I had two of them and neither of them ever worked when I needed them. They didn't work either time. When I tested it, I did get somebody but when I needed it when I was out and about it wouldn't work. When I tried to test both of them again, neither one of them worked.

They are more than polite and they answer all of your questions. The wristband could be made better because it is hard to take off and put on.

We weren't too fond of the cord on the necklace, and had trouble keeping the device on while laying down. They offer the right price for the package.

The only downside with LifeStation is that it is stationary. I cant easily take it with me when I travel.
