a very quick response. There was a day when I really got sick and my chest was hurting, and I had to push the button, so they came to me very quickly. It's a wonderful company.

I like it because it is small and it's easy to wear, and easiest with it in my purse or the base. I had to return something and they were very helpful. That was very convenient for me, and nice. I do like that there's no contract, that's a big plus, and I certainly do like the price, that it costs lower.

I had Life Alert and it was good, but I just started to change because I wanted to get rid of my landline. They got to where I didn't have to use it, and I could have stayed with them, but I was already talking about it and so I got Mobile Help. It's a good company. There's nothing really wrong. They answer when I've accidentally touched the buttons. This string they put the pendant on is the only thing I would complain about. It's too long, and there's no easy way to adjust it.

Browsing through Amazon, that was the highest rated alert service, and it shows in the customer service provided when I called and they set my mom up with the unit. It was very reliable, they hooked up the system very quickly, and they were very polite. Unfortunately, the unit came without the wrist button, but they sent it without any additional cost, so that's a huge plus.

I've been fortunate enough that I have not fallen, but I live alone and I wanted to have some security of being able to reach someone to help me if I did fall. Mobile Help is quick; I hit the button on my wrist by accident one time, while I was adjusting the wrist piece, and they immediately called me, so I told them it was an error. I think it's very good. I researched a few other companies, and I liked Mobile Help the best; they had everything I needed and was looking for.

I got Mobile Help primarily for the GPS, so that it works away from home, and secondly because of the lock box for key on the front door. That way I don't have to worry about trying to get to the door to open it for the emergency people. They contact immediately if they detect a fall or a something with the alert, I'm not falling, but it has gone off several times, once even in the shower just from the water pouring against it. They're always right there calling me to find out what's wrong. It's about the same price as I was paying before, and I think it's pretty much just like the other companies in most ways, but I have recommended it to people I know.

The salesman really sold me on Mobile Help. I've been very satisfied and I have recommended it to friends. I have never really used it to call except to check it, but typically I'm out most of the day and I have to take the carry-along thing with me, and it always doesn't work because I'm not always near my purse. Sometimes I have to put my purse away and I can't carry that mobile apparatus with me. Otherwise, I really love this thing, it works, and it's perfect for me. I love the watch. It's much easier for me to manipulate than the thing I hang around my neck, which I put inside my shower. I swim everyday and I use the watch in the water, and that's a big help for me. I find that it's not annoying, it works fine.

I would definitely recommend them to a friend if they needed it. I just enjoy having it, because I was falling quite a bit before, and there were a few times I had to lay there for several hours without anybody to help me, so I would recommend it to anybody that needs help like I do. Now that I've got it, it's come in handy. They always answer when I need something, they're always there, and it's better than having to call 911, because sometimes you're not close to the phone.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I do carry the pendant with me when I leave the home. It is handy and easy to use. I wanted it because it went nationwide; it didn't keep me at home. I've had to stay with my daughter a couple months for health reasons, and they were able to help me set up my service here. They they gave us a very good deal to start with them, and the contract was very reasonable. We test it each month. They call us to check and make sure the system's working. not many companies decide that they want to call and see how the customers are doing. I think it a very good value especially with the contract system they gave us to start out with. It was actually one of the richest. I've already recommended it too, a couple of times.

This was the right company for us because it's mobile. My mother hasn't had to use it yet, but it's available for her to use. She has accidentally dropped it a couple of times, and it has gone off and alerted Mobile Help, and they called immediately. That's happened two or three times, so the reaction time was good. It has worked every time she's accidentally set it off.

I wasn't sure which one would be the best, but I got something in the mail that helped me decide. I really like it, and if I have a friend in need, I would definitely recommend it, because they are there when you need them. If I was to fall, it would alert them instantly. I have a lot of pieces; I have the watch, the necklace, and the thing that sits inside, so I think that's really good, it helps to have that much coverage. I like all of it. This thing is so alert! It does a lot.

I've had a system a few years ago when my wife was still alive, and it seemed to work out fine, so that's what made me get this one. I like the idea that I just pay for it annually instead of having to pay every month. It's very convenient that it will pick up anywhere in the house; we tested it and it works just fine. I saw the advertisement, and when I called, the lady I spoke with was very helpful, friendly, and cooperative, and did all she could to help me. The company seems fair, and the price was right. It just seemed like it was an easy thing to do. It's on my desk, and I hope I never have to use it. I've tried or seen the other kinds of these devices, and I find that theirs is the best quality for the price, because it allowed me to go mobile. I've already recommended it. I used it accidentally, and they answered immediately, and were right there. I felt very good about that, and fortunately I was by the speaker, and I was able to tell them it was a mistake. The thing I've been concerned about is that if I am not near the base I can't talk to anybody, so I wonder if they just automatically send out somebody. I don't know how to put the speaker around my neck.

A friend recommended it, and I would say I'm satisfied so far. I really haven't had any customer support except when I set it up, but they were right there; they answered right away. I will say they're very quick to respond. I wear the watch. For the first few days, I wore the fall pendant, and I think in the first five days, I set it off four times, so I switched to the wristwatch. I just wear the wristwatch when I'm home.

It's good for anybody that has a lot of falls, like me. With Mobile Help, if I fall, it's easy to get connected to the emergency squad, fire department, and everything else. I think it's a very good idea. They're there for you anytime around the clock, and somebody can get to you right away in an emergency. I don't trust anybody else. I would tell anybody that needs help, for their loved ones or for themselves, that I tried them and had a good experience.

It's perfect for a senior citizen; it's right on the money. I definitely would recommend it to other people; I have already. I like the price, and I like everything that they offer, especially the way I can carry this medical alert anywhere with me. Most of the other companies don't have that. I can take this little button and put in my pocket bag. If I need it, I can use it outside, anywhere I can be. I love the system also. I liked the knob they put on the door so they can get in to me in case I can't get to the door, without breaking it down.

I haven't used it that much. It's working, but sometimes I forget to use it, because I'm not used to carrying it with me, and sometimes at night I don't use the necklace either, but I do try to keep it on just in case. I think it's okay. It would be good because I'm alone at night. I don't have much family here to keep an eye on me, so it's helpful. It's good to have it just in case I need it.

So far I'm well pleased with Mobile Help. The price is not bad, and it is good anywhere in the US. I don't have to just be around the home to use it. I like it because it's easy to use and it's waterproof. I was looking at a lot of others, and I was interested in a fall button, but I found out it wouldn't work for me at night, so I was told that I should just let it go, since I don't have any problems with dizziness or anything. When I spoke to the gentleman, he explained everything, and told me that I didn't need the fall button. He explained the whole thing to my satisfaction.

I like the bracelet. Some of my friends have used it and enjoyed it, so that's what I decided to do, too. I have recommended it, as well. I wear the bracelet constantly. I take it off at night and put it on my night stand, but otherwise I have it on all the time, and I take my "to go" in my purse wherever I go. The company's customer service was very good. They had an answer to all my questions and were very nice.

I saw from the ad that it was very similar to the one we had, and that it was more economical. The ones that we wear work great. We haven't had to use them, but the fact that they're right there all the time is very helpful. There was an issue though, with the GPS button that I used to take with us whenever we went out to church or to eat. It was too sensitive unless I put it in a particular case, and it would go off without my realizing it. They would further call emergency response people instead of calling me so that I could tell them it was a false alarm.

I have this little device on the side of my buckle that I could take anywhere, and if I get sick or anything, all I've got to do is press the button, and the GPS would tell them where I'm at. The other one I just had around my neck only works in the house, up to maybe 500 feet down the road, so that's why I went with Mobile Help instead. It's just a good product to me. The only time I've used it is just to call and then tell them it's a test, that's all, and the people are really nice.

I decided to get one after I fell in the kitchen and broke my finger. I use it all the time; it's very convenient to wear. I'll take a shower in the morning, and I sleep with it at night. When you push the device button, it seems like help comes immediately, so I'm glad that I have it. I feel more comfortable with it in the house and on me. When you think about it how much it cost per day, you're glad you have it.

A friend of mine had it and she liked it so I also bought it. They're very expensive. I took it for the whole year, and I don't know if I'll do it for next year. We should see how it works out. My neighbor has it and she talked me into getting the same one. Hers went off yesterday by accident, and they were here almost immediately. I was really happy to have them. I'm right next door to her and the fact that they got here so soon, within minutes, that was a good thing. I have no complaints. I don't want to have to use it, but it's here, and I wear it, and so far everything has been good.
