Excellent Service with excellent follow through, even if you make a mistake, like leaving your monitor in your pants pocket and putting it in the washing machine where it begins to go off, sending a signal that there is a problem. I received notification phone calls, my daughter was notified, and EMTs showed. As embarrassed as I was, I nevertheless was totally impressed with the response to what they considered to be a serious incident. And the monitor still works fine even after going through the wash.

When I contacted customer service once, they were very nice and answered all my questions. I like that I can wear the device and it looks like a watch and I can put the battery in my purse. I have set off twice in the shower and they called the house to see if I was okay. They were nice. I had to shorten it so it did no hang so low down my body so it didn’t call for help when I did not need it.

Mobile Help provides all of the protection from accidents I was looking for. I am covered at home by the base unit and when away from home by the mobile unit. The neck alarm button is water proof and can be worn in the shower, and will sound an alarm even if I am unable to press the button. There is a wrist button for occasions when I don't want to wear the neck fob. I feel very secure with Mobile Help.

I bought it for someone and they answered all my question before I even had to ask. Everybody was very courteous and friendly. The product came quickly and it works wonderfully. It is working the way we hoped it would. It went off because the person who was wearing it was on the floor and unable to get up and it alerted me and we were able to get him back in bed. Well I have two different ones, I have the one that goes around my neck and one that goes round my wrist. I use the one on the wrist at night which I liked very much because it doesn't pull. Sometimes it's annoying around your neck but you're going to get that no matter what you have so I would say I'm very satisfied with both the ones that I have. Once it went off by accident and my daughter answered and told them it had bounced or something.

I don't think the volume is high enough on the speakers for elderly people that are hard of hearing. The neck pendant will not hold in place. You can pull them up to the link that you want them to be and they gradually just work down all the time. I had to take my mother's in in order to keep it from getting too long on, so they need to have a little bit better band on their adjustment availability somehow differently than what it is. It seems like every time we've called or if there a question or issue they've been very courteous and they've been very prompt trying to fix it so. I tested it and it works fine, but it has gone on and off a couple times for no apparent reason. Other people have heard my alarm go off and said MobileHelp called to ask if I was okay and they hadn't done anything like pushing the buttons or anything like that.

MobileHelp follows up and makes sure that their customers are happy with the product… they're just on top of it. I tested it when I first got it to make sure it was working okay. And I've tested my door lock that has the key inside of it and to make sure it worked and everything works beautifully. I like that the comfort of knowing that it's there if I needed. I don't dislike anything.

It works. I feel secure because it is there. They only thing is I wish they would call my granddaughter first rather than the fire department. Everything else is great. I have fallen three times and it makes me feel much better. I don’t have to worry about lying on the floor for six hours like I did before I had it. The necklace should have a call answer button instead of just a call button. Other than that we like everything. They were right on the spot when my mother fell and couldn’t get to her phone. She pressed the button around her neck and they called her immediately and when she didn’t answer, they sent the paramedics and contacted me. They are very cordial and helpful.

Purchased this equipment for my mom, she is 81 years old, and the gentleman that sold me th equipment was very knowledgeable about the product. It seems like the best equipment to get. I like that the device is small. The device is for my mother. We got it for her because she fell and was on the floor for eight hours before we found her. The fall detection is an advantage for us. She did accidentally set it off yesterday and my daughter received a notification immediately and was able to check on her within a minute and a half and went through the sequence to notify us it was a false alarm. Customer support is good. They are knowledgeable and not really pushy when I was checking pricing.

I like everything about it. I had to relocate after my house was destroyed in a hurricane in 2018 and I am by myself and can pass out that’s why I have mobile help to help me. I’ve had false alarms because of the fall detection pendant and every time it goes off, they answer. I recently had surgery and hadn’t turned it on in 2 days and I turned it back on and everything is okay and people answered.

Representatives are very informative, and give me the right information to make the final decision on which company. I was called by 3 companies and I chose mobile help because they were higher rated on the better business bureau. I like the fall apparatus on it. It instantly goes to the company to call. I like that somebody reaches out to make sure everything is okay. I don’t like that the speaker is too big and you probably can’t hear the speaker from most places if you fall.

Comparable to other device, it’s about the same. It is very much worth it if a person has a fall and you need something. I’ve had several bad falls and it would have been nice to not have to worry about calling the ambulance or emergency help and they have a way to get into your building without having to worry about having to break the door in. I like the ability to have a lock box.

I had a wonderful experience with Mobile Medic.  My lawn tractor was blowing white smoke and I suspected the head gasket had blown. Anthony came out and fixed the head gasket, did a few other engine updates and put new blades on my Craftsman tractor.  He was very friendly, professional. It works just the way it is supposed to. Disappointed that my kids (who are paying the monthly fee) were told the device worn round my neck would detect falls, when in fact, they would have to pay more per month for a separate button for that. I am not disabled and not elderly, just 73 and get around well. I was only concerned that I might fall when alone and not be able to get help, since I live alone. They are already paying more than other similar services, so I told them I will take my chances on being able to reach the call button if I fall. I would not another thing around my neck, as well, all the time. I do not like having to take the mobile base with me when I go places. Too many heavy things in my purse now. Other than that, it works very well.

Thank goodness my Mom hasn’t actually fallen but several times she pulls it off at night when she’s taking off her shirt - and every time they immediately send her a signal and if she doesn’t respond, they call EMS and then me. I couldn’t reach her either so i rushed over to find she was already nestled safely in bed. The necklace came off whit her shirt and she didn’t want to get out of her warm bed to let them know she was safe and no fall! I called security to let them know she was unharmed and safe in her bed. Quite a 5 minute ordeal but thank God

Mobilehelp is the most economical and provides the best service. It is also the most sensitive unit I have ever had I my entire life. I like the fast that even if I set it down too hard it will go off. I also like that it is waterproof, it is a little more money wise but it is well worth it. When I have bumped the device, it seems to be touchier than I anticipated. It went off, so it did its job and then the people who responded when I didn't get to the the base quickly enough they were professional. They have been wonderful for me and my mom. I highly recommend it for anybody that is looking for this kind of device for elders. I like the fall protection so that if she is not able to call for help or push the button, there are other way to the company. Once they thought she had fallen because she sat down on the toilet har and she didn’t answer the call and they immediately sent the recue and that was great because she was very ill and we didn’t have to take her to the hospital.

I’ve pressed the button three times since I got and three times the men answered my call in the politest way, even though they were mistakes and it wasn’t an official call. I like most everything about it. I use the main one around my neck when I walk. I would recommend mobile help to a friend that lived alone in case she fell because I think it is a good service that is there when I need it. The device is a little heavy around the neck and can be a pain because it is too bulky and I don’t like the wrist one but everything seems to be working so it is okay. I am happy with mobile help. I like that I get a notification for everything that happens. When the battery is low, there is a notification letting us know it was not plugged in properly. I am disappointed in the volume. The salesman said it was super loud and it’s not loud at all. Other than that it is good. We’ve tested it periodically and when we do, we speak directly with mobile help staff. I am happy with the responsiveness so we’re pretty satisfied.

Two weeks ago I was going to the bank and walked to the doctors office. I didn't step high enough to get over the curve and down I went on the grass and it went off immediately. I did get up on my own but at least I know that it does work. One time I pushed it was a false alarm. I rolled over in bed and the pressure turned on the alarm. In less than a minute's time they had a professional on the line with me asking if I wanted transport or whether I was okay or if I would like to have family members contacted. They were very responsive and very professional. My biggest fear is that I would inadvertently get an alert and have it pass your system and the ambulance would show up here ready to take me to the hospital but I didn't need to go.

They've been very responsive and allowed me to postpone returning some equipment because of the pandemic situation. We were unable to sue the cellular option because we have no cel lreception at my parent's house so that's the only thing as I would have preferred to use the cellular option. We've tested it several times and the response was very quick. I think it's a very appropriate solution for my parents who are 85 and 82 and it's been reassuring knowing that they have the system to use because they still live independently.

Response time is super fast. my mother is 92 yrs old and still lives alone. She is still mobile but sometimes falls. She insist on staying in her apartment, so Mobile Help has been a great relief. I was apparently wearing my necklace transmitter too long & it set it off every time it registered I'd fallen but I hadn't. I was able to speak to them. The 3rd time I was sitting here perfectly still & it signaled mobile help again. I was o the phone & didn't over to answer. The next thing I know here's a policeman AND an ambulance. At least I do know now that it works. Come to find out the lanyard was too long on my necklace piece & everytime I bent over it thought I'd fallen etc. They told me to shorten it so that it's above my cleavage. I did that & it has behaved itself for 24 hours now.

Fortunately we've not had to use the system for an emergent need but recently I took my parents in a road trip. The button on my father's wristband inadvertently was pushed while playing with the great grandchildren. The dispatch response called out immediately and was so understanding and helpful. When I needed help putting a package together, they did a great job explaining everything about the options that worked best for me. They're quick and you can learn to use it quickly because it is functional. I don't have any complaints about the device, it is a little heavy but it's just fine. I thought the sales person was quite knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. When I had a false alarm they called back and took a lot of time to tlak to me about it and what needed to be done so that won't happen again. I wish there was a way to talk using the bracelet so you could say that this was only a false alarm. When I accidently set it off the response by everybody was just fantastic. I'm highly satisfied with it to this point.
