Easy to use and I only have to charge it every four or five days. Customer service is very responsive to my questions. They took the time to explain everything to me. I like the feature of the lock box. It is expensive but I am happy with the product.

Use it as a safety factor if I fall or have a heart attack. I am ninety two years old so I need something like it. It is working fine. When I bump it, they come right on and want to know what it going on. The price is a little high but I have had friends who have had other devices and I happy really pleased with Guardian.

Almost don’t realize I have it on. It does the job it is supposed to do. I like the quick response. When I fell one morning, I had it with me and they were there. It gives me a feeling of security. Someone is there instantly. I think it is definitely worth buying.

I get the help I need right away, that is the thing I like the most. Yesterday we had a mistake and they came right away even though it was an error. We didn’t know it had gone off and my daughter came. It was very good. Everything went fine. I find it very convenient.

Every time I test it, somebody answers. I test it once a month. I like the security it provides me. I know if I fall or get hurt, I can have help right away. It would be an improvement if they could get the batter life longer.

Because I don’t have any complaints. When I bumped my guardian, you called my daughter and worked with her to make sure I needed assistance. Thankfully she has cameras in the house and located me and saw that I didn’t need assistance thus averting an ems call.

What I like best is It not only has a necklace but bracelet so you can you can make a choice. I just need to test it to make sure it works. I haven't had to use it, but I'm a lot less anxious because I have it, so It's kind of my life line here. It keeps me from worrying, you know if I'm out in the yard I could fall and I can get some help or If I get scared at night I couldn't press it. It's just comforting.

I think I've already answered the question but 5 because the service was prompt and answered my questions appropriately. I can say that time I tested it, I haven't needed to use it. Um the person that I talked to was knowledgeable and answered my questions that I might have had. I like that I have it on hand in case I need it for emergencies.

I use it and it seems to be good. I haven't had an emergency, but I test It and the people that answer are courteous. It just fell on the floor and they answered Immediately and courteously and that's what I'm looking for. I think It was a good device going on two years a little more and I think it's a good device. I think they are trustworthy.

This device is heavy. I fell and broke my arm and my device got an ambulance here for me. I am happy with my device. One thing that I'm not happy with is the fact that I didn't think my device was working one day and I called them and I was told to take it off and we're always very hard that isn't the way falls happen all the time yes it did work when I did that but I shouldn't have to do that.

I like it because the times that I've fallen which has been twice in the last month they immediately come on and caught my fall and and the operator immediately comes on. I wish my necklace was a little bit longer. When I fall or if I'm so sick I have to call ambulance Medical guardian will do that for me. They are very thorough and I always get 911 here very quickly and I have instructions for them how to get my house and I never have any trouble. Everything is excellent.

I think their device is very convenient and very much worth while. I like the security. If I get in trouble by falling or getting hurt, help will come immediately. Their questions are quite sincere. They ask if I need help or if it is a test. I think that is a good thing. There is some confusion on my part how to answer some of their questions.

Thankfully I haven't had to use it for an emergency but I feel secure in my two story house. I am 85 years old. Whenever I accidentally push the button, someone calls to check on me. I feel good wearing it around my neck. I stick it under my shirt.

I like that I get an instant response when the button is pushed. Someone responds within seconds. It is very heavy to wear around the neck and I have accidentally set it off by leaning on it when it is around my neck. Someone comes on immediately. They ask if you need someone sent out. I would recommend Guardian to other people.

When I first got my Guardian Mini I went to a hotel and had a false alarm. My message said: no signal call did not go through. My 3 contacts were called with only a 800 tel number as identification. Not the company name. 2 contacts did not take the call at 5.45 am. So I would recommend the Medical Guardian name will be displayed when contacts are called. 1 contact was able to call and report the false alarm.

They get back to you ASAP. When you press the button, there's somebody actually there right on the line. They are always courteous, nice, cheerful, and happy, even when I press the button by accident. I've tried other companies and they're hardly ever ready to help you. What is dislike is that the watch gave me a rash. I saw the dermatologist twice. I like that I have safety in the house. If I experience a problem, I will have emergency personnel in my home quickly. It is extremely easy to use for my 89 years old mother. I like that she can’t take off the bracelet off and loose it. It stays on her. I think it is waterproof so she can wear it all the time. It has worked perfectly when we test it. The response time is quick.

I purchased this for my aunt who lives a thousand miles away. It gives me security knowing she has help if she needs it since she's had a major illness during her life that's thrown her for a loop.
