Overall their products are very good. I test it once a week and there are not problems with it. I was concerned about the wrist bracelet compared to the necklace and they took my request and sent me a necklace as well. It’s pretty handy if nobody is around.

My wife wears the wristband and we have the necklace available if we need it. I am a little more active than she is so I don’t carry it around with me. We’ve been pleased with it. It works, we have tested it. The people we’ve talked to have been very responsive.

I like everything about my medical alert device. I fell one time in the kitchen and I couldn’t get up and I called and they were here within a matter of fifteen minutes. I could have laid on the floor until my kids came in the evening because they work. They’re wonderful.

You can’t beat nationwide. I did check it when I got to my winter house and they got the address right. It is a little big so I wear it under my shirt. I am hesitant to wear it in the shower but other than that I feel confident. They helped me set it up. They are very nice and friendly.

I lived with my son and his wife but they moved because of the pandemic so I am alone now and now if I fall I have something to rely on. I am happy with it. When I set it off by mistake, the operator was on asking me if there was a problem.

My mother is the one who wears it. She likes the comfort of knowing that there is help available if she needs it but she is not happy with how easy it is to bump the wristband to make it call. They are pleasant to deal with. They are prompt and courteous.

The only problem I have with it is I am trying to figure out the length of time to charge it. It varies from two to seven days. It is good in every other aspect. I have accidentally pressed the button once and they were on immediately asking if I was okay.

Small, not big and clumsy but very light weight. It works very well when I test it. It is very pleasant working with them. When I ask for information about it, they are very willing to give it. I find them easy to talk to. Very receptive.

It seem pretty solid and comfortable. The only thing I would like is if it were adjustable. If I inadvertently bump it I almost instantly get a call from your service center asking me if everything was okay. I have confidence in it.

Had bougjt this for my mom, who had fallen numerous times and she already punched button once. An ambulance summoned, myself an aunt and uncle were contacted. Everything worked the way they said and all is good now mom got the help she needed with one push of a button. I'm now living 1200 miles away and feel better knowing she has a safety net

I am in excellent health and I don’t expect to need to use it but it is just something to have since I am by myself now and my kids thought it would be good to have as an extra precaution. I tested it when I first got it and it works fine. They respond quickly. It is easy to work with.

Very satisfied with Medical Guardian. I would definitely recommend this company over any other company. They’re courteous and prompt. I like everything about it. I like that my husband can push the button and a few seconds somebody comes on. They double checked to make sure the ambulance od fire department came.

Accessible and easy to work. It works well and they are timely. One time my mother hit the button when she was a bit disoriented and they gave me a call, I am the first person they contact, and I was able to go by early that morning to make sure she was doing fine. If I don’t pick up they call the 2nd person on the list.

When my grandmother called it, they were on it quickly. Even though it was a false alarm, it was nice to know that somebody still answered just to make sure she was okay. I like that it is loud. It is hard for my grandmother to understand the person if they are not speaking clearly. It is very simple and easy to use.

Invaluable as it gives me freedom for safety reasons to be outside and it works great when we test it. The response was immediate and clear. The sales experience was also fantastic. I do think that the wrist band should be a softer than a hard plastic. Something a little more elastic would be better.

It is a good price for peace of mind. It offers fall protection, which not all medical alert systems do. When my grandmother sets the pendant on the table a little bit too quickly, they call right away. It is easy to understand people who call you and easy to call in.

Twice by mistake I have pushed it. The person comes on right away and asks me my name and if I am okay. I like everything about except that when I cross my chest, it gets set off because I forget it is there. I would like something to stop it once it starts so I don’t have to wait for someone to come on to ask the questions.

When it arrived, it was not fully set up. I had to make calls to get the devices to work. When it was set off by a sudden movement that was not a fall, the audible instructions said to "Press the button if this is not an emergency" but pressing the button didn't do anything. It was some frantic moments when the audible instructions told me that emergency services were being dispatched when I had not even been connected to a representative through the device by phone or by the device. It has gone a little smoother since then.

I’ve recommended them to several of my neighbors. I like that I can wear it around my neck. I always have access to it when I need it. They were very helpful and walked me through step by step. It took a lot of their time and patience but I did not feel rushed.

At the very beginning of the month, I tested it and it worked very well. The operator was polite and efficient. She asked me a couple of questions to determine it was a legitimate test and when she was assured it was, she concluded the call. I like the feeling that I have some backup in case of an accident.

Test it every five days. I usually put it on the charger when I go to bed at night and as soon as I get up I call in to test it. It is no problem. I like the scrap that is around my neck. I would like a little different one for dress clothes. Other than that I have no problems. It is as good as it gets.

If I need help, they are quick getting back to me and asking me if I need it. One day I feel in the kitchen and they came on. I was able to get myself up so I didn’t have to use them but it was good to know it was there. It is one of the better ones.

Right after it was delivered to my dad, it was tested. It helped me keep in touch with whatever injuries my father may have whenever he’s at home. He doesn’t have anybody there that can call for help so we have medical guardian. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I was given and explained the safety features for my Mom 89 years old she had fallen and they responded quickly weeks later she had difficulty breathing and she pressed her watch and the EMS was there and the door lock code was given to the police so not to have to call the fire dept. and break through

Very quick response time. I hit the button when I fell and the ambulance was here in 7 minutes. My daughter did beat them here but they were very nice and helpful. I did not want to go to the hospital but they insisted. They did however let my daughter take me to the hospital of my choice. They did not leave until we were in our vehicle. I am happy they did this because I ended up being in the hospital for a week.

I pressed my button on only two occasions, once to test, and the second time to question the light flashing on the box. Both times, someone answered immediately using my name, and asked if I was in trouble. When I said why I pressed the button and that it wasn't an emergency, the person verified my address, and sounded glad that I was okay.

The watch is bulky. I bump it and activate it too easily when it is on my wrist. The quality is definitely there. We get immediate responses when we test it. They are very courteous and friendly and not in a hurry to get off the phone. They make sure they explain to you how everything works and answer all your questions.

Medical Guardian is convenient for my mom because there is a sense of security for her and it is easy to operate. The particular unit we ordered has unlimited mobility with it so I think it is a good all around package. We have tested it a couple of times and each time it was faster. They answered with 2 to 3 rings.

It's a great system. They have wonderful customer service. It is a little more expensive than other systems but it is the best system. I have had other ones and medical guardian really is the best. It is easy to handle and you take it with you when you leave the home so it is a simple system.

Priceless since the first night we had to use it at three o clock in the morning. She pushed the button and Medical Guardian called me and I went over and saw she was slipping into a diabetic coma and we were able to get the paramedics to her to get her stabilized. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.

The unit was simple to set up. It is a simple device. I don’t have to worry about her being close to it and I like that she is able to go to different cities and it will still work. They have generally been very easy to work with when we've had to call in. We did have difficulty with the first unit received. When I called for help nothing worked and no solution was found. I called again at a later date, talked with a different person, he told me entirely different actions to take to set things up and it worked like a charm. I was very happy that we got it working, but disappointed that all customer service people don't know how to set the equipment up.

I’ve used it twice now, once when I was lying on the floor and couldn’t get up and the most recent I couldn’t get out of my chair and my caregiver had taken my walker, and both times, it solved my problems. I like knowing that I have help when I need it. If I fall down, it is easy and I know it is there.

It is pretty expensive but it is worth it. I am happy with it. I hope it lasts a long time that I don’t need to use it but I am 91 years old. It is comfortable to wear. I wear it on a silver chain I bought myself. The quality is good. I wore a different brand for some years and it wore out. There were several things I didn’t like about the old one that I like about this one.

Every time I call, I’ve always had a good experience with nice people. It makes my mom feel safe and me feel safe leaving her to got to the store or something. When it went off in her suitcase, the firetruck and ambulance came so the response is good.
