The time we used it, I was happy with it because it makes me feel that my mother is safer as she could get a hold of me right away. When we tested it, they replied right away though they did say the wrong name but they corrected it right away.

Everybody always has room for improvement. I do have trouble with my device but customer service has been extremely nice and are trying to get it resolved. They seem to be willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the device is up and working properly.

So far I like everything about it. It is very convenient and light on my neck every day and gives me peace of mind. They responded very quickly, almost immediately. My only suggestion would be for it to tell when it is time to charge it by voice.

The watch is bulky. I bump it and activate it too easily when it is on my wrist. The quality is definitely there. We get immediate responses when we test it. They are very courteous and friendly and not in a hurry to get off the phone. They make sure they explain to you how everything works and answer all your questions.

My broke and they said they so I had to call them to get a replacement and I was happy that they said they would pay for the shipping. I used the button once because my neighbor looked like she was having a problem and I got a response right away.

Priceless since the first night we had to use it at three o clock in the morning. She pushed the button and Medical Guardian called me and I went over and saw she was slipping into a diabetic coma and we were able to get the paramedics to her to get her stabilized. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.

So far I like everything about medical guardian’s medical alert device. I tested it a couple of days ago and immediately someone was on the phone answering me. Every time I test it, they are right there and are nice and helpful and polite. I feel very relaxed talking to them.

It's a great system. They have wonderful customer service. It is a little more expensive than other systems but it is the best system. I have had other ones and medical guardian really is the best. It is easy to handle and you take it with you when you leave the home so it is a simple system.

Several times I have tested it and I have confidence in it. They were very pleasant and assuring and responded very quickly. The voice was very clear and they heard me clearly. I think I made the right choice. I am very satisfied with it. The price is vey high but the confidence it gives makes it worthwhile.

The unit was simple to set up. It is a simple device. I don’t have to worry about her being close to it and I like that she is able to go to different cities and it will still work. It is really loud and clear on the speaker. We don’t have any issues getting in touch with them. Customer service has been really good.

They have generally been very easy to work with when we've had to call in. We did have difficulty with the first unit received. When I called for help nothing worked and no solution was found. I called again at a later date, talked with a different person, he told me entirely different actions to take to set things up and it worked like a charm. I was very happy that we got it working, but disappointed that all customer service people don't know how to set the equipment up.

It is pretty expensive but it is worth it. I am happy with it. I hope it lasts a long time that I don’t need to use it but I am 91 years old. It is comfortable to wear. I wear it on a silver chain I bought myself. The quality is good. I wore a different brand for some years and it wore out. There were several things I didn’t like about the old one that I like about this one.

I’ve used it twice now, once when I was lying on the floor and couldn’t get up and the most recent I couldn’t get out of my chair and my caregiver had taken my walker, and both times, it solved my problems. I like knowing that I have help when I need it. If I fall down, it is easy and I know it is there.

Every time I call, I’ve always had a good experience with nice people. It makes my mom feel safe and me feel safe leaving her to got to the store or something. When it went off in her suitcase, the firetruck and ambulance came so the response is good.

24-7 ability to summon assistance on the go and not tethered down to just my residence. I have the active system. The downfall about device is it doesn't hold charge as advertised. Don't even get 3 days and battery is dead. This shouldn't happen with today's technology.

Good customer support and it gives them a way to get in touch if they need help. It does go off when he throws it around his neck but they are nice about it. They make sure he is okay. I was warned ahead of time this was not satisfactory for some people because the fall detection goes off easily but we don’t have any problems with it.

You have to be careful because it is very sensitive. I have to wear it under my shirt so it doesn’t bump. It is kind of embarrassing when the medical man comes to my door so I have to be careful. They are there promptly which is good if I ever really needed it. It does give you a comfortable feeling.

Everything is good I just have to remember to take the little unit off the charger and put it into mu purse every time I go someplace, that is the only part I don’t like. The quality is good. Everybody was nice when I had the paramedics come to my house by accident. They talked me through it.

My husband and I both have them and it seems to be working perfectly fine. We have had no problems with it. The only thing I can fine that I don’t like is that it flashes every two seconds or so at night but we’re getting used to it.

I have the bracelet and I like it very much but I seem to be allergic to the band so I have to wear a band aid on my arm so it doesn’t touch my skin. The people at Medical Guardian are very courteous and helpful. They listen to anything you need to tell them.

I would absolutely recommend it. I like that it tells me when it needs to be charged. It comes in good and loud and clear. It does everything I wanted it to do. It is comforting for me. The only thing I don’t like is something blinks at night and that is annoying sometimes.

This brings me comfort knowing I have it in case of a medical emergency. The customer service representative that got me started was great. When I tested the device, the operator came on and was very professional and nice. I can you that I an EMT does respond when it goes off because one time I accidentally pushed the button on my wristband.

The button is lightweight. I can pin it to my shirt or have it lanyard. The only thing I don’t like is the button for the GPS flashes and can trigger my migraines but that is fine because I don’t use it all the time and I can stick it in my purse. Customer service was fine. They explained everything very thoroughly and told me to call back if I needed more information.

When somebody lives alone, it is a good thing to have if there is a problem, you can press the button and it will keep you safe. I feel safe. I feel secure. It is convenient. It’s nice looking. Haven’t had to use it yet thankfully but I feel everyday like I might have to so I feel so much safer knowing if I do fall, somebody isn’t going to find me a day later, they are right there to help. The customer service person that I talked to was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I like the fact that my father can be out in his three quarter of an acre yard and it covers the whole area. It is not limited in it’s coverage. They answer immediately when you test it.

The only thing I don’t like is the watch band, it keeps coming out of the little loop and I have to adjust it all the time. That’s the only thing. Other than that I love it. It makes me feel that I am not alone. I have somebody in my corner all the time. They listened to what I had to say.

I like it very much. As soon as the button is pressed, somebody is calling me to see if I am alright. The only problem is that when I am eating at the table, I lean over and I bump it against the edge of the table and it goes off. It has happened twice.

I like that there was an option of the necklace and wrist option so at certain times she likes to wear one or the other. I tested it when we got it.
