It's a little bit bigger than what I anticipated. I got a little thing I can clip on now too, so it'll be okay. When I took it off and it fell on the floor, it activated a call, so it works.

My husband fell and neither one of us could get him up. I pushed the button on his hand and they came right away, within 10 or 15 minutes, and helped him get himself back up.

It takes so long to charge. The bracelet was unusable for me, it was way too big and uncomfortable on my wrist, so I wear the pendant around my neck every day. It gives me and my husband a sense of security.

I come to my mom's about once a week and this unit has a little green light in the middle of it, almost every time I come, almost every week I come that thing's flashing. And when I called them before, they said flashing means there's a problem. So I unplug the phone, I unplug the medical unit, I plug it all back in a green light solved and it's working again. But when I come down here a week from now, it more than likely that thing's gonna be flashing again, meaning it is not working. When I test it they do answer.

I tested it about four or five days ago and it worked fine. The thing I have on my wrist, it is terrible. I try to put those little pins with little rubber pins in those holes to close the clasp. It's really bad.

It goes off too easily. I had it on my wrist, I hit my hand and it went off. I've tried the neck one and somebody bumped up against me and it went off. So like three times it went off and I didn't like that.
