We chose Medical Guardian for my father because is portable and it has service everywhere; He can carry the device with him wherever he'll go and be able to use the button to call for help if is need it. A lot of other companies doesn't have that service. So far, my father didn't need to use it but we pushed the button to test it and they were right on it.

I got it for my aunt who is 89 years old; she was falling a lot; She lived by herself and before I bought it she almost bled to death because she was alone and nobody could help her. The last time that we used it was last summer, she fell down on her patio and she had to press and they came almost immediately, she received the help that she was needing.

One of my home care workers recommend Medical Guardian to me and my daughter. We decided that was a good idea and we got it. I've only used it once to call in and test it to make sure that's working. I do wear it all the time; The necklace is more convenient for me than the bracelet. I talked to a woman who was in customer service during the whole initial procedure and she was very pleasant and very helpful.

I just compared between other brands and for the price and services I decided that Medical Guardian was a good option. We never had to use it but my sister had an accident and she has Medical Guardian too, she had to call three times for received any type of answer. I already test it month with month and it takes forever to get somebody to help you.

I saw Medical Guardian in and advertisement on TV and I like the fact that it was local. I'm living in a small house, I have the necklace all the time on me and the wristband always beside my bed, if I go outside I always take with me the outdoor unit. I got it for my mom, I researched it before and the best ratings are for Medical Guardian, that's why I bought it. We use to used it really frequently when my dad was alive because he used to fell down really frequently and my mom wasn't able to pick him up, so, she would use Medical Guardian to send and alert and request for assistance. The service is excellent; they've always been there when my mom needed it. The only thing that I'm concern about is that the machine is located in the hallway and sometimes when we practice a test and my mom is in the living room, the central can't hear my mother speaking and is not that far. But, for the rest of all I'm pretty confident in the good service of Medical Guardian.

Medical Guardian has a reasonable prices and is a good product. I haven't had to use the device but have the button around my neck provides me a lot of security. I haven't had to use customer support except when I set it up and they were very good. once when I pressed the button accidentally they were really quick calling me and checking if everything was ok.

Medical Guardian already once saved my life, I had a medical emergency after I fell down; I pressed the button and in minutes I had a response team and they were taking me to the hospital. I wear it all the time, every person that lives alone should have one of this ones. It's important that you know that you can get help if you need it just with pressing a button.

When I was searching for a medical alert companies I went online and I look through the ratings and reviews, the one with the best ratings from costumers service was Medical Guardian; That's why I bought it for my mother. SO far we didn't have to use it at all but when we taste it the response was pretty quick. Is a pretty large device and the button is pretty ruminant, so, for my mother I think is perfect. I'm happy with it.

I did some online research and looked at the offering of various companies, read the reviews and medical guardian seems to come out on top. I bought it for my husband, he has had some health issues and I'm away from home fairly often, so, I wanted him to have something he could use in an emergency if he need it. I accidentally closed the trunk of my car on my index finger and was trapped. I pushed the button and received help within about 10 minutes (seemed like an hour) Very traumatic to be held captive by my car. Thanks SO Much. Also my wristband broke when dropped once. They sent a replacement within a few days. The cost is about the same as other companies, but service is excellent. Wear either necklace or wrist band 100% of the time. Peace of mind is worth EVERYTHING!

I looked it up on the internet and I compared medical guardian with the other brands and I choose this one. I've never had to use it; I just have one problem with the little piece of plastic that goes around my neck, it does irritate my skin and once when that thing fell off I called for request a new one or a reposition and they want to charge me for brand new one, I was irritated about that.

My son in Law bought it for us, I already used it once when my husband fell in the drive way, he was almost in the streets and I couldn't leave him to get back to the telephone, so, I pressed the button and in minutes we have a team for help us in our emergency. The service meets my mom's needs; it came in a bracelet which she likes more than the pendent around her neck. She never takes it off. Like she lives in another state by herself is actually really important for somebody like her have that great sense of security for any emergency or accident that could happen. We liked the idea for my mother, with this service she can be covered if she's in the car, in the yard or inside the house, she won't be confined just inside the house as it was with our old company, my mother uses it during the day to move around and in that way I'm secure that if something happened or she needs help she'll get it immediately. I'm a care giver and I bought it for me and my husband, I feel secure that I can be outside In the garden, in the house or in a local area and I'll be cover by your service. I always have it on me for safety reasons. My husband have a tendency for falling and with this device I feel safe in the case I need something. I bought it for my mother, we bought it for the convenience. As a matter of fact we had an emergency when my mom was arriving home form a day shopping, she had pulled in the driveway with her car, got out, and she blacked out from a mini-stroke but in the process of going down she was able to hit the button and they sent rescue squad immediately to take care of her and transport her to the hospital without any problem. they've always been consistent and following through on the service so far.

I bought Medical Guardian a couple of years ago; I went online and investigated and looked at the futures of the services available and I felt that Medical Guardian was the best option for my family. I decided to purchase it because I have emphysema and therefore I don't know where I might have an attacked or an emergency. With this device I can carry it everywhere and I know if I have an emergency I'll be able to have a medical team to my service. We got it for my husband's father because it seemed easy to use and we both thought it was reasonably priced. He has used it whenever he falls or if he needs to be transferred to the hospital. As far as I know, it has worked 100% of the time. We have found it to be very reliable. Whenever it gets activated we get a call and, if they can't reach us, they will just dispatch an ambulance.

I picked this device because it has a reasonable cost with good apparatus. I like the fact that if you need it the device will call 911 immediately for help me out if I need it. I like the idea that this device works all over the United States and Alaska. if I need help in any moment, is small and you can take it in your pocket. I checked them out and thought they'd be the best one for me. I like that I can take the unit out with me when I go on a trip. I know I'll be covered everywhere. I didn't think I would like the necklace better but it doesn't bother me at all. I've never set it off by accident or had to use it for anything, but I really have peace of mind because I have it. When I renewed my service I asked to get a new necklace. The person I talked to said she would send it out within 2 weeks but I never got it.

We heard an ad on the radio about them and decided to get it. It has some nice extra features in it, it tells you the room temperature and the time and it doesn't take up a lot of room. We've never had to use it, but my uncle did push the button twice by accident and they responded right away. They told us how the system worked from the beginning. I did a little bit of research on the internet because I needed to get something quickly. Somebody called me from Medical Guardian after I made an inquiry, so I just decided to go with them for my husband. He is kind of disabled and he falls a lot, so I put the necklace on him. I'm 72 years old. About 5 months ago I fell in the shower while my daughter was out at work. I was on the bathroom for 2 hours until I was somehow able to get up and out of there. We had another service before this and we had trouble with the system. It would go down a lot for whatever reason so we switched over. We've been quite happy with this so far. We've got the buttons for inside the house, one for when we're out of the house, and one that we keep in the car. We haven't had to use it but we check it. We actually did that a couple of days ago. They've always been there when we do that and are very pleasant. Things turn out well every time. We don't have trouble communicating with them. It also costs about the same as the other one we had. We're happy with it.
