It works good! It charges good, and I'm very satisfied with it. My daughter purchased it for me because I'm a little unstable, but I've managed to be alright. Every time I go to my garden or to the store for groceries, I bring my system with me. I just think it would be nice if the charge lasted longer than 1 day. Besides that, everything has been a very positive experience.

I just got a bleeding wound a few days ago, and after punching the emergency button, they responded within 2 minutes with the EMT's coming to help. They also notified my son, and with the EMT's, they took me to the hospital. We spoke to a representative, and that was very interesting. I did an online search about them, and found out that it was the best one on the market! It's such a really good device.

Medical Guardian's system is very responsive. It's for a loved one, and when the button was pushed, there was an instant response from the monitor within the main house, and it was immediately followed by a phone call to me. Also, the representative we spoke to was excellent, and very helpful! He was even able to give me some examples of how they have been used with a family member of his, and gave me more information about the service.

So far it's okay, I check it once a month with the company to make sure if it works, and that's about it so far. Thank God I didn't have any major problem where I'd need to call on it. Once when I had to use it and spoke with a representative, it was quick. He responded, but I didn't need any help; I managed to get up by myself. I put it around my neck during the day time, and I don't use it at night. I just walk with it in the house, so if something happens and I slip and fall, I would be able to call for help. I'm hard of hearing and I am alone in the apartment. I've fallen a couple of times and it was hard to get up, so that's why I got it.

I've only had it not even a month yet, but I'm kind of happy to have it. That is an extra little assurance in case I need help. My brother purchased it for me. He said he was quite satisfied with the process. I just leave the necklace on and I carry the base when I go with me, and when I go out I just put it in a case in my purse. I haven't used it yet other than to test it, and that works fine; the test was very easy.

We got Medical Guardian for my husband and myself. I'm at work 5 days a week and my husband is home, so it's just as a precaution. It's kind of a peace of mind. The representatives have been very, very nice and very helpful, and very friendly. My husband accidentally pushed the button and from much to his surprise, they were there immediately. We have the fall alert on it and sometimes it seems it's little sensitive. Everyday when I was putting it back in its charger cradle, I accidentally set it off , and got an immediate response. That's the thing you have to be aware of; My husband and I are very active people, so you have to get accustomed to having it in front of you, because if you carry anything or do certain things, you can accidentally set it off. The response time was remarkable though; it was very surprising.

My father is recently widowed, and since he still drives, we wanted to get the GPS features for him. It helps us keep track of him while he passes the grieving process. Their consultant was very helpful, I believe it was Sargent, Robin Sargent. We're glad we haven't had to use it yet, but Medical Guardian has always been at the top of all the reviews I've seen, so that swayed me over to them.

I got Medical Guardian for someone else because he is in hospice and he has COPD, and he is home a lot by himself. He uses it all day long; just getting up and walking around the house and some things, it makes him safer. We haven't used it. The rep we spoke to made it very easy and simple. He was very nice and courteous and he knew a lot about the product.

I use Medical Guardian while traveling. I'm 80 years old, so I felt like it's time I needed it. I live alone, but I have a beach house and I like to be covered while I'm there and while getting to it. I really haven't used it but a little, I haven't had it very long. It's very fast working with the representatives. They were very, very nice, very helpful. I have absolutely no problem with them.

Thankfully, my mother-in-law has not had to use it, but she wears it around her neck all the time. She's safe and comfortable in the house now, and if she falls, we know somebody will be there to help. The Medical Guardian group has been wonderful to work with. The representative gave me all the information I was looking for when I spoke to them. We do not regret going with Medical Guardian, and so far, we've had a great experience.

When I test it every month, the people that answer have been very courteous, very thorough and made sure that nothing was wrong. I purchased it for my parents because they're elderly now, and both had strokes already. I know that if something goes wrong, they would call the emergency services. Plus, it's very easy to use, and if they can't get a hold of them, I get a phone call right away so I can go check on them. It helps me sleep at night, and it allows me to be at work without having to worry about my parent's wellbeing.

Unfortunately, I have Parkinson's disease. After several falls, my wife and I decided I needed it, and it's worked just fine so far. If you ask me about the representatives, I would say they were great! They explained everything and were very helpful. They told me how everything works, and explained the key box and how to test it. They're just very well and very professional. I was very happy with them. I think they're better than any others that I talked to, and I like the fact that all of their operatives are here in the US, so that was good to hear.

Speaking to the representatives was great! Everyone was very helpful, and definitely provided us all the information we needed. My mother actually fell this weekend, and the experience was awesome! She pushed the button, and they responded immediately and got emergency services there. I think everything is great! Starting with the initial customer service representatives, when it came to buying it, to the actual shipping of the devices, to the ease of how to set it up and use it. They great all the way around.

I've only spoken with Medical Guardian once, really, and it was a very positive experience; the person was very patient and caring. I got the device for myself, I'm in my early 80's and I live alone and I'm always afraid of my fall or somebody even may try break in on me. I have not it had that long, and I have not had to use it yet. Wearing it, my day is absolutely normal. I get up and go over round doing my usual household routine, I go out, go shopping; just a regular normal life.

We got it for someone else because she has fallen in the past. Both of us wear it during the day. We just started it last week and we simply tested it by calling and just telling the person who answered that we were testing it. He was very courteous and answered it right away. When I said that it was a test and he said "Thank you for calling.." and that everything is working fine. We have not had to used it in an emergency but we feel good about having that just in case we should have to call for help.

We purchased Medical Guardian for my 81-year-old mother. She wears the wristband every day, all day. Whenever she goes out of the house, she takes the little GPS box with her, in case something happens. The reps? They were great! When I initially reached out for more information, they called back within like 30 minutes. We ordered everything and got it between 8 and 9 days. Besides that, I would recommend to add a more descriptive user guide. A more general description of which device is used for what, is one thing that could have helped my mother.

Speaking to them was wonderful! The representative answered all my questions, and I told him that I would get back with him in two weeks. He only called me once a week to check on me, just as I had requested. My mother was in rehab, so I couldn't really buy it just yet, and he fulfilled all my expectations. A couple of companies I checked before Medical Guardian still keep calling me. I would definitely recommend the representative I spoke with. and I would give him the highest marks you could possibly give somebody.

My body aches too much, mostly because I fall frequently, so I thought this was the best option. First of all, the representatives were really nice. I haven't used it because I've been trying not to fall, but I would definitely recommend it. I would suggest anybody that's over 59 to own a device like this. You'll never know when you're going to fall or hurt yourself.

We haven't had to use the service for an emergency, but it worked just fine during the test run. Besides, we spoke to some very nice and professional people. I guess we're only worried about how the police or paramedics will get into our house in case of an emergency. Since the service is for a loved one, she was really considering a service that provided a keypad outside the door. We really thought this was part of the process when we spoke to the young man, but it was just the necklace and the box.

When I called to get some answers, they explained it to me very clearly. They took their time to explain to me anything I didn't know, so I think that was good. I spoke to probably 3 different people, and all 3 of them were very informative, very courteous and answered all my questions without pressure. It was very easy to set up. I recently asked somebody to come and help me do it, but when I saw the instructions, I was able to figure it out myself. Everything went very smoothly with the people we spoke with. They were helpful and very good. I set up the system with my mother and it was very easy. She already had another system, but didn't like wearing it. Medical Guardian is just the right fit for her because the devices are very small. It's very simple to set up, there's really nothing hard about it. I don't see why anybody would have any problems. On top of that, the've been very helpful. Every time I checked the unit to make sure it was responding, they were there to help. Although their sales representatives were a little too pushy, I think the service itself is very good. At first I thought you could talk into the button, but then I realized that you had to go over to the machine to talk. On top of that, the first time I tried to use it, I made a mistake and the life squad came over when I didn't want them too. Overall, I feel very positive about it.

My mom was falling a lot and she lives alone. So I we decided to get her a medical alert device. I found Medical guardian, I don't remember what product it is yet because I have never personally used it. But I know that she is happy with it so far. Once my mother dropped the pendant setting off the alarm. She got a call immediately and I got a text letting me know that the alarm went of. I'm glad it was an accident but it is nice to know that the product works. I give them a 10.

I did some research online for my father in law. He has been getting up in years so we were concerned about him. I wanted to make sure he had a system that was accessible where he could just push a button and get service inside or outside his home. It was tested as before I had it in service because I went to a medical appointment and I forgot to tell the person that was calling me in the morning. And so the alarm went that I was like she couldn't find me, and so when the people were notified who are on my list, they did get into the house and discovered I wasn't home and called different places. And by that time, I had called the person that needed to know that I was going to the doctor. So it was my fault, but the system works.

They've been there when I needed them. And even when I didn't, they were there. I fell and I pressed the button, and they were there. They got the emergency squad to me. They have provided a lock box on my door. They told them the code. Also, they could get in the house and knew that I was upstairs, not downstairs, so they knew where to look for me. They also called all three of my sons who immediately responded. So it was a very good experience.

Love the peace of mind that it gives! Especially love the fact that it can be worn in the shower. Only issues: it needs to be charged more often than advertised, and the necklace came apart and needed a little Gorilla Glue. We've recommended it to numerous people.

Working with the guy giving us the information and then following all the way through with the order and shipping, was very pleasant. He wasn't pushy and he just knew all the answers. We've tested it a couple of times. Never to the point of a live person, just the automated test.

I would rate them all good because I've never had any problems since I got it. I just tested it when I got it and I haven't had to use it again. I charge it when it needs to be charging and it'll tell me it's charging, so I know it's working.

I haven't had to use it, but I've tested it and they come right on. They give me what I need when I need it. I've fallen a couple of times, and I was able to get up myself. But they're there when I need them. I would recommend it because it takes care of what I need!

I did drop it and then when I tried to push the button to stop because I had not fallen, I didn't get an answer or response and it did result in the EMT and so forth coming. And I couldn't get it stopped. So when my daughter came she checked it out and it wasn't working, a voice wasn't coming out when she tried, but we got excellent service when she called and they replaced it.

That's just a wonderful company to deal with. Everyone's polite and courteous and couldn't be more helpful. We did test it and there was a response within maybe a minute or so, if that, asking if everything was alright, if we needed help.

No problems. I've only used it one time and it worked perfectly. The ambulance was here in no time, they got hold of my son-in-law before they called the ambulance and he gave them the number to get the key to come in the house so no worries about tearing up the door.

I put it on the charger and it charges up overnight and I just make sure that that's the first thing that goes around my neck in the morning. I'm glad I have it. I used it when I fell a couple weeks ago outside and they answered right away.

I'm very pleased with it. It's good, except the first one broke somehow where the metal piece on the top is, and I don't know how in the world the back of it broke. But anyway, I've got a new one now, so it didn't take very long to get a new one and that's good. I was just surprised when it broke - I don't know how that happened.

I have no problem with what I have, but I have not used it that frequently. I do think the cord is too short. My children insisted that I get it. I drive. I go everywhere by myself. \I was taking my groceries out a couple of weeks ago and a bag of potato chips landed on the device on the counter and it tripped it, which I couldn't get over how sensitive it was because it was a little bag of potato chips. I'm impressed with it, but I don't wear it that often. I'm 90 years old. I get about on my own and I don't put it on all the time because I don't like that cord hanging on my neck.
