I picked it because of the promises they advertised but the button doesn't really do what they promised. Their service was very, very bad. When you call in to talk about a problem, the people there don't know what they're talking about, they just give you the wrong information. We also had a situation where the alarm went off and they dispatched 911 to the wrong place. I had to turn it all in and quit the service.

They were the only service I found that had what I needed. The button needs to be just a little smaller and make it so that it's not so easy to hit the button.

I understand the concern James, but part of the reason why the button is easy to hit is so that if someone fell and has limited mobility they can still manage to press the button.

Sadly the downside of this is that the people who do not currently need it will at times push the button.

They seemed to offer the features I was looking for, so I got it. As far as I know, the device worked correctly. They responded to any test I did. I ended up terminating the service though. That was when I learned that the sales person misrepresented some things about the service which left me very unhappy with it.

I canceled my service, I wasn't happy with it. The button is just too heavy for an elderly, frail woman to carry it around. I would not get this for anybody who is under 150 pounds. Still, the people on the phone were nice when I called to cancel.
