The last GPS I had was comfortable that I would forget I was wearing it and it saved my life more then once. But I am not crazy with the new Belle. You have to wear it on the rope that bothers my neck where I have screws infused in C5, C6, C7, where before I could click the other one to my medic alert chain. I have tried to reduce the pressure on my neck by putting it in my sports bra, made me look like I had 2.5 breasts. I have tried it hooked to my belt loop on my shorts and jeans but its awkward, uncomfortable, and heavier. You can't pull a shirt over it as it stands out like a sore thumb and is an eye sore. With my body weight, it keeps pulling my shorts or jeans down on one side, I spend more time pulling them back up to wear I don't want to wear it unless I have to. I just make sure I have at least a throw away cell phone in my pocket just incase. The only thing I do like about it is the charger. That's better then trying to figure out which cord goes to what when it comes to charging.

I very much like having a live person when I push the button anywhere I go. I am told to test once a week and that is reassuring to know that I can do that. If the button gets pushed accidentally, I can just say it was an accident without panicking about an ambulance showing up unnecessarily. The only down side is the size and weight of the pendant. It weighs a bit heavy around my neck. I wish there was an alternative clip. Also I have a concern about wearing this hanging near my chest because it is equivalent to a cell phone , right?

Speaking with Beth was fine. I am concerned about your over all response time. It takes too long for someone to answer your alert call. If i had a serious problem it would take several minutes before someone answers. First you push the button, then it has to beep for several seconds, then has too ring two or three times before anyone responds to you call. That is too long. I would like to cancel my contract with you all as march 5, 2018 and am sending back your equipment. .

Having the built in cellular in the pendant is a great plus. Not being able to cancell a call or monitor a loved one via a computer or tablet or cell phone... not so much. When the button IS Activated, the friendly, knowledgeable staff has been OUTSTANDING. Locked in at $379.92 per year a plus, I think Just wonder if there is a combination cell phone/protection service availiable for a simular rate. Also, NO automatic fall detection onboard device, bummer.

Called to return device my mom ordered but when she received it she didn't like. Everything was handled professionally and totally satisfactorily. I was able to return the device and was told to expect a full refund. However, Geofffery tried a little too hard to talk me out of returning the device. I can see how an elderly lady might be intimidated. Once I said my mom really wanted to return for a refund that should have been the end. I had to insist 3 times she wanted to return the device.

This time I called to get an understanding why product was not cancelled and Crystal was very helpful and took care it hopefully. Customer service rep Geoffrey was very helpful and friendly. He gave me exactly the information I was looking for in a timely manner. However, I had great difficulty calling both of your 800 numbers yesterday. Every call was rejected and would not go through after numerous attempts. I finally got through to your customer service today 24 hours later. Not very good for a service that promotes 24/7 customer service.

Your customer service area assured me, after I was unsure why I had not received items yet it was only because my ck had not cleared til yesterday and it would be onl 3 or 4 days and I would have them. I have been wanting one for home for quite awhile since I learned I have epilepsy, partial yet complex. While I do live with my husband and 3 kitties and neighbors nearby, he and they are gone alot. The reason for the 9 versus 10 is delivery. I had to call the company to get the delivery information and an email. Every time I test the product I get very good response and I accidentally pushed the button and they were more than happy to make sure I was okay. I have the mobile - I did find some dead spots at my company - hard to reach areas. It fit my purpose and I wear it most days.

The product was delivered quick and works very well. We opted for the cellular necklace. The speaker is clear and loud. The nice thing about this product is the ability for the call center to maintain medical notes and special instructions. They also allow for family calls before 911 in case of a non life threatening emergency. I wish they had fall detection to make this a higher review.
