I like the service and when I started I had a problem and they sent me a new lock in 24 hours. Then I broke a part of my mecklace and I I got a new one in 24 hours. It is easy to use and I feel a lot safe. I have already told my friends thaht they need it.

I like the quick response my wife and I received in what was an accidental use of the fall detector. We had no such event with the preceding ( and cheaper) company ' even with replacement of equipment. I am very satisfied with the Medical Guardian company and the excellent staff.

Medical Guardian’s alarm system which I wear around my neck is super reliable, comfortable and very reassuring. I am 86 years old, walk a dog several times a day in all weather and I know I am always protected. It is very reassuring for my family as well to know Inam so well protected.

We really haven't had it that long, but I dropped it on on the ground when I first received it and they called because they thought it was a fall. So I was happy that I knew right away that it worked. My mom feels safer wearing it because she lives alone and she's 88 years old, so that's comforting for family members as well.

It keeps my mother safe. I can test it any time I want and make sure it's working properly, although one time it accidentally went off during church. Our phones were shut off so they couldn't reach us, so they sent an ambulance out. But they're very, very nice. When they call in on the phone, they're calm and collected.

One time I shared to a person that I don't like the pendant so much, I think I would like the wristband better, and he said we can send you that free of charge. Later I did receive it with another little square thing that I could push because I lived in a trailer with no postal code. The cord that came with it was loose and my sons couldn't figure out how to put it in there and I couldn't figure it out, and I sent it back. They still have to reimburse me because they did charge me $75. I'm not totally happy. I still have it, and I stayed for a year but I'm thinking about cancelling it because I don't feel I get enough answers, and I get a different person every time and I don't like that either.

I like the device itself. It's lightweight around my neck and that's important. I'm very happy with the fact that you can wear it in the shower and all kinds of other things. The only thing I don't like is I think it's supposed to inform me when my battery is going low. Sometimes I'll go days and I'll forget about it and then I'll realize that the battery is low.

I like the fact that my mom is all the way up in New York and I'm in Tennessee and I can make sure that she's safe. She tested it by accident because her cat jumped on her and they called her right way and asked her if she was okay. It's great.

I feel safe with my medical Guardian. I am 82 years old . I live alone and still am able to drive. But this a safety aid for me . As I did fall and was able to call 911 but if I had been unable to call 911 I might have been down a long time

They answer right away. No hold or wait till the next available agent or anything like that. It was immediate. The lanyard that they sent with it was so long, it almost came down to my navel. It's convenient. It's small, so it's not like you have to have something big to carry it in or whatever. It's easy to use.

It makes me feel more secure. Every time I've had to call to get a new clip to hold the alert, they were very helpful. I would say I think they should furnish extra little things that you can clip on your side, on your pants, because if that breaks and you don't have yarn, you have to lay it in the shower while you're showering. So I think we should have an extra one on hand so that if something happens, we are not at a loss to use it.

When I got up this morning with the bathroom, came back and I noticed that my instrument was laying on the bed. The metal piece had broken and it was off of my chain that I had around my neck. I called them and they immediately took the information and are going to replace it.

It's easy to hear the voice announcing and asking if I'm okay. That's a lot better than any other I've tried before. It charges up easily. Right now I'm using it as a clip because the silver string that goes around the neck onto the device just broke off the first time I used it. I was told that I would be sent a new device that I could wear on my neck and I haven't gotten it, but everything else has been wonderful.

Easy to reach and they seem to resolve any issues immediately. I thought I was signing up for him to have somebody to speak with him if he fell, and he did happen to fall when I was in the house and nothing came out of the speaker. So I called and I found out it was an extra thing that I had to sign up for, which I had no idea. It's like another $10 a month, but that was the only thing that was a little annoying, because when I signed up, this is what I was looking for and I didn't actually have the feature.

It give her some security when we're not around. She lives by herself, so gets her little added security having it on, in case she needs it in an emergency. She accidentally set it off one night and she got a call immediately, so it was working very good.

The device (mini version) does not hold a charge for more than 2 days. It really needs to sit on the charger at night. Because my Dad gets up frequently at night to use the bathroom, this isn’t the greatest. The attachment ring on the top broke off ( he’s had the device for less than 6 months). Customer service was great. They are sending a replacement with 2 day shipping. He hasn’t received it yet. Hoping it will come as promised.

I've never used their services, which is a good thing. However, the pendant is the 1st thing I put on in the morning and the last thing I take off at night. Being 77 and living alone (unless you count the dog) I wouldn't be without it.

So far it's been great. I look forward to working with them some more and just checking out the device. The testing has been good. They've been responsive. About a month after we had it my mom had a fall and they were able to dispatch emergency services and get her taken care of, so it came in handy. We've had some battery issues show up.

Each time that there has been an accidental testing of the button, they answer within seconds. I don't think it's even a minute. They have called me before just to see if I'm testing it correctly and remind me to test it every month, which I didn't know. So they keep up with you, give the information you may need and didn't remember. As long as I have the device, I know it's okay, but I think it's a little high in price.

Day in and day out when I need them, they're there, but I've had a few problems in other areas. I started out loving this company. They were very kind, anything I needed they talked me through it. But here's where the problems came in. I mailed off the addresses and phone numbers of my 3 children, and then I got a phone call a few weeks ago that said I needed to go to their portal and fill out the information on my children. I said "No, I've already given you that information once and I don't feel that I should have to provide it the second time." Medical Guardian has changed some rules and that kind of thing since I first had it.

I like that it's immediately responsive. I dropped it once and I got a call asking if I had fallen. I've gotten a couple of calls when I hit it accidentally and which made me think it was very responsive, which which makes me feel secure. I have no complaints. It seems to need charging more often than I had expected.

It's been very simple and and just gives us a feeling of comfort. Whenever we set them off by mistake, they're right there to talk to us and find out that it's not an emergency. My strap broke in the beginning so I had nothing to hang it on. We had to get a new one and that was just a waiting period in the beginning.

It's a watch type style, it's not hanging around my neck. I can wear it in the shower, when I go to the store, when I leave the house, go for a walk, I can use it at anytime, anywhere. I accidentally hit the SOS button at one time and immediately got a response.

I couldn't get out of bed. I was having trouble with my back and my right leg and I couldn't get out of bed and I pressed it and the ambulance came and took me to the ER, so that really proved its quality. I'm really pleased with it. I really like it because it came in handy twice already.

Whenever I call, I get through to somebody and they're always very helpful and courteous and kind. Its great knowing that my mom has security, that if something happens to her, either EMT, the police will be contacted, or myself.

I like the comfort that it offers to me. I live alone and I am alone quite often. It's comforting to know that if something were to happen, I have this device. It's easy to charge. I wear it quite most of the time when I'm alone and when I'm not alone. I'm 82 and I was able to figure everything out by myself, so it's very easy. I don't like the flashing light. I have not had experience with customer service.

It was fast and easy set up and received the information in a timely fashion and we haven't had any issues. The one time that the device was tested, they responded promptly. The charging process is easy, you just gotta remember to do it.

The necklace chain is a little long. She keeps inadvertently setting it off when she's at the table. She's not very big person so and I'm not sure how to fix that strap on there to make it less long. When we put it on the charger at night, it was blinking. We finally solved that issue by covering up with a towel. It's working so that's good.
