Beware... Awful refund policy! Put Lifestation in same category as phone and cable providers. Customer for many years and prepaid quarterly to save money. Returned unit per there instructions (at great expense) halfway through the billing cycle and expected to receive some credit. Was told because I choose quarterly billing that was discounted, I was not eligible for ANY type of refund. Again, awful policy especially being a long time customer and extremely disappointed!

They've been very courteous and responsive to any questions or needs. I like that they respond quickly and promptly. The fall detection does work 100 percent of the time but when they call it comes up as a toll free number and that is the only negative thing.

It's a sensitive, one time I was taking in groceries out of the car and bent over and stood up to quickly and my device had though I had fallen so the next thing I heard was a strange voice because the person came on the line. They do a good job but I do wish it looked more like a piece of jewelry instead of just a lump of metal on my chest.

When I tested it I got, I've got a quick response I had to tell them that it was a false. Customer support was good because they were knowledgeable and I was able to get a hold of them very quickly without going through voice automation and being left with a busy signal. I think the quality of the device is very good.

I like it but the device itself sometimes comes apart and maybe I have to ask for another device but I've had it come apart on me. I test it occasionally. The people are very nice. Sometimes I don't get a connection and I get a little concerned if they don't come on right away.
