I had many problems arise at once last week when both cars went down at once and I realized afterwards that I had stretched my credit cards a bit to far. I look for someone to get a quick loan from to pay down debt and consolidate it. I put in for the loan last night and this evening I noticed it had been approved. I was very surprised because I could not get the website to up load the required documents (not many just those proving my income). They called my twice while I was out of my house and were very nice to remind me about the documents. I sent them in as soon as I figured out what I had been doing wrong the previous night. I appreciate the quick service and also their patience with me since sometimes I my be slow but I not very fast, like them.

This is the 2nd time I have used Best Egg for debt consolidation. In each instance, I saved a significant amount of money each month by dumping the high credit card rates. They give you several loan choices, offer the best rates, and the process couldn't be easier. One thing that I really like is that they only do a soft pull on your credit report. So you login, answer about 5-6 basic questions, and they make you several offers. From start to finish it took about 30 minutes to apply and get approved. I would definitely recommend Best Egg and I would not hesitate using them again. If you need to consolidate you owe it to yourself to check out Best Egg.

I am so excited I am literally lost for words. Thank you thank you, thank you. The representative, Felicia was very nice, courteous, patient, well mannered and professional who assisted me during my loan request. I am very pleased with the quick result and this morning I recommended Best Egg to one of my coworker. Immediately, she sent the information to her daughter who is in the process of buying a car and was searching how to apply for a loan. I will spread the words to others but a major thanks as well to my brother who introduced me to Bestegg because he has positive experience applying for loans.

I had a loan with Prosper at a low interest rate 6.38 for 3 years. Needed to institute another loan and reached out to them since I have done business for with them for 3 years. Mind you, automatic monthly draft, never late on a payment, and credit score higher than originally 3 years ago. They came back with double and 1/4 more than my original loan I had with them and what Best Egg offered!!!! I was shocked. I went with Best Egg and got a much lower interest rate and the process was quick and easy, a response within a day once I provided the documents requested. I am looking forward to doing business with them and you actually can get someone on the phone that can give you answers and help when I had to call them.

The promptness and clarity of everything was addressed over 1 phone call I made almost two weeks after I applied for the loan. I didn't finish the initial loan application right away, because I had to wait for my entire pay stub to process through my new employer. I was told of the additional documents I would need to submit during the document submission process, and my loan was funded the very next day after online submission. I applied for the $10,000 loan and only ended up receiving $8600. BUT, this was explained to me before the loan was actually fulfilled over that one phone call that I made before I submitted the final documents. All is well, and I definitely would recommend and use them again. The promptness of payment was absolute along with the clarity the agent showed me over the one phone call I had with the company. Five stars definitely.

I found the application process extremely easy and I got a good interest rate, though I was hoping for something a bit lower based on the push advertising I'd been receiving. Still a good deal and extremely lower rate than credit cards. I got the money quite fast and my monthly payment is very manageable. This is my second loan with BestEgg and I've been satisfied with the service. BestEgg also received good ratings from an industry journalist, which helped me trust in their service. I can't remember the journalist, but it was a list of reputable lenders from an impartial party. I appreciated that information. My only con is that I can't make extra payments that are less than my monthly payment. Those have to be equal to or more than the monthly payment. But that's not too bad. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The process to fill out the application was effortless. The approval was in seconds. I received great email communication about the status. I filled out my application on Friday and the money was in my bank account on Tuesday, first thing in the morning. Talk about painless!! I think Best Egg does a great job at giving you options for repayment and the terms. They make everything clear up front. No surprises!! Even after the funds were in my bank account, Best Egg did what they said and provided me with a clear email about when the payment would come out of my account. ..etc. Amazing! I will NEVER work with anyone else!

Best Egg offered me a great loan at a great rate and the application process was easy. Also; the funds were deposited very fast into my personal account for use. I also contacted customer support during my application process and the call was answered quickly and the service was exceptional. I felt really good after talking to the rep and she resolved all my concerns with the loan before I actually accepted it. The whole process was very easy and I highly recommend Best Egg for personal loans. I have received many loan offers in the mail before and I kept going back to this one and chose this one.

Debt happens (to everyone) for various reasons; a couple of mistakes and/or medical bills can damage your credit. I'm an honest, hardworking person and tried to improve my financial situation (w/ debt consolidation), but was denied by several creditors. How was I suppose to pay my debt and regain a high credit score if no one would give me a chance? The answer turned out to be BEST EGG! They gave me a chance. They approved a loan with a process that is literally quick and easy. And I stress quick and easy. Best Egg is the best choice above other lenders. This my second loan with Best Egg. The loan application process is streamlined and easy to understand. You pick the amount you want and can qualify for and provide easy concise information and documents. The review and approval process is quick and before you know it the funds are in your bank account. Customer service is great. Could not be easier. I also applied through Discover for comparison and was approved however they dictated what I could pay or not pay with the loan proceeds which I was not happy with. I stayed with Best Egg, the best choice ever.

Simple loan request process that was easy to understand. The flexibility to adjust the loan amount before moving forward is important. I would have liked to be able to change the initial amount requested because the flexibility was limited. I found the the rates to be better than the usual personal loan competitors. Although there is an origination fee, the total cost of the loan was better than those others with no fees. Liked the fact the loan was offered by a local bank and not “funded”. As a result the money was quickly put into my checking account within only a couple days. Very satisfied overall.

I have been struggling with the idea of whether committing to a personal loan to get my debt in order was something I wanted to go through. I am a first generation immigrant and I have been raised to be careful with finances and use credit cards for only emergency situations, so they can be paid off immediately or within a year's time at the most. Unfortunately life almost always does not turn out to be aligned with your expectations, so my family had to rely on the credit cards when we hit a snag. In order to ensure the student loans (yes those horrible things) did not default, we chose to pay those and use the credit cards for daily living expenses. My husband and I have been trying to catch up for a few years now but it's really hard to eliminate debt when every dime you make is accounted for, the salaries stays the same, yet the student loan rates increase and so do your payments and life happens.
Yesterday, yes 24 hours ago I decided to take a leap of faith on this offer from Best Egg, and yes, 24 hours later, I have been approved with a fixed pretty low Interest Rate (50% less than our 22-24% one on the credit cards), for a 5 year term. We chose the 5 yr term because we are 100% sure we can make that monthly payment. In a free financial seminar I attended a while back I learned how to calculate how much more I need to add to my monthly payment so that it goes towards the principal, and it's almost always less than the monthly pmt amount if we would have went with the shorter term limit. With that being said in the next 48 hours the $ will be in our account and we will be paying off our credit cards and be one step closer to debt elimination. Tip: Remove your credit cards from your monthly account subscriptions or whatnot before paying them off. This way you are not tempted to indulge on re-accumulating debt.
Thank you Best Egg for giving us an opportunity to move forward an in efficient and responsible way. I really appreciate it you did not try to lure us to larger amounts of loans than we actually needed (which is what many other lenders have tried to do in the past). The transparency and follow-up on your customer service side was also superb.

When I first received this offer through nerd wallet I thought there is no way this could be this easy but it was. I am very busy and that is one of the reasons why I had multiple accounts and I was wasting money on not even looking at my bills, just paying them each month. Applying with nest egg helped me look critically at my financial situation and gain control. I have done this and now I feel better and that if I stick with the plan I will be debt free in 3 years and could look at some different job options and maybe even move to a warmer state. The process was completed online, no need to talk with anyone in person. Fill out the forms, upload documents that were requested and it was done. I was able to get a decent interest rate for a non-secured loan which was on average 19 percent lower than what I was paying on credit cards and other bills. The only person who can screw this up in the future is myself.

I received a promotional mailing from Best Egg. I had a couple of credit cards with high interest rates and significant balances. Even though I was making more than the minimum payment plus paying the amount of interest charges monthly, the balances were not moving downward very fast. With Best Egg, I explored what my rate would be and was pleased to find it would be 1/3 of the percentage I was paying. I selected the 3 year option. Even with this option, the payment was much less than I was making on the combined cards each month. Since this was true, I was happy to see that I could make additional payments and there was not a prepayment penalty. The online application process was quick. Best Egg's responses and status updates were informational. I did use the Chat option for one question and it was very helpful. I submitted my application on a Thursday afternoon, my funds were deposited by Monday morning. I am very satisfied with the process and happy to make good on my goal to pay off my credit card debt.

Very satisfied! I read some negative reviews on BBB at first and questioned if I should actually attempt to use the service. After a 5 minute approval process, I received a $45K personal loan for home improvement with almost no effort. The process was almost too easy....especially compared to using a conventional bank. Most banks who called me back couldn’t get close to the rate I received from Best Egg. I have nothing but good things to say about the process. I received the money in my checking account in roughly 36 hours and didn’t have to jump through any of the hoops people talked about in the negative reviews. The payment plan and fee (yes, there is an origination fee), are clearly explained and you know what you’re getting up front before you commit. Will use again if needed!

Great experience. I have taken personal loans from another lender twice, and both times I needed to take the loan despite the ridiculous interest rates and terms (135% plus huge fees). Dealing with Best Egg was much, much better. A reasonable rate (14.9%, comparable to a decent credit card). The process was quick. With the other lender, I had to spend a bunch of time on the phone as well as numerous emails involving income verification (I work for a start-up, and so the phone number of our HR department is a mobile phone, which was a huge problem for the previous lender). With Best Egg, I had the loan approved in a few minutes without any hassle, and the money appeared two days later.

I am very satisfied with my Best Egg experience. The application process was simple and quick, very little documentation necessary to secure a competitive loan, and no harassment from agents looking to score a commission. I did not run into any hidden fees, and having secured loans through banks and online through other lenders in the past, I would say that this experience was the best out of all of them. The rate I was offered was better than other lenders and the origination fee was less than other lenders as well, so it was a no-brainer for me to go with Best Egg. The only criticism I have is that, while there is no prepayment penalty, the amount that I am able to prepay must equal or exceed my minimum/monthly payment amount. I would have liked to have been able to chip away at my principal balance with my bi-weekly paychecks to save on interest, but I will just have to save up incrementally until I have an amount equal to my monthly payment in order to prepay. Despite this minor inconvenience, I feel that my overall experience with Best Egg warrants a 5-star rating.

I noticed that my credit score was not as high as I had hoped due to some debt that I carried. My financial advisor suggested that I obtain a personal loan and use that loan to pay off a few credit cards in order to raise my credit score. She recommended Best Egg because she had customers who previously worked with Best Egg and were highly satisfied. To make a long story short, I obtained a personal loan through Best Egg and paid off some of my creditors, and within two weeks, my credit score rose by approximately 50 points!!! Best Egg is highly organized, extremely trustworthy, user friendly, and doesn't give you the 'run around'!!! They absolutely made my lending experience a breeze, and I can't thank them enough for their help!

The process for getting a personal loan from Best Egg is very simple and fully automated. The application process is easy to follow and the income verification process was minimal and easy. Everything can be uploaded. Turn time was fast, beginning to end was 4 days. My first payment was wasn’t going to work for me so I called (on a Saturday) and I was able to change as soon as the first payment was made. I rated Best Egg 5 stars but I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my loan amount. I had 2 other offers for the loan amount I wanted but Best Egg had a lower rate. When I called to ask for a reconsideration the rep nicely said no. It seems like in this day and age there should be a 2nd level look but the rate and service compensated.

I owed several thousand dollars on a high-interest credit card, that was becoming more and more difficult to pay. The interest alone each month was getting was getting out of hand. Fortunately, I received a letter in the mail from bestegg (who I never heard of), and instead of just throwing it in the garbage, I opened it.
Bestegg offered me a lifeline to get my debt consolidated, and allowed my family a known, affordable monthly payment so that we can plan our budget accordingly, and not be paying off the credit card company for the next 20 years.
And they did it quickly!
Within two days, I had the money in my bank account, so within 3 days, those credit card companies lost a cash cow.
I am grateful to know exactly what I owe each month, and the interest rates were very competitive.

I get a lot of marketing emails saying I’m “pre-approved” ranging from car loans to credit cards and personal loans. However, there are only a handful of them are actually more true to their words than most and Best Egg is one of them. The whole process was quite effortless and moved fast. I was funded within 24 business hours of being approved. The entire process took less than 2 business days. The Loan Officer I spoke with felt like he was actually interested in getting me a loan instead of simply saying “no, sorry” or making a ridiculous counteroffer that doesn’t help the consumer. Best Egg definitely helped me consolidate my debt to one easy low monthly payment and overall lower interest rate saving me thousands in the long-run. I will absolutely look to Best Egg first in the future because of this initial experience!

I was very Skeptic at first with the name and how the process was claimed to be so easy but especially from being denied a loan by eleven different lenders and local finance companies but I gave Best Egg a chance due to my financial situation and 2 minutes later i was approved. I was surprised that it was so simple never in my life have I received a personal loan with so little effort on my end and receiving exactly what I wanted with such ease and never leaving my home. Best Egg over all is the fastest and easiest way of receiving a loan that I have ever encountered with everything explained in detail and promised. The best part of the process was being able to upload simple on hand documents and the next thing you know i was funded with out having to explain and hand over all my life info.

Pleasantly surprised! The application process was straightforward and easy. I didn't have to provide excessive documentation such as with other loans. I was approved fast and had the funds in my bank in less than 2 days! I was skeptical at first, but after reading other positive reviews I decided to go ahead. I borrowed a small amount to pay off a high-interest credit card. My monthly payments to Best Egg are low and come out of my bank automatically. The best part is I'll have the loan paid off in less than 3 years which can't be said for credit card payments!
I will definitely borrow again if need be. Best Egg is a simple, stable and smart way to pay off debt!

The loan process was effortless. Questions on application are so clear. Took less than 48 hours for funds to reach my bank. The easiest loan I have ever received. I feel much better about my debt consolidation and the repayment plan fits my budget so well. There is no prepayment penalty and with ONE monthly payment instead of six my cards are all paid off and I can now make extra payments to Best Egg and still be under the amount I was shelling out each month. Staff are most friendly as well. I will definitely do business with Best Egg again should the occasion arise. Interest rate is sooooo much less than any of the credit cards. Do yourself a favor and contact Best Egg for piece of mind.

I was extremely timid about applying for a loan - researched everything, went on reddit, did the Lending Tree comparison, etc etc etc. I tend to overly worry about finances, so I was really careful about this process. But after all that, Best Egg really came through and totally solved my issue. I had several credit cards that I was paying high interest on, and Best Egg gave me the exact amount I wanted and a good rate. I had a 746 credit score and they gave me $35k at 10.99% over 3 years, which is amazing (FYI I make $85k/year). So if you have a good income and good score, Best Egg is where it's at. It took literally 3 days to get the deposit in my checking account. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the loan shopping process, but Best Egg made it simple and reassuring.

I was losing hope that I would never be out of credit card debt. I have contacted one other company about this and they wanted me to not pay my cards for a month or so. They would then talk the card companies down to a lower amount and maybe even no interest. I just couldn’t do it-I made the bad choices of using my card and I needed to be responsible plus then there goes your credit ratings.
With Best Egg all my totals were taken into account and a plan was made. I could pick a 3 or 5 year plan. I have so much relief right now that I will be able to make ends meet. I am so glad I filled out the paperwork.
I don’t think I would have filled out this paperwork it hadn’t come in the mail.
Once approved my money was in my account within 2 days. Amazing!!

I will say the whole process was incredibly easy.I spoke to Crystal who helped me with some documents i needed.I have to say i have never never had such a experience that i received having Crystal she was the most patient person she was so calming when I had trouble with my computer to print a document.Don't you worry I am here for you and I won't leave you.Take all the time you need okay.its was such a awesome exper it experience who says that apply for a loan. I had not previously considered a debt consolidation loan prior to receiving the unsolicited information from Best Egg via the USPS. After researching the company and making a comparison to other institutions providing similar products, I decided to review the offer I received by visiting your web site.
The offer was better than I anticipated and the payment options provided fit my needs. I found the application process simple and straight forward and also appreciated the seamless method you provided for sending you the required confidential documents. I received one follow-up call from one of your professional and knowledgeable associates, asking a few questions and requesting additional documentation. That was it. I applied over the weekend and the requested funds were in my account the following Wednesday. Great Job!!

Sorry for the lack of brevity, but I hope the detail makes up for it ::: 1st ::: Customer Service is top notch. Even if it isn't perfect, they acknowledge it and we worked together to find a solution and made sure I understood what was happening along the way.
::: 2nd ::: - I never felt overwhelmed or frustrated. My documentation requirements were quite immersive since the complexity of my financial situation isn't very cut & dry. (I'm employed by a business I am a partner in, contract work outside my business dealings generating 10-99, K-1, profit-loss, expenses or loss pushing against my "normal income", ,etc). Along with all that I'm really uncomfortable talking about money in general (it just feels weird). They were super patient with me, plus but I walked away learning a few things about my finances as well.
::: 3rd ::: They were notably rigorous, thorough and straightforward during the verification process...three qualities that I value as a straight shooter. This made me feel confident that not only did I seem to have my act together more than I thought, it made me feel safe knowing they weren't passing loans to just anyone and then exit-scamming or saddling their customers with even more debt (see my comments on integrity below)
::: 4th ::: - Everything seems manageable now in the world of my personal finances. And that little chunk of some piece-of-mind goes farther than I ever imagined. ::: Best Egg helped me achieve that piece of quiet and a few extra minutes in my day. It sounds stupid, but it's important. I'm not only a "satisfied customer" I'm grateful that there's a company that others should use an example of what the lost art of customer service & earned trust *has* the power to do.

I applied for multiple loads to consolidate my debt. I would receive many "preapproved" mails from so many companies. After applying to more than 5 lenders, ONLY Best Egg gave me an approval right away! I was ready for another 'decline' to pop up on the screen but to my surprise, I got an approval!!! Sure its half of what I wanted but IT IS BETTER THAN NOTHING! Another great thing is you dont need to talk on the phone and have someone ask you all these tedious questions and hear their judgmental tone of voices. I did everything online and it took less than 10minutes. I am so happy with the loan I received. The payment option was less than my credit card debt, so it was a no brainer for me to get with Best Egg to pay off some of my credit cards and have a lower monthly payment.

We was looking to get a personal loan to pay off some debts. We have excellent credit score, we have no bad debts, all payments have been on time and some we have paid over monthly amount to get them paid down and off. But the interest was killing us. No one would even consider us for a loan, even with our Excellent Credit Scores.
Thanks to Best Egg, the procedure was quick and we was accepted for a loan and with an AWESOME interest rate that will not bankrupt us. We can pay off all those nasty credit companies. and a have some breathing room.

I believe this is the easiest way to procure a personal loan that I have ever seen. The online application is so easy that even this old man could do it. The interest is a little high but the payments are affordable to someone on Social Security. This loan is going to pay some credit card debt and a loan and will lower our monthly payments a lot and reduce interest cost considerably. I had been looking for a loan to consolidate some debt for awhile. We all get the offers in the mail. After some recent "no's" I honestly thought that I would not be able to do this. I decided to give Best Egg a shot after receiving my most recent credit score update.
The process to apply was about as simple as could be. I filled out what I needed and was presented with very clear options on what was available to me and what I would be undertaking if I went forward. This gave me the opportunity to quickly calculate what I was already paying monthly for my debts and to then choose the best option on what I thought I could do.
I definitely recommend not being greedy. Take a loan for what you NEED, and then if you are presented with a higher option, look at it. But just remember that you have to pay it back eventually.
Once I picked my option it was very smooth sailing from there. It almost seems too smooth ya know? When you are talking about these amounts of money. But when it says approved, there is a veritable weight that is lifted off your shoulders. Thanks Best Egg. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. You saved my but this time and I really do appreciate it!

I wish the origination fee was lower but I understand that you
have employees to pay for there work so that is understandable. This is my 2nd loan with Best Egg and it was even easier because they already had my personal data in their system. When I went to verify my employment and banking tnformation, they had a software that allowed me to log into my account through their website allowing them to verify my bank account, and employment through my direct deposits. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and I did it all through my phone! Love Best Egg and even though I looked at other lenders first, I won't go anywhere else but Best Egg! Can't find any better Eggs anywhere! They are top notch and state of the art! Thanks Best Egg!!

I was on the fence about deciding to apply for an online loan. i really was only half considering reducing some of my obligations because i have a sufficient stream of income. However, after calculating some of my interest rate charges, i made the decision to begin the loan process. i actually started with a different loan service, but got too bogged down with their process, and stopped half way through the application. i had previously received online information from Best Egg, and thought I would give them a try. Their quick streamlined process was rather surprising after my first attempt with one of their competitors.
I would suggest to anyone looking for a source of online funds for whatever reason that they definitely use Best Egg. It is a short process with a quick response, and fast delivery of funds into your bank account.

This process was easy, fast and money was transferred to my account within 2 days of applying. I was able to pay off high interest credit credit cards and loan. I would recommend Best Egg to anyone who is experiencing debt. I was able to pay off everything leaving me with one monthly bill. Options 3 or 5 years to repay the loan. 3 years at a lower interest rate or 5 years at a slight higher rate. I choose the higher rate. The only thing I would recommend is to apply for a little extra than what is needed due to fees that come out of the initial amount you apply for. Otherwise, great experience I am happy now.

Wow! This is the easiest loan experience I have ever encountered. I have been praying for a responsible way to get out of credit card debt and Best Egg's offer landed right in my mailbox as the answer. I get many offers and have not felt comfortable about the others. I appreciate that Best Egg allows you to see your rate without impacting your credit. I decided to go with Best Egg because I am using this loan to pay off 3 credit cards and I received an APR that is 8% lower than my lowest credit card APR and 14% lower than the card with the highest APR that I am paying off with this loan. This is a godsend in my opinion.

Got a letter in the mail from Best Egg and didn't think much about it. But I kept receiving them and from other "lenders". Best Egg was NOT my first call. The first "lender" said they couldn't help me. The 2nd lender offered me 19.99% but with fees that was like 32%. BEST EGG (my 3rd lender choice) was 9.99%! (results may vary) but in MY situation it was a no brainer! I read reviews (online and BBB) before I actually accepted the offer. 2 days later I had the $ deposited in my account!
The ONLY thing I don't like is IF you DO NOT choose "Auto Pay" they charge you an additional $7 per month. I will see if they will move my due date out 14 days as it is due 30 days after it's deposited and my house payment is due that same time of the month.
That's the only negative thing. EASY to apply, FAST service!
Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting a personal loan!

Got a pamphlet in the mail. Thought about my lines of credit and how exhausted I was trying to keep up with all 5 of them. Gave the online portion a try since it didn't hit my credit. Got a call a few days later and just chit chatted with the very very nice woman on the other end of the line. She listened to me rant and she even ranted about her life and stories. She answered every last question I had from the credibility of best egg to searchable references for best egg to the terms of my loan to the fine details at every single step along the way. Even waiting 10 minutes as I confirmed with my fiance if this is what we wanted to do. We were still skeptical until the very end when the money truly hit the account in less than 7 days from closing on the loan. It came in just in the nick of time as well. We are excited about the fixed rates and interest and are extremely confident we are saving a significant amount of money in the long run by consolidating our debt into the best egg loan.

I went to Best Egg a few years ago to consolidate old debt and to help my daughter. They were up front with rates (which were cheaper then what I was paying), they were upfront with monthly payment and they had auto pay. I had no collateral and was approved.
Now again, here I am. Tried to help out my son and get him a fresh start, they haven't changed, quick to make their decision, up front rates with the monthly payment that will be withdrawn to be paid off. This is twice now Best Egg has saved me and both times - I've had no collateral, just tried to help my kids which didn't work out. I have read all the positive reviews and to be honest was skeptical but thought I would give it a try.
I received a pre-approval notice in the mail and thought I would check them out. I was looking for a small amount $2500 to pay credit cards down to $0. I liked that I was able to check my potential rate and term online with only a soft credit pull before doing a full application to see if the terms worked for me. I got a full truth in lending disclosure up front so I knew the terms.
Three points on the terms. I would have liked a lower rate (mine was middle teens), and less than a three year term, but I know I can pay off early, so I can deal with that. And as far as the rate, that isn't too bad for an unsecured personal loan. Plus my credit card interest is in the 20%-25% percent range so it was still a savings. Origination fee was $99 and that comes off of the amount you request and I don't think they tell you what it will be until after the approval, so that is a bit of a risk.
I decided the terms were acceptable and moved forward. 5 A few more very simple typical questions such as income, housing payment, employer, etc. Be honest about income because my guess is from databases they probably know what your income is anyway approximately, and they will ask for verification if something is off. Once I did that and clicked submit I got a response back after a few seconds with an approval and provided bank routing and account information for deposit. One other thing - interest is charged daily and payments go toward interest first, so if you want to pay towards principal, the best time to do it is the day of or next day after your regular payment so you are only paying 0 or 1 day interest as part of the payment.
This was a Wednesday night around 10pm and the money was in my account on Friday morning to my surprise. Amazing!
I have already logged in to the servicing portal for the company they use and it is pretty basic, but has all the necessary info and ability to make online payments easy enough.
Not everyone will have this experience and some will be declined, I was surprised. I don't think I would have tried it without the pre-approval offer though based on my history. But the short story is that I think these 4 and 5 star reviews are pretty legit based on my experience.

VERY pleasant and EASY experience with Best Egg:
1) I got my "Pre-Approval" letter a few days ago, applied online yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised to be tentatively approved for three possible loans of $6500, $5000, or $4000) !!! All three were available for either three years or five years, and I liked the fact that Best Egg said checking would NOT impact my credit score. [But NOTE that if one DOES accept a loan offer, they WILL do a "hard pull" to determine "final approval" of our loan. This "hard pull"on your credit- as opposed to the "soft pull done above" - will probably temporarily lower your score.]
2) I also like their "TRANSPARENCY": after I was "pre-approved" I was able to view all three loans with interest rates, monthly payments, total interest, etc. They said there would be an "Origination Fee" that would be deducted "up front" from my available loan amount, with the exact amount depending on both the amount and term and interest rate of my loan. Their Loan Agreement, etc. was also available, and written in VERY understandable terms. Thus no "hidden surprises" and no "fine print" :-)
3) After "thinking things over" last night and early this am, I chose the $5000 - 3 Year loan offer at only 15.99% APR - a VERY "attractive" rate for a guy who has been out of bankruptcy for only just a little over two years !!!
4) I called New Egg this morning, since I had a few minor questions, and spoke with a very pleasant representative who patiently answered all my questions and said I WAS approved ! After which she "walked me through" the loan acceptance procedure, which, BTW, was quick and easy to do. She said I will have the $$$ deposited into my bank account within a ONLY a day or two :-) How NICE is that !!! NOTE that since MY "origination fee" was $249.50, I will be getting $4750.50 [$5000 - $249.50] deposited directly into my bank account - all of which Best Egg tells us "up front" :-)
5) One more thing: after bankruptcy I was doing a good job of building up my credit, getting credit cards, and paying them off monthly ... until the "tax man came a-calling" [since income taxes owed are usually not discharged in bankruptcy]. I was starting to get really "jammed up" by having to use some of my credit cards to pay off both the state and federal taxes I owed. Now thanks to Best Egg, I can pay off the high-interest credit cards and keep my credit score from "tanking": THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Best Egg - you've made me one HAPPY and now "WORRY-FREE" CAMPER !!! :-)

I applied for a debt consolidation loan with Best Egg and I am extremely happy with both the finance charge and the amount that I received, which was exactly what I requested. I was funded in two days and immediately paid off all of my credit cards. It was such a simple process and compared to other companies, Best Egg is second to none. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. I applied online and my money was in the bank in 2 days. I opted for the 3-year loan instead of the five-year loan. It is a much better value and I saved much more in finance charges also. Thank you for approving my loan and for being there when I needed you.

Had a financial situation arise and needed to resolve it quickly. They had sent me a lot of ads in the mail but I really didn't need the loan. Then I did, Did the application on line, approved in 4 hours. Got approved around 4pm on Tuesday and loan was funded and money was in my account at 12 am, midnight that Thursday. 28 hours from time of approval and funding. Very impressed, The rates are credit score based. Rate was a little high but had to do it and then things went well for me and I really didn't need the loan after all. Staying with them, paying off a few other things and consolidating to 1 payment and they auto draw which I love. Anyway, If you are financially responsible and just need help, which happens to everyone, this company is quick. Again, funds in my account 28 hours after approval. Not sure what all their qualifications are but I pay my bills, a little over extended on credit which dropped my credit score from like 722 to 620. Never late. Thus I believe my loan rate was higher due to credit score. Price one has to pay when score drops. I like my company credit union as loans are 1.99% but didn't want to go through them for this situation. Short term loan. 36 months but should have it paid in 6 months. Again, I recommend as process was simple, quick funding. By the way, I was leary of logging onto my bank account online via their web site. Entered id and password but they had good information on line regarding their business so I did it and it actually speeded up the process. No concerns now. Simpler than my credit union and that's like automatic.
