Unhappy customer

Ordered & told them not to contact the person. Was a birthday gift & they called him the next week. Then they kept calling him & sending mail harassing him. Never opened the box & canceled the service. Very unhappy with this company. Would never recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. Are you wearing a fall detection pendant? If so, we do not recommend wearing those to bed because they can cause false alarms when you move around in your sleep. Because they are liars and thieves. Ordered for my brother and he passed away before being released from nursing home. I returned equipment in unopened box with their return label. They was supposed to refund 2 of the 3 months I prepaid. They lied and said it was wrong equipment fo they did not pay the refund.

I think that they should either call you or have someone come to your home to tell you what all the equipment is. You're kind of in a blind spot, they just send it to you in a box and you put it up yourself.
