The response time sometimes seems a little bit slower. But other than that we've been well satisfied with it. I purchased this for my mother. From her experience, one time she accidentally activated it and immediately let them know theere wasn't a problem. We tested the device several times before taking it to my mother's house. Everything worked how it was presented and how we expected. It's just that one call it took a couple minutes for someone to pick up and kept saying "call in progress". When you're in an emergency situation, a second can seem like an hour almost.

Customer support is always very responsive and ready to help if we have an issue. Yesterday they called my mom to tell her that her speaker had a low battery. They have a number of different plan which is really goof because they make it accessible to be able to get the mobile device at an affordable price. I dislike that it goes off very often, it is really sensitive, but I like that I feel that it will help my mom. We tried another company and they did not work the way that MobileHelp does.

They are always able to answer my questions and get the problems solved if there is one. When I test it, the come right on and were very prompt in coming to the phone. I like the fast they contact you and the person most close to you before the call the police. It is a little expensive but it is worth it. I don't have any dislikes about it, it is a good device and easy to operate.

I like that they have watches for gentlemen so my grandfather is more tempted to wear it. The time we tested it everything went really well. I did find that the necklace is too sensitive when I accidentally dropped it on the floor taking it out of the box, but I understand that is it's job. They are very helpful, the customer service person walked me through things and asked what I was looking for to help find the best product for me.

Their customer service is excellent, they answer immediately. The device is excellent. The trouble with the other kinds are they only work at your home, but I can go shopping and still have it with me. I hit it once on accident and I didn't hear the beep so they called my sister who was right next to me and so I called them and told them I was sorry I didn't hear it and he was understanding and very nice.

I like mobile help so much I ordered one for a girlfriend of mine that could really use it and she was happy with hers too. I like the convenience of it. It's right there and if something happens, I am able to get a hold of somebody immediately. What I don't like is the sensitivity of the fall part because all you have to do is turn it over to fast or just move wrong and it is set off. Everyone there is absolutely fantastic.

I like the security and the trust that I have with the device. I don't like that I had to change plugs three times to keep the base unit and the mobile unit from flashing. I feel comfortable in knowing that my husband has the device in place and if I have to be away from him for any length of time, it gives me comfort. I fall a lot so I needed somebody and it was important to me that I could get help right away. When I have dropped it they come on right away asking me if I need help. They provided a lock box outside so emergency people don't have to break into my house, they can just get the key. That is convenient for me because it has given me everything I need to get help right away.

We had to send back the fall alert because it was too sensitive and the necklace comes undone too easily, it doesn't stay attached to the lanyard. We've had problems where the device went off and emergency response did not call to check so I am leery sometimes if it is going to work. Also it is a little too expensive for people with fixed income. Customer service picks up the phone and I am not on hold a super long time and they are good about getting to the bottom of what is wrong and that is one of the reasons I choose them.

I'd seen the commercial on TV and noticed that it had the wrist watch and two different monitors and the necklace too. It seems like they have everything covered and if I fall they can heat me if I am outside or inside. Customer support is very nice and helpful. They called and helped me install it and when it first arrived the necklace battery wasn't working and they sent me a new one right away.

Both of us are pleased with their service. They offer a variety of services and we have the home and travel service. We take the travel the device with us wherever we go. My husband has Parkinson's disease and he fell and we called mobilehelp and hey had the EMT here within fifteen minutes. I am very pleased that they got here that fast. The medallion part is extremely touchy and sometimes we make the mistake and hit it and they call is before they send the emergency people.

The young man who called was very nice and there was no pressure and I enjoyed that because a lot of companies put pressure on you to take their system. Any time I have called I have gotten support. I also like that there wasn't a monthly charge, I believe I paid up front for a year. The range is very short, so I can't use the watch that alerts if I fall.

I just feel very comfortable having it on and knowing if anything happens, like I have a heart attack or a fall of something like that, I have the ability now to get somebody out to help me out well I'm here by myself in the in the house. When it arrived before we got around to setting it up, my son misplaced all of the instructions so we had to call the customer service and they could not have been nicer. We tested it out and it is incredibly easy to push the button and I was thinking that has to be great for people who have severe arthritis and they just barely have to touch it and everything works.

Everyone has been very nice. It went off on accident a couple of times and the people are really nice but I ask questions about the settings or something and you have to call the service department and I don't have the time to be making other phone calls or waiting on hold and the people there answering the phone don't know all the answers and usually have to call another department to get the answers.

So far, I am very happy with it. I like the fact that you don't have to be at home to use it, you could be in a different state and still have access. When I first got it, it came with the charger and a woman called to make sure that everything was okay. It's a very quick response and it's good to know you're not waiting when something goes wrong. The customer service is nice and knowledgeable, the girl explained how to use the different devices and what they did.

The support team is professional and understanding that we are seniors and we tend to take time to explain things. I had an issue and I called and talked to the billing department and they understood my check comes at a certain time of the month and fit a schedule for that day so that I am able to pay my bills. The company is easy to work with; friendly, good explanation of services. For the most part I am happy with the product, however the mobile portion of the product intended to function as the GPS appears to be a little chunky for a man's pocket and too much mass for a key chain. My father would need to remember to take it from it's base and somehow find a place for it in his truck. He has not been willing to do so. I believe if that portion were smaller, it may be more practical to put on a key chain. However, I will say my brother accidentally dropped the "fall detection" button - from just about 3 feet - and says MobileHelp responded immediately. I was happy to hear that!

So far, so good! Response when we tested it was quick and the text message updates were as well. It is a great system compared to so many others we looked at. It has the built in cellular network so no wifi or phone lines to worry anout. When she lost power, we were alerted it was on the battery backup. We now have oeace of mind our Mother has a way to call for help if ever needed.

They are prompt at answering alarms, they are polite, professional and helpful. When I first got my system I had several false trips and I felt guilty bothering them, but they never complained and always wished me well. There quick response to alarms give you the feeling of being completely safe. Everyone I have spoke with at the offices and most of all the central station have been wonderful. Many years ago I worked for Doyle Security as a dispatcher and I know the importance of their jobs and they do it well. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The customer support was fantastic because I didn't know how to open a big key drop box and so they walked me through that and they walked me through the whole set up without rushing me to do anything. They didn't ask me anything personal, they just told me how to do things so that when the first response get's here, they're able to get here and do what they need to do. The GPS locates you wherever you're at so you don't have to know what is the name of the part you're in.

The customer service has always been really helpful. Everyone we've spoken to has been super helpful. I tested it today and I wasn't sure the test was successful so I called the number and the person on the phone was able to help me out right away. The only constructive feedback I might have is it seems like I'm on hold for a long time when I do call for customer support. I tried to hang up and call back a couple of times so that's the only thing I might suggest to have a shorter wait time. The devices are easy to use and durable.

When I called and needed help with setting things up, I called them and they had me go through things that I had already gone through but that was all right and they told me right away that it was okay and that they would be sending me a new one and I got a new one within a couple days and we set that up and it's been working fine ever since. The pendant set off an alarm and it went through the sequence and they were sending someone out until I spoke to someone and told them it was an accident so it works quite well and people respons quite rapidly.

I decided to call and I talked to a very nice person and they did some testing in my area and the area where my daughter lives in another state and told me that I could be covered and if I wasn't covered they would give me my money back. They answered all my questions and told me what I need to know. I accidentally pressed the button and immediately I got a response that I was able to tell them that it was just an accident. They answered all of my questions so I think they're very good. The system works real quick. It responds really really quick.

They eventually called me and got the numbers they needed. Initially, the lady was very helpful when I called initially to get information but the follow up wasn't as good. It wasn't but, just not that good. I haven't had ot use the device but it's light weight which is one thing that seems like it fits my husband comfortably. He doesn't pay attention and isn't bothered by it so that's a good thing.

My daughter forced me into buying this and having it around my neck all the time. I had a call for the first time and I really like the way the things worked out. They were very on top of everything. They seem to be a company that would answer the calls and if I call they would talk to me. We were at another company and they didn't even answer the calls. I had talked to a lot of different companies and I thought they were the best. I've had to use it a couple of times, I have a pendant that I have to wear all the time and they have called me right back in to see if that was okay. When I established my dad's account everyone was very helpful and thorough and I felt comfortable with what he was receiving. It has gone off once by mistake while he was sleeping and someone called him immediately and they also called the first responders and so it was it was effective. It did what was supposed to do but it wasn't due to a true emergency.

The customer service calls me every time something happened pretty quick. They leave a message or text message when it happens and they also ask for my name to make sure it's me and they also ask if anybody else fell down. They have good customer service and the device is good. I have no complaints. There's been no issue and the machine talks to you when the battery is low so I don't have to check.

Even when I do accidentally hit the button, they're very nice about it and when I tested it, it doesn't take fifteen or twenty minutes for them to run the test, they get it run within two to three minutes and they reset it and you're ready to go. These people are on the phone within the second ring. The device is very easy to use. It was very easy to program. It has some nice big buttons that you don't have your glasses on to see to punch the right button.

The customer service answered everything I needed and I can call about an issue so they've been very responsive. For the first couple of weeks home from the rehabilitation center, nearly every day in the bathroom or the kitchen I had to call the fire and rescue with MobileHelp. It has been extremely valuable for me. The only complaint I have is that there's been like three times that it indicated there was a fall and there wasn't. There's been probably a half a dozen times that I did fall and it didn't detect it so I had to push the button in order to get help. Customer service has been outstanding. A lot of times I don't have to wait five minutes or so and the fire and rescue team is here. They're so quick to respond. I've had situations in the middle of the night where you're accidentally falling out of bed. I've had situations in the mornings and in the evenings where I've fallen in the bathroom and they've been so quick to respond and not leave me hanging. I'm gratefull they get help here really quick.

It's not for me, it's for my mother eighty six year old mother and one of the reasons I chose it is that I saw the advertisement in the A. A. R. P. Magazine and after speaking with the consultant and looking at services that mobilehelp provides, it seemed like a great option for her. I have recommended to other friends. The fact that they have GPS and are so responsive makes it all very worthwhile. Customer service is extremely responsive. They were patient and answered question and offered solutions. Generally they are very pleasant.

I saw big advertisement on the back page of the A.A.R. bulletin and I had seen others before and this one somehow appealed to me and I had my son in law check it out and he said to It looked okay and so that's why I enrolled. I believe the value is good. It was easy for me to put together and use the charger. I actually was wearing it one day when I was working in the kitchen and the one that I wear around my neck is quite long and I must have leaned against the counter in the kitchen and I didn't realize that I had pushed the button but I got a phone call immediately and so that was very good to know about their response time. I have very thin wrist so the wrist watch goes better around my ankles than my wrist.

We wanted to have fault detection and the ability to have the GPS to do remote. It is user friendly, very easy to figure out. One thing is my mom is hard of hearing and there are times when even if the volume is up to the highest she has trouble hearing if she is in another room and they are talking with her. Other than that we are happy with the product. Customer service was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. They were acceptable but when I have called for tech support there has been a wait.

I wanted to get something that I could travel with and that was somewhat of a security blanket for when I'm home alone. I've hit it by accident and I was happy with the response time. I put it on first thing in the morning and keep it at my bedside at night and it's a great comfort to know that it's there.
