There was a time when I called and called again without a response. I was on the floor for two hours waiting for somebody to come. I don't use it much any more after that experience.

When I was testing it, it took over five minutes for the answer. I didn't think it was that prompt. I like the lock box with a key outside that the alert team can get into the house.
