I tried a few and when we change phone companies, the first company would no longer be compatible with our medical device so we opt to change our medical device. That's why we have Medical Guardian now. I just wear the device around my neck and if I ever need them push it then I know I'll get the help I need. I always tested it and it works every time.

I test it a lot and there's always someone there ready to talk with me. It takes about a minute, but they always answer and I just tell them it's a test and that I have no major problems. I had to use it one time in 2016. They called an ambulance for me and, when I was able to respond, I talked to the lady on the phone. They took me to the hospital and that was that. The price is good. I believe they will be there for me whenever I need them.

I like what it was offering. It's affordable and my sons went ahead and bought it for me. I believe in them and it's worked. My husband doesn't leave the house much so this service was just right for us. It's not very expensive, it met our needs, and it just works. They're very nice and polite. I've needed them several times and, every time, they have been there for us on time. When my husband went into cardiac arrest they were here right away. I just pushed the button and they came on the line. I told them I needed an ambulance and they sent one right away. They saved his life.

I saw an advertisement for them on TV and decided to get it. I liked that it has the GPS box that you carry around. That gives the person that uses it the freedom to go places. I have accidentally set it off and their response time is great. Within a couple of seconds, they were on the phone with me and had 911 on the way. When I explained that it had been an accident they called the ambulance off and were very understanding of the situation. They're just a great company, very reasonably priced. With what they offer they give our family peace of mind.

At the time I needed it for my wife. It was all pretty easy to install. With the device that you carry around your neck there's always a chance that you'll pin it against a cabin or something and send a false alarm. When I hit the button it went through the process and I got a call from them. They asked me if everything was alright and several other questions to make sure I was okay before they hung up. They were very thorough in what they did. I was surprised at how quick the call came in. It's a great system, a life saving device.

Someone gave this to me after I had a bad fall. My friends just searched and got me the best service they could find and that happened to be Medical Guardian. I've used it several times whenever I fall. They are very quick to get here and pick me back up from the floor. They're always very pleasant too. Sometimes it seems like it's too easy to set it off though.

I'm 80 years old and I want to live alone, the only way I can actually do that is by having this with me. It's wonderful, very easy and simple to wear. I have it around my neck all the time and I don't even notice that it's there. They are very attentive and always respond when I check it to make sure that everything is working. Since my husband passed away I feel like I've been very proactive in getting something in case I need help. I didn't want my children to come a day later and find me on the floor. I talked with some friends that had Medical Guardian and decided that that would probably be the best way to go. I feel comfortable with it. I haven't used it but one of my friends did. About a month ago she called them and got help very quickly. Every time I call with a simple question they are very nice and informative. I always get the information that I need. I like the fact that the GPS bit goes with me wherever I am. If I leave the house, I always take the bit with me. Otherwise, I just keep it on its charger at home. I also like the lockbox that I put on my front door. That way, if I'm not able to get to the door, the EMS can get in to help me anyways. One of their customer support representatives tried to sell me something, which I didn't really like. After that though I talked to someone else that was very helpful.

I picked it because of the GPS. When I test it they are always very friendly. I was at a restaurant when I pushed the button by accident when I was putting on my coat. They called all the people in my emergency list and found where I was. It worked as it should've. I feel comfortable having it with me when I go anywhere. In case I need them, I know they are available. I think they are reasonably priced too.

This was recommended by the people who give me my diabetic supplies. I've only had to use it to test it once a month and once by mistake. They've always been very prompt to respond and they always answer all my questions. They've gone above and beyond even when my daughter's dog chewed on the bracelet. That part is fine since it's rubber, I can even take it into the shower with me. Thing is that I'm allergic to rubber, so I had to switch arms and use cream when I wear it. Still, I'm perfectly satisfied with it.

I got it for my mom because of the nationwide coverage, no matter where, my mom is one hundred percent covered. She fortunately hasn't used it. So far it's mostly been a peace of mind that she's in good hand from the time she sleeps to the time she wakes up. I think they should approve the wristband or perhaps create a belt clip. The necklace works great.

I've checked online and Medical Guardian seems the best one to go with. I got it for my dad, he is ninety. I do the test and they always immediately answer make sure everything's okay and they've been great. It's a nice wrist band, he doesn't take it off. I like the wrist band, it feels more like a watch. It was the most reasonable one to research so we ended up getting it. Last December I fell while I was all alone in my house. I was wearing the pendant like always when I'm alone. I pressed it and within fifteen minutes, the emergency crew showed up to my home. I don't think you can put a price on being rescued and receiving medical help when you need. Worth the money. It works when I need it, what more could you ask.

I got it because I'm sick. I just went online, saw the company, and clicked on it to order it. I had to use it once when I was very sick with the flu. I called them and they took me to the emergency room. They were really good and responded within a minute or so. That is kind of a long wait time though, especially when you're sick and need to get in touch with emergency services. Still, it worked pretty well. I think it's a little expensive though, it should be half the price it is. I mean, $44.95 is a little expensive for a button that you push to get in touch with paramedics.

I looked online and did a comparison. The other company was great, but you guys have the best response time which is really what I'm looking for. I actually still haven't used it, though my dog did accidentally pushed it. Everything worked out well. They were very kind, considerate and responsive. It gave me peace of mind because I was all alone. It's a comfort to know that I have it hanging around my neck. All I have to do is push the button if I need it. Now I have family close by so I can get help if I fall. Most of the times I've used it was by accident when I turned over in bed. They have called me to make sure things are working right for me and that everything is ok. I'm not really able to get out and walk down the street, otherwise I would certainly have it with me when I do that. Right now I'm going through physical therapy to strengthen my legs, so maybe when I'm stronger I'll be able to do that. I feel like I can get help with it if I need it. I do have to remember to keep the battery charged. One time I lost my device. I didn't know where it was so I called them. A girl helped me find it in my bathroom, even though I couldn't remember leaving it there. I do think it's a little expensive. I have tried looking around for something cheaper but Medical Guardian works so I'm sticking with it.

I did research on it, the reviews were and I'm satisfied with the service we're getting. We haven't truly used it. We have tested it out though. It's simple enough for my father to understand. He wears two, one sensitive to falls during the day and the regular one during the night. I'm confident that he knows how to use it and that it's secure. The call operators are courteous, professional, and answer quickly. It's easy to hook up and accessible. Hopefully we don't have to use it, but we're confident in the way I'm alerted, then my husband, my fathers caregiver and the EMT's show up.

I got it for my father since he just turned 92, we needed something that he could carry with him. He fortunately has never used it. I do a monthly test on the system. Only issue I have with it is that it seems to take a while for someone to contact me. I feels like there's a waiting period. We've never had any problems and he's had it for several years.

I first saw it advertised on TV. I promised my children and friends I would get it because I've been ill. I still haven't used it. I think it's more of a safety measure in case anything happens. I like that it isn't really large and it is round and you could put some jewelry on that. I decided to get it for my mom because I googled medical guardian and I found the reviews from others users were pretty good. We had to use it when my mother fell and she had broken her hip and she push the button. The operator came on and stayed with her, they got all the family members together which were around town and contacted. Of course they contacted the ambulance so it turned out that they're were able to save her life and get her to the hospital at the same time the family was there to help her. The service is excellent and works. We are so happy with them.

My daughter got it and I've been pleased. I have had lots of troubles with my little machine, sometimes it blinks and sometimes it doesn't and I've reported it and it has been fixed and I have no problem now. I like Medical Guardian because I can take it with me, wherever I go and I have the service. Anytime I needed to call them even to just do the regular check they've been very helpful and answer quickly. Somehow I pushed the button and I didn't know what I did. Medical Guardian called and I could not heard what they said because I was at a party. My sons kept calling me and the police was looking for me, as they couldn't find out where I was with the GPS. I used to have another medical alarm system but with that one, I was able to go just 270ft away from where the modem was and I didn't like it. That's why I bought Medical Guardian because I can go everywhere. I just have to put the modem into my pocket. It's really portable and comfortable for me. I never have to use it but when I set it up with the help of customer service it worked perfectly. I'm really happy with Medical Guardian in general.

I bought Medical Guardian because I'm always alone in the house and I had a back surgery last year. I didn't use it yet but a few months ago I was laying in the garage and I couldn't get up and I was needing help for stand up; that's when I decided to get this. I already talked a couple of times with customer service and they have been lovely towards me. My son was really looking at the Medical alarm systems and he chose Medical Guardian as the best option in the market. The reason I wanted it is because my husband died and I need something that can give a protection or call for help if I need it. I got it because I just like the features that it has. I don't use it every day but I already pressed the button once when I was sick and I was needing an ambulance. Sometimes I have problems with the Wi-Fi reception of the device and I feel really uncomfortable with it because if I fall where is not a Wi-Fi service I won't be able to ask for help.

Linda, thank you for your review. Your Premium Guardian does not actually require WiFi to function and actually works using AT&T cellular coverage. So long as you have sufficient cellular coverage at your location, your device should function properly.
