I have not had to really use it yet. I was a bit disappointed that when I forgot to take the mobile unit out of my pocket, I did not receive an alert on my cell phone to remind me.

The sales people are very helpful but once you are signed up you call a different line. It takes them about forty seconds to answer. I think it should be a battery instead of charging thing.
