The only customer support that I have dealt with was a call because the package that the system arrived in was damaged and the support people kept switching me from place to place. I wanted to return what I got and get a new shipment but they were quite difficult to deal with.

The one issue I have is they don't send out invoices every month. I need those records for the insurance company and I have to call each month to request it.
