The fall detection is too sensitive. Mobile Health has called when there has been nothing wrong (no fall, etc.) The EMS was even sent to my mother's home when all she did was lay the necklace on the night stand.

Used to wearing a pendant that didn't need charging and the fall button seems heavy as I have neck problems with pinched nerves and a bad disc. Wish the one that I wear everyday didn't need charging.

The first time I used my medical alert it sent false fall messages when I did not fall. Since then I have not used it because I don't want it to send false messages. I think it is too sensitive to my movements.

Response experiences of my friend which saved her life on at least one occasion and assisted her on other non-life threatening emergencies led to my selecting Mobile Help over other companies. I accidentally bumped my Fall Pendant against something and the emergency system activated immediately.
