The product does not wok well in my assisted living facility. It has a limited range. That was not clear in the all the specs I got for it. They provided me with a lot of details. They are not available over the weekend. The pendant is also very sensitive. Even when I set it down, it signals that I have fallen.

We have several options that are well placed for my mother. It is very reliable. It works perfectly. The response time is extremely quick. If you have a family member you’d like to have the comfort and assurance that they are okay, I recommend mobile help. The price is very competitive.
My main complaint is that is has to charge almost every night. Also when it went off when I hadn’t fallen, I had pressed the button without knowing, they sent the firemen, which was not great.

Seems to do what needs to be done. We have no problems with the device. Customer service needs to contact all parties concerned whenever there is change with the payment method.
The only complaint I have with Mobile Help is the watch band holder is falling apart.
Their mobile device is working the best for me. It is a good value for the money.
