There has been a couple of times where he's fallen and it did not work, and there's also been a time where he had to use it and the fire department came out and it worked fine, but I did not receive a phone call.

If something happens to my dad he's got a call for help. Sometimes he has a hard time trying to tell when his unit is fully charged. I always have to check the phone and let him know.

We used it last week. Margaret needed assistance out in the community and it worked quite well. The biggest problem I'm having is the charging. It doesn't last long. and seems to always be dead. I don't know when it needs to be charged.

It's okay, I did have a problem with it at first because it wasn't working, so they sent me a new one and what I've been doing now is testing it every week or every 2 weeks to see if it's still working.

Whenever I have communicated with them, their answers have been correct and prompt. The necklace snapped and they sent me a new one. The battery life isn't lasting very long and it used to last for 5 days.

When I purchased the guardian medical alarm for my mother in law, I was told it included immediate response if dropped or if mother in law feel. I found out today, 5 months after my purchase that she did not have that immediate response coverage and I would have to purchase it at an additional cost. I of course purchased the additional coverage. I am totally disappointed that I was misinformed about the coverage I purchased up front. A very poor way to conduct business..
