My experience is that the managers keep avoiding me when i call regarding the double charge i had. This is a crime; a terrible service. who wants to deal with a cheating company that steals your money!

No way to know when alarm needs to be charged. Only one complaint! I did not how to turn alert to off position. The alert would only stay charged 1 to 2 days".it might sound battery low in church or company.

I have only used One Call Alert for a couple of months and so far i works perfectly. At least the weekly tests wor well and say everythingis okay. I wear the neck button in my apartment and when I go out anywhere. What I do not like is that I have to carry the main Alert system with me so I have GPS. Though small it is bulky and I have to carry it in my pants. I would prefer one unit around my neck rather than two in order to be safe outside. .
