Had good service and the people who answers are very caring& helpful even when the button was pushed by accident they wanted to make sure that I was ok. I liked that about Mobile Help. I haven't needed to use it very often but I feel more safe knowing that all I have to do is push the button and they are there for me.
I obtained this device for my mother. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered questions thoroughly. The set with alert pendant, 2 speaker boxes, and key lockbox arrived promptly and were very easy to set up. About two weeks ago my mother (who lives alone) fell and broke her hip. She used the pendant, was able to call for help via the speaker, and the EMTs gained access with the key in the lockbox.
