I was reading some feedback that I got in the mail, and I went ahead and I thought, well, I'm going to try it and see what they offer. I got a lock box and a month free. I had already had some experience with something similar, and so I just thought I would try and see how it works. They said to test it once a month to make sure it works. I did, and I could hear it in my bedroom. My experience has been that I haven't had any problems. So far everything's been good with it, so I am satisfied right now. It's expensive, but you need it, and I feel safer now with it. I already recommended it once, so I would recommend it again. I assume that everything would be fine because I know the button works.

I found that the people who respond on the phone are very prompt and calm and know what they're doing. It just makes me feel great knowing that it's there, and it's just so easy to use. Every time I test it, someone's right there and they're incredibly thorough. I fortunately have not had to use it, but I wear the pendant everyday. I went with this company because some other family members use it, too.

The customer service is excellent! They were very helpful and very wise about what they are talking about. The device quality is great, and I'm very happy with it. A friend of mine told me about it, and I've seen the ads on TV. I like the idea that I can go anywhere I want to and be covered by Mobile Help. I haven't used it yet, but I take it with me everywhere I go so I can use it if needed, but I'm sure everything will be great.

I'm trusting them completely because I live alone, and I've had open heart surgery and knee surgery, so I am completely trusting them and recommending them to others. There was a botch in that heart surgery, so I wanted something to put on my arm instead of my chest. I saw their device in a senior citizen pamphlet that I get every month, and that's why I switched, because I can wear it like a watch and I don't have to have that heavy thing dangling on my chest. I did call to make sure it was working one time, and they were very nice and checked it for me.

I'm on a wheel chair and a guy let me down too fast when I was coming in a door, and my fall detector went off. Really, I enjoyed that, because it made me feel safe in case I fall and no one's here to help me out. That made me know that it would detect my fall, and that's important. The device is convenient and easy to work. It has two rooms that I can talk to them from. When I had a device before from another place, it only covered one room.

I got it based on the reviews I read online. It's easy to use, it's easy to set up, I haven't had to use it yet but it seems like it's well-put-together. The sales people are very helpful over the phone, very nice. I had one point of contact, which I appreciated, and it was a good experience. They've been great, very informative, very helpful, didn't try to oversell me, so I think it's good customer support.

I was with somebody else and then I decided to switch to them. I liked the service I had, but this is more compact, modern. I like the fact that the sound is very clear. It doesn't have a lot of static and stuff and it doesn't make a lot of noise. I've only tested it a few times. I haven't had any emergencies yet with it. The customer service is good, though, and the value is pretty good. I thought it was a little bit less, but I don't have to pay until April. My experience so far has been very good; no reason not to trust them.

I'm not sure it is the best for me yet. I've had it for a while. I thought it would be better than the old one because it has a fall button, but the fall button doesn't work right. If you wear it around your neck the whole time, you just ring it till it goes off. I had a lot of trouble with it telling me I had a fall, so I don't wear it anymore; I just wear the bracelet. I think its' great to have, and they seemed to be right on the ball; they answer right away so that's nice, but the fall button is too delicate. Every time I'd move or lay down it would go off; that's crazy. I got to talk to a couple of people, and they tried to explain to me that you can't wear the necklace to bed, you can't do this with it, you can't do that with it... I mean, what's the purpose of having the fall button on it if it's that bad? I want something I can wear 24/7.

I called several other companies, and one factor certainly was the cost. There are some that are more expensive, and there are some others that are less, but I'm happy with this one. It's good to have it. I've trusted them enough to tell my friend about it, and she got it. She's glad to have it, too, because she stumbles a lot. I just have a regular day; I wear the wristband, and if I leave the house to go shopping or do appointments or whatever, I take my little GPS unit with me and hope and pray I don't have to use it. So far I haven't, but it's there, just sitting in my purse, happy as can be. It's like home or car insurance; you hope you never have to use it, but it's there in case you do. I had one phone call at 11:30 at night wanting to know if I was all right, because they said the alarm had gone off on the necklace. I've never even worn the necklace'it was still sitting where I put it when I got it'but somebody was Johnny-on-the-spot, so that was good. At least they were checking!

I am almost 84. I still stay in my own house and do my own driving. I thought it would be nice to have something so that I could actually get help if something happened to me. I wear the necklace around my neck in case I'm here by myself, and if I fall and can't get up or need some help. I feel like that help is right there at my fingertips. It offers a very good value for my money. I haven't had to use it, but I did accidentally touch it when I first got it. I wasn't in distress at all; I was just trying to set it up, but someone answered me right away, in seconds.

I had used ADT, and I decided that didn't want to spend the money, so I left them, but then I got scared. I was just thinking and remembered that Mobile Help had advertised on TV, so that's why I called them. I keep it with me all the time. It's handy and keeps me from being scared of falling. So far I've been okay, but I did call in just to make sure that I was all hooked up and everything, and everybody was a real professional and I trust them. I will be suggesting them to others in need of their service.

I've been looking at several different ones. The value is pretty average across the board with others. I tried this one and I liked what I heard, and that's why I went with it. It seems to be very convenient. It's small; I don't notice that I even have it on. I have no problems that would keep me from recommending it. I haven't had to use it, but it doesn't have to be an emergency. Whether I'm hurt or not, if I have fallen, I can call in, and they can call in a neighbor to come over and help me, so that's really a help for me, just knowing that I can get someone close real quick if I needed to. I leave it sitting by my bed at night instead of on me, but I get up in the morning and put it on. I wear it outside to work in the yard a little bit, or to visit the grocery store and come home.

On a normal day, I grab my GPS and my wrist thing, and out I go. I feel safer now that I've got that with me, and they can find me if I fall. Other ones I checked out were more expensive, but MobileHelp is within my price range. The devices don't take up a lot of space. The necklace, the wrist thing, the GPS box, and the charger are all small enough that they fit on my bureau, and they're not in the way of anything. Whenever I need a question answered or need any help for something, the customer support people are there to help me. They're very friendly and courteous.

I haven't had any chance of using it, but I got it all hooked up. I just like it. When it went off accidentally, they even took their time to call me back and ask me what was wrong, and I told them it was just a mistake. There's nothing negative that I would have to say about them. These guys are good, and even though you made a mistake they come right on and ask.

I'm home by myself ninety percent of the time, and I go to the doctor and do other things by myself, so I think it was something I really needed. So far it's been okay. They're quick to answer when I do my weekly checks on the machine and the equipment. The only thing is, I wear the wristband, and I sweat a lot and I have to take it off quite often.

They've got a GPS device that they can use to track this woman down when I need to find her. She will go out and get lost sometimes, and doesn't know how to get back home. So, we mainly got it for that, and also in case she was to fall while home alone. She has a pacemaker and she's going to be by herself a lot during the summer, and having the device takes a lot of the burden and worry off of us. She's also got the lockbox for the door key.

This is something I've been waiting to get, I didn't want to wait any longer. It works just about anywhere, and it's really important to have some way to get help. I set it out here with me when I fell out of my wheelchair and couldn't get up. I've discussed it with other people quite a bit already, and I'm just really happy with the service. They call or text to see if there's any kind of fall or anything. I can't ask for a whole lot more.

Considering my age and that I live alone, I thought that it would be a good idea to have one. I haven't had the opportunity to use it, because I consider myself at age 87 to be in really good health, but I want to make sure that no matter where I go or what I do I can get assistance immediately. If they weren't trustworthy, I would have never gotten the system. I can wear a device on my wrist and take it with me, or sleep with it. I have another device that I can take with me. If I decided to go on one of my adventure trips, they can find me no matter where I am.

I just liked the advertisement. I'd been shopping around, and I decided they were the best for me. I've got one regret, though. I got the wrist button and the necklace when I got back from my stay in the rehab hospital, and I had been wearing the necklace just two days, and the button fell off. I called MobileHelp and they said they would send another one out to me, another necklace and a button. So, I'm very pleased, not that it fell off, but that they're sending me another one. I've had buttons in the past and they never fell off, though.

We liked the price and what they have to offer. We have it for monitoring my mother-in-law 24/7. We've not had to haven't use yet. We got it so that when she falls that we'll be able to know that she's fallen, but we've been staying with her all the time. Haven't had to use costumer support, except when I signed up and they called back, and that was fine. I don't have any problem with it. It's easy to use; it's just plug-in-and-go, so that's good.

My children decided that I needed this. I haven't had any time I had to use it, except by accident. I dropped it on the floor when I removed my garment from my head. I pulled it off and it fell on the floor. First thing I know, I heard "fall detected," and then they came on and wanted to know if I was alright. I did tell them that I accidentally dropped it, and so everything was okay. They immediately responded, so it seems that it really works.

I wanted something where they would send help out first, and then notify my family members. A lot of them have been notified as family members then they in turn have to call 911 themselves. I wasn't pleased with that; I wanted something where the help would be first in line. I've never had to use it so far, and I hope I never do, but if I do, I have it available. I felt that the cost was really minimum compared to some of the others, but I just paid it for the whole year.

I decided on Mobile Help based on phone calls that I made during my research period, and feedback that I received. I really haven't had to use it yet, but a typical day is to make sure that I have the fall alert necklace on when I'm here at home, and then to make sure that I take the cellular unit with me when I leave home, so that I have access to help if I need it. A couple of times my alarm has gone off when it shouldn't have, and I received calls, so it's pretty responsive. I have no complaints. It's pretty sensitive, but I guess they all are.

I feel secure, because before I got it I had fallen a couple of times. It's convenient equipment. It went off accidentally, and immediately they would call to find out if everything was okay. I think they're affordable and I appreciate how quickly they respond. I talked to them twice and they said they were gonna send something out, and I got it immediately in the mail. I already recommended it to about 6 people. I called other services and they were way too expensive for me, being a widow, and I didn't like what they offered.

As a matter of fact, I have already recommended MobileHelp to people. We haven't had to use it'we've only tested the system a couple of times' but they've always been very courteous and responsive to any questions that we had. We haven't had many; just for very minor stuff. It all seems to be well made, and I think it was a good value for the money; that's why we went with it.

I researched it to make sure that it was cellular-based, because we traveled quite a bit and that's important to us. Some of the others are just through a phone line at your house, and I wanted to make sure that when we're traveling we were still able to use it. That was kind of the deciding factor, and when I did some googling of the company and that made me decide to go with them. My wife is the one that uses it. We just go about our business and just feel safer knowing that in fact we have the device. She's by herself; that was kind of my concern, if I was traveling and away from the house, or she went someplace and she couldn't make a phone call, so it just gives her more freedom. I haven't had a lot of experience with it, but I have had two false alarms, and they called immediately and forgave me right away. I haven't had any issues with the equipment; it seems to work fine, including anytime we tested it. It's a product that we hope we never have to use, so that's our goal: to have it, but never have to use it.

I called it one time and I got results right away. It was at 1 in the morning. I was in great pain, and I called, and right away someone answered the phone and asked if it was me and if I needed medical help. I said yes, and right away they sent a team of people here. They told me what to do to ease the pain, they gave me Ibuprofen, and I was able to go back to sleep. They were very speedy in getting me the help I needed. I was in so much pain and it really mattered to me. The answering service is very good, a person comes on and answers you and talks to you, and that's very important.

Price is right. I can wear a watch-like as opposed to a not so attractive '''necklace.''' They provide a lock box for your front door. Ask that you hang on your icebox door all your medical information. I have a little instrument that I can carry in my purse when I leave the house which enables me to call for help. You can regulate the volume on the small console - very nice so your neighbors don't hear the loud response from the Mobile Help folks. I could go on and on! And AARP recommends this device and compare it with the other devices in AARP.

I had read their marketing brochure and had asked them for additional information. It sounded like it would work for me, but it will not. I'm waiting for them to send me a return post receipt, and I will be sending it back. I had no problems with their customer service. They were helpful and told me what they would do. The device itself seems to be convenient, but I just tallied everything up and figured that for the number of times I would probably use it, it is going to be more costly than I had initially anticipated. I have advanced glaucoma and I'm going blind, so I have major health problems and with the expenses, it just didn't seem to be the way to go.

I received notifications from other companies and they weren't as knowledgeable or helpful as MobileHelp was. I had gone into the hospital three different times and I didn't have the MobileHelp yet. My son bought it for me. I didn't want to wear one, but he said it made him feel better. If I had been the one buying this myself, I would have looked into things further. I called to test, and they did a fine job of answering my questions and testing it. I wear one of the things all the time, but I think it's kind of ridiculous that you have to take the other part of it with you if you go any place. There are others that don't do that, where the mobile device has a battery in it, and it answers without carrying an extra piece. I don't think you should have to carry two things. With this one, if the thing you wear on your wrist is the thing you push and you don't have the other thing with you, it's of no use at all.

If you need a cop or something all you do is push the button and they'll notify the police department where you're at. They are quick about responding when you need help. I did some research and thought they offered the most opportunities for different kinds of that type of care. They've been very helpful and understanding, and everytime I called they've been right there to answer my questions. I just received it recently, and when the first one came, the package was beeping when it arrived, so I called the company. They were very nice, and they had me send it back. Within a week I had a new one, and so far that's working very well. In fact, it works so well that I bent over and an ambulance came. I think people better know how sensitive it is! I had no idea how sensitive the units are, and you have to be careful, because you can set it off a lot more easily than I thought. Aside from that, I think the device quality is very good.

I think the fact that I could take the device with me was key to deciding on MobileHelp. I haven't had to use it or their customer support yet, so I guess it's good. I don't like the little charging device because I don't think it charges very much, and I don't like having to charge it when I come home because I don't remember to do it. I would rather have a device that I don't have to charge. I think other companies that I know of don't have a charging device, so if I had to change I would change because of that. I don't like having to come home and remember to take it out of my purse and charge it. That's the part I don't like. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

I researched and narrowed it down to the top 2, and I finally decided that because MobileHelp offered the same thing as the 2nd one, and yet they are the ones that make some of their own equipment and sell it to the 2nd one, that means they're better. Their price was a little bet less, too, and they had everything I wanted. I sleep with my bracelet, and I have the GPS unit charging near my bed, so that I can hear it if I need it during the night. When I wake up I use the pendant that will detect if I fall. I put that on while I take a shower and when I go walking, and then I go back to my wristband, and I go to my office with my GPS unit next to it. I had my pendant go off a couple of times and their response was immediate. They called back the next day to give me some tips on what I could do to avoid a false alarm, so they have been very fast in response, and very good in giving me ideas in how to use it and how to manage it better. I haven't really gone through anything except those false alarms, but they showed it is working very well, maybe too well. I think that the pendant is a little bit too sensitive, or I am too active for it, but that's a good problem. It's better for it to be wrong by calling a false alarm, than to let me lie there needing help and not calling at all. I really think they have a wonderful company, and a wonderful product. I'm just going to change the pendant that's so sensitive. I think I'm too active'if I bend down to get a soap from the shower or something that falls on the floor, it goes off thinking that I fell'and so I really think that I'm not yet at the stage in my life where I need that pendant, but I know where to get it when I do need it.

I would highly recommend them. So far, they perform very well. My parents are very happy with them, and they're going to try them for a year. They have bracelets and GPS and a Better Business Bureau 5-star rating. The support people when I called were very friendly, courteous, informative, and not pushy. They were just very knowledgeable, trained well, very efficient, and they spoke English well.

Our daughter had done some research on it, and that she suggested it for us, so we we talked to their representative and liked what we heard. I already have recommended it, since I'm satisfied with it. It has gone off a couple of times but we've had a good response. We'd get a call right away when it goes off, to let us know and to find out if we need help. My wife has fallen three different times, and it really hasn't gone off then. We have found out that It takes a certain kind of fall in order for it to go off, and then it takes thirty seconds.

I needed something just in case I fell or got sick when nobody's around, and I just kept getting stuff in the mail, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm very likely to recommend it. There was one time that I accidentally pressed the button by mistake'I haven't really needed to use it, otherwise'but when that happened, I was very satisfied. Somebody came on right away, and was very willing to help me if I did need it. They were very courteous.

I need the device because I have to be out sometimes by myself. The people I spoke with about getting it were very, very nice. They answered all my questions and gave me the answers I needed to hear. When I tested it, they were on there immediately. I've accidentally hit the fall button'not by pushing it; I just bumped something'and they were there very quickly.

This is the first time we signed up for anything like this, but I think their customer service people are great. I have given the company name to 2 of our friends, I hope they contact them. I think we feel safer. When we take a walk in a park or something we can feel safe; if something happens, somebody can come and help. We're elderly and we live in a rather remote area. We think it'd be good to have in case of a fall or some emergency like a stroke or heart attack. So far it's great service. Some of the devices can easily be set off by accidentally pressing them, though.

One of my friends had it, so that's why we got it too. Yesterday my husband fell and they called to the let me know. I have to work, and that makes me feel secure whenever they are monitoring him, but this morning he fell, and it didn't go off. I was standing there looking at it when he fell, and nobody called. That makes me feel not comfortable because I don't know now whether it would be detected or not while I'm away.
