The other day I had the home unit in my purse and I pushed it getting into my car and immediately it went off and they called to see if I had fallen or not. It's excellent. Whenever I have tested it there's been an immediate answer. There's no waiting and you don't have to dial nine one one. They are always available and they are always friendly. The only downside is there are two units, so you have to have both wih you if you want it to work.

I don't have to worry about my mom when she is alone. We tested everything was working well and she accidentally set it off one day and didn't realize it and EMS got there in no time so that made me feel better knowing that it it does actually work.

It's easy to carry around I've got around my neck and it's excellent, it's real small. I like the convenience of having it. The sales person was excellent, she did an excellent job telling us everything and then the people that you talk to after you get it installed get up and running or for a very very helpful.

I think it's expensive. We've used it and they called right when they should and when they could not reach me they were able to get the next person on my list, as well as have an ambulances in route, so it was very timely. It seems to be working well.

I feel safer with it around in case I fall since I live alone. I'm not real happy with the fact that I've already broken the thing that holds it around my neck twice and I've had to put it back together. When I called to set it up they walked me through it and got it done for me.

My primary complaint and frustration is simply that the ends and the netcord both ended up coming out of the pieces that hold the rope on your neck. Meaning the ends that are magnetic that slide together and hold it on your neck I hope that's clear. So I had to figure out a way to get the rope or straps back in the ends so they would stay in the ends and not keep coming out. Again it was both of them that ended up coming or separating from the rope the rope pulled out of each end. They both came apart or came out a couple weeks apart. And I did nothing to cause them from pulling out they just pulled out . Again meaning the rope ends pulled out of the little metal pieces that hold the rub together the magnetic clasp if that's what you call them.

I like it because it's handy. I have wrist watch that I wear all the time. The quality is good. One time I had to use it when I was in a wheelchair. I couldn't walk because I was dizzy and I couldn't get up or in my chair and nobody was here. This device is perfect for me.

It was very satisfactory. Once I just fell a little bit and I couldn't get up from were I fell, so they helped me, but it wasn't very serious. And and it's always good when it is not very serious. It's not too bothersome to have it around.

My father in law hit a button and didn't realize he did it and they not only called me on my phone but they were also trying to talk to him on his his device at the house but he couldn't hear them. We did a test on it yesterday and it was pretty smooth. They respond pretty quickly about it.

I haven't had any complaints. It's done what it what they said it would do. I've got the lock on my front door so that if anything were to happen to me the rescue squad can get me so I've been happy so far. The person that I spoke initially was very informative and gave me a lot of information. He was very personable and I really liked him.

It's comforting to have here. The other day lights were flashing off and on and I don't know why it was doing that so I have to research that why is that. I tested it and it worked very well. They're real knowledgeable. My puppy jumped up in my lap and put his palm my chest and accidentally set it off. They are very understanding with that, they said it happens all the time. And they were just thankful and nobody was hurt. Its not noticeable, you don't even know you have it on.

I tested it and it worked out fine. I didn't get a lot of instruction before I purchased it about when you should charge it and how long it has to be charged something like that. I think that needs to be a little bit more in the presentation by the sales person. They also tell you that it can be return within 90 days but they don't tell you there's a restocking fee so that's really not full disclosure, other than that it does what it's supposed to do so far. I accidentally hit it once and it went off and the girl was very prompt and very good.

It was very simple to set up and opted to pay for a one year service one time and the gentleman that helped me, I think his name was Jean Pierre, did a great job. When we tested it they answered very quickly and were very helpful. No problems communicating with them. We like the accessibility and the fact that they're water resistant and seemingly no problems with them thus far.

I think they are trustworthy. It's kind of expensive but it's very important. The lock box they sent me was a bit ridiculous. We test the device every now and then. We have very poor cell phone coverage here at home but the unit seems to work each time, although it's a little bumpy, it is still it works every time so I'm pleased with it.

The the device itself is excellent, the necklaces are deplorable, it has broken three times and my gadget has fallen on the street and I'm very lucky that I heard. They sent me two and they just don't work. I have tested it six times and it works very very well. The operators that answers are excellent.

I like the fact that gives me a sense of security since I live alone and. I don't have anybody to check in on me. I just wish that it had a little longer battery life if it lasted for a week instead of five days that would be ideal because then I would only have to remember to charge it once a week.

I like everything about it and they're real prompt. I had to used it once. And they were real prompt answering and told me they were sending help but by then I could breathe and everything was fine so they canceled the help. I'm happy with it. So far they've done a really good job. I tested it twice right after I got it, one time I took off my neclace and they said the fall detected and I got that cleared up. When I'm by myself it gives me some security so if I fall down I can ring this little bell.

The system is good. But, I've had a problem with medallion blinking red . Replaced for me. New one did same thing. One said it blinks when battery is old. Another said it blinks more if battery. So, I've just let that go. I've had problems with other little things. Called several times. Each person had a completely different way to resolve. No one I called seemed to know whether or not if my pacemaker would interfere. My answer came from my doctor and your site online had more answers than the technician. What I'm saying is your people all have different options from each other. One time I was promised they'd call back with answer and they didn't. Your help is not clicking together.

Mostly I like it. The only inconvenient part of it I guess it doesn't matter that much it's only useful at home, I don't have the GPS thing added to it so when I'm away from home doesn't do anything. Well we've tested it several times, I've never had to use it for real and it worked fine when tested. We tested it on a weekend to begin with and we didn't get any response from the support group so apparently it don't use it on the weekends which isn't convenient at all.

The girl I talked to was knowledgeable and she was very polite. I tested it after I charged it when I got it But I haven't had to use it. The quality looks nice and I guess its sturdy. I still don't quite understand why it is blinking the white light but that's I've talked to the girl about it the costumer service people are very polite and knowledgeable.

If I really need them, they answer. I wish I had gone with the wrist one rather than the necklace because I accidentally press it. I accidentally pressed it a couple of nights ago while cooking and they answered in a pretty short fashion and I told them I didn’t need them.

The only complaint I have is that you're supposed to be able to remove the cord from the device if you wanna close it into like a belt clip but the instructions stated press on the button to remove it but there is no button to press on mine. They were very courteous and they answered any questions I had. I've tested it before and the person answered it in a timely fashion. It's easy to use, includes fall detection.

I will recommend it to anybody that's elderly and need a support, that's the best thing to have. It's easy to get to and you can depend on it. I had to go up and down stairs a lot and I'm scared that if I fall I will be able to get through it. But I know if I have it around my neck if I should fall somebody will be there.

I like the peace of mind that comes with the system. I got the system for my mother and have the app on my phone. I am concerned that the connectivity always reads poor. I tried moving it closer to a window as directed by customer service. It didn't make a difference. When I have tested the system, it works. However, how do we know it will function if it is needed?

Have used it twice after a fall and within seconds I was talking to someone, they contacted EMS and called my son. The continued to call each contact number for my sons until one of them received the message that I had fallen and need help to get up.
