I accidentally pushed it once I didn't mean to and somebody answered immediately. I wish it didn't flash, everybody's asking me what is it flashing underneath your clothes. It gives a sense of security, but I bought the fall protection which if you fall you're supposed to be able to alert I have gone down twice and it's not done anything so that would be my dissatisfaction with it.

It's working great. She calls to tell me when it needs to be charged. I have had to use it a couple times I have fallen and boy they come right up when I pushed the button. I lose my balance and I fall so and they have been a big help, they've gotten my help right here. It's working great.

Everything has gone well. I accidentally set it off by leaning over and pressed on it one time and it was answered immediately. That told me that if I really, really needed help they would be there. I really wish that I had gotten a watch because I think something on my wrist would be less noticable.

I keep it on in case something happens. The folks that helped me to set it up were just absolutely great. I've accidentally called it a couple of times and response was certainly quick so I know that if it were an emergency they have my back. I wish I had a pocket to put it in sometimes.

Every time that we've had to get in touch with them for any reason at all they are very cordial and very dependable and do what they say they will do. It works well. It just gives me comfort in knowing that if I need somebody I can get to them very fast with this.

Every time I've had to call Medical Guardian been excellent about getting answers, and answering my questions. The customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't like that the device has to be recharged every two or three days. But it is mobile and doesn't require a home monitoring system.

It's small and compact and it's not in the way, we have 2 little puppies and they don't bother it. They have called me several times and said that I didn't fill out some kind of paperwork and send it in and I sent back everything they had sent me and they said they didn't receive it so they were going to send me some more and I still never got it, but they quit calling so I guess it's okay. Maybe they found it.

I like about it is that immediate connection with people who were there to give me some help when I need it. Fortunately I haven't had to use it but when I first got it I tested it and then I had to get a replacement and I tested that and everything was fine.

I forgot to charge it when I fell in the yard it didn't work because I didn't charge it but it's perfect because that was my fault and when I first got it I had forgot I had it on one and I went in my closet and was gonna put on a short sleeve shirt and it fell on the floor in the carpet and it said that they detected the fall and was I okay, so I knew it worked when it was charged.

It's handy, I got it around me all the time in case of any emergency. All you have to do is press it and I tested it and it worked perfectly. Immediately somebody comes on and asks if there's a problem or why, I just say I'm testing and I just hung up. Good reception and they can hear me and I can hear them very well.

Whenever a test has been conducted, as suggested, the service has always been there. The one time I had an actual need for the service, the agent responded quickly and stayed with me until the emergency service arrived and attempted to contact my contacts.

We got Medical Guardian for my father. He was not convinced he needed it. About a month after he started wearing it, he fell in his bathroom. He struggled for about 15 minutes to get up on his own and then finally pressed the watch button! Thankfully, he did not get seriously injured. Needless to say, he is now happy to wear the device

The only thing I dislike is that if he is incapacitated he can't push the button, like if he passes out and he's alone. When he thought something was wrong with the battery he called customer service and they solved the problem.

When I pressed the button by accident about a week ago 3 seconds laterthey called. I put it on my belt loop and it falls off so I have to go look for it. It's in the house of course, but it it's under the bed or whatever and I'm blind. I like that it is small so it fits in my pocket too. The charging is easy, everything is easy.

The contact information is hard to find unless you're holding the paperwork that came with the device. Its not readily apparent how to get a hold of them by internet for anything other than sales. We tested it and they answered within probably 30 seconds.

I like the fact that if there's a time that I need help, I will get the help I need. Sometimes the signal is not what it should be but that's not the guardian's fault. It's just not great, signal here. When I first moved here it wouldn't work at all. So I picked medical guardian and now the signal goes right through and and I get a hold of somebody right away. If I have any kind of a problem, I can call and somebody will help me figure it out. Everybody I have dealt with has been really nice and understanding and listens.

The few questions that I've had since we've had it I've been able to get answers for. I did come home on one occasion and find my husband on the floor and the device was used and they contacted the people in the order they said they would. It works as I had anticipated it would.

When you're living by yourself you need a way to get help if you need it because you don't have anyone available to help you. Just recently I tested it and everything worked fine. I haven't dealt with anybody else in this field but I'm satisfied with what they're doing.

It's a security blanket for me. I live alone and I accidentally set it off and they're very prompt so that made me feel very confident. The thing I don't like is I set it off twice because I leaned to get something, I wanted to be able to use it to go out in public and with the flashing all the time that's not an option and I can't get this cord off without cutting it.

My favorite thing is I can wear it in the shower. I have tested it three times and all three times it works perfectly. The only thing I'm having trouble with is that it is starting to get to where It won't stay charged as long so I'm having to charge it more.

I got the the key lock box thing that's on our front door in case they need to get in the house they don't have to break down the door. It's comforting to know that Is there if needed. It's a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

It's a great great service.They're always there to asnwer any question. The customer service that they provide is an excellent resource. The one time I tested it was when we first got it was great. I walked a great distance to make sure that I was able to be heard from the patio and from the front door. It's a reliable option.

They've always responded very quickly whenever I needed them or whenever I had any questions I could call them and they were very responsive. My mom had to push it like 3 o'clock in the morning because she had lost her oxygen and they responded very fast to that. It's very dependable and easy for my mom to use.

I like that I can wear in the shower, in the bathtub and not worry about to getting wet. It's easy to get on and off. When we tested it they got right back with us and asked us questions if we were okay and if we needed help and we told them we were just testing it, but they were right there on on top of things, we like it. Customer support is right there to help you and got every answer to your question you need.

I like that it holds the charge. I do not like the fact the light flashes. I had a fall, a bad fall, and my device did not go off, but my apple watch did go off and so that is the reason I have it. Generally I'm pleased but I've got to be sure that when I fall it's going to work. I would like to replace the band with a necklace.

It's for my dad, so when I have to run errands, he's protected. We tested it when we first got it. It worked fine and the first time dad took it off he accidentally hit the button and they responded immediately, it's cool. They were totally understanding and just asked him if he needed an ambulance or if everything was okay.

I'm happy with it. It's good. They're quite helpful. I only tested it the first time I got it was just to see what it did. The gentleman that was on the other end was very helpful and said if I needed anything all we had to do was push the button. It's convenient. It flashes when it needs to be charged and it's it's an easy charge. I've got no complaints about the thing except for the price for a year.

Very friendly. After they determined that I didn't need any help after I had accidentally set it off they were nice about that also. It needs to be recharged twice a week and it doesn't give any warning when it's about to lose its charge.

I accidentally dropped it and it came up with fall detection immediately and they came on asking if I needed help. So even though it was an accident, I realized how on the ball they were. I just don't like the black cord around my neck when I'm dressed up. But I really like the little base station.

I feel so much safer because I live alone and I will have no family when they move. As soon as they leave I'll have to put that box on the outside of the house for 911 to get in. If I need help all I have to do is push this button and I can get help no matter where I am. It is a little heavy, but it charges really quickly.

Their printed materials are good. I tested it when I first got it and then another time for some reason without touching it I got a call from HQ asking if everything was okay. I'm just afraid that its going to go off again for no reason.

When the battery goes dead I have to go on the internet to see how much it has left. Customer support called me right away which I liked. Device is very convenient. Not obstructive. I have tested it every 2 weeks. They're very prompt on the response and we are very pleased with it.

I have already recommended Medical Guardian to someone. It is very responsive. Very touchy. My wife fell and called the medical guardian people and they notified the right people to assist her in the emergency. It's very touchy and responsive. Everything has been wonderful.

We're new to the medical alert device, which is for my Aunt Carrie- she is the actual owner of the device and I'm her emergency call. We like the idea that she can go out in the country and walk the dogs or do any of that stuff and we don't have to worry about her falling no matter where is she. Medical Guardian called and said we needed to do our monthly testing. We tried the thing 5 times and it kept saying "call failed" so that's a bit worrying. One thing that happened was when the device was in the charger, my Aunt Carrie's devil cats knocked it off the table where she couldn't get it to get ahold of Medical Guardian. There was a firetruck, ambulance, and two police cars at her house in 7 minutes. I found that very impressive.

There's nothing I don't like so far. They're awesome and every time I called, they know exactly what I need and how they help. I tested it when I was in South Texas and in Tennessee just to check and make sure that you guys knew where I was and they worked great both times.
