I purchased this equipment based on the good reviews this company received; however, after three months, I decided I did not need it at this time. I contacted the company, canceled my account and returned the equipment. One major factor to discontinue with this company was the extremely slow response time. Every time I called to test the equipment, it took at least 1 to 1-1/2 minutes to respond. If I had an emergency, I could die just waiting for them to respond. Let alone the time it would take for help to arrive. Unacceptable! I was charged for the next three months even though my account was canceled prior to the next charge date and 40 days later, I am still waiting to have the charge taken off my account. There is no apparent reason for this delay, and I am tired of the run around I've been getting. I would not recommend this company. The only response I want from Medical Guardian is my money back! I'm tired of apologies. I want this settled!

The device itself works ok. However they sent a new neck pendant which we TOLD them we didn’t want & billed us extra each month for it. I sent it back & they confirmed receipt. However for over a month now I’ve been trying to get my overcharge refunded. I’ve spoken to six different customer service people & each time they assure me my money will be refunded “very soon”. How long does it take to credit an account! (15 minutes or less) I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau

The first month the base unit was the only one connected. The wrist one and the one that was wore around the neck were not connected. When they were connecting the items to their system the numbers were so small I had to use a magnify glass. I am 76 years old and I don't need this confusion. I have been checking every month to be sure it is connected. That is the only time I have any connection w/them. I pray that the problem is fixed.

We were not told the call to family is from 2 Florida area codes. The call was not identified as medical guardian. That call to family was assumed a scam or robo call. Ambulance came to pick my 91 year old mother out of yard. She was not physically able to get up herself did not require hospital run. We are billed 189.00 for that run. Medical gardian states they have several complaints about no ID on call return and are working to have that fixed. Been in business too long to have not addressed this issue.
