I had never taken out a personal loan before, so I had been shopping around so to speak. Best Egg offered a variety of different loan options at one of the better interest rates I could find considering my credit(moderate). The application process was extremely easy, upon approval I only needed to provide some standard information, and just like that the loan amount was available to me within 2-3 days. The payment options are perfect for me and I won't be penalized for making early payments which is a huge plus. Compared to other loan companies, Best Egg ended up being a homerun. I would recommend them to anyone considering a personal loan. Mine allowed me to pay my credit cards off, raise my credit score, and get some of the dental work I need done. Big weight off of my shoulders.

This was the very first time that I've ever applied for a loan through Best Egg, even though many advertisements arrived magically at my place of employment. I was absolutely, completely, and totally satisfied and overjoyed with the help that I directly received from Emma today in her role as my loan specialist. She was extremely helpful in everything that she shared with me, and very patient as she remained on the line with me as I went through the various processing steps; through her excellent help, my techno fears were alleviated, and through her detailed and professional knowledge of all of the pertinent and relevant steps, the processing of all aspects came out perfectly. I do hope that others will read this, not only to be able to recognize Emma's central role here, but also to express my great appreciation for having your United States based customer service. Being able to speak with an American citizen with no foreign accent in such a large transaction with many implications of responsibility on my part is tremendously assuring. I hope that you will always retain your American based excellent customer such as that which I have received from Emma today!

I did research on a few sites and have had to take out loans before due to unforeseen events. Recently, I had two very difficult ones back to back, and even my bank of 20 years would not help. At first, I thought that best egg was giving me a horrible APR, but after shopping around and probably destroying my credit after all the polls, I ended up realizing that they were twice as good as anyone else. I really only need this to help me in the next six months and then will be back on track due to other funds coming in and I expect to pay this off early, but I was really worried about how we get through the next couple months without defaulting. This ended up being the best option and I really really can’t think them enough. The service was smooth and the process was easy. Thanks again guys and gals.

So far I've had a 5 star experience, which I really didn't expect. There are fees but I got a loan for consolidating my debt. This means I am going to have to pay some fees. However, in the future, having gotten a delinquency on my credit report removed and all my debts within the gold standard range, my score will sky rocket and future interest rates will be lower and less fees. I will in the long run, make the fees and higher interest I pay for this loan, back several times over. Thank you best egg for taking this risk on me, while at the same time changing my families future. I will not let you down. I have a new found confidence and am over the moon excited about all the benefits to come with this small investment. If you're reading this and are concerned over the fees, look at the bigger picture. Establishing credit or repairing it is pricey. But way more expensive over time if you don't bite the bullet and just fix it. A "excellent" credit score is not free but it is a must. Pay the fees, use the loan wisely and get excited about your future too.

This is my third personal loan with Best Egg. They have great rates and their application/approval process is super quick and easy, as well as how fast they deposit your approved loan amount into your bank account Also with my previous loans it was super easy on their website to track your current loan balance and make payments, if you don't opt for the auto pay. Can't say enough good things about this company, I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a loan to pay off higher apr credit cards, or for any other loan purpose. I am not being paid in any way for this review (I wish I was!! Lol )....just a very satisfied customer.

Obtaining this personal loan was made very seamless with just a minor delay trying to convince the verification department to consider my Veterans Administration Disability Compensation Pension monthly direct deposits shown on my USAA bank transactions as sufficient "Verification" of part of my income which is an Indefinite source of income (for life), because trying to obtain a letter from VA confirming my pension benefit will not be practical in the essence of time or if they get to it it will take forever with all the bureaucracy involved. So I'm glad they were able to deduce to some common sense connecting.. Other than that, every step was made very easy thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of both Julia and Shapeeka and their patience and helpful attitude. So thank-you both Julia and Shapeeka again for you help.

Very convenient easy & streamlined application process, loan representative reached out right away to provide additional details & answer any questions & there was no request to upload any documentation. Pretty hefty origination fee but much better interest rates then what was being offered from some of the Credit Karma lenders who also had a large origination fee. The rate was a little higher than the local banks but in this day & age some of us are willing to pay a little more for the no hassle convenient online loan options. Also, this is a simple interest loan, not a precomputed interest loan so you can actually apply funds to your principal balance. Very happy & very impressed with this company.

This is my second loan with Best Egg, and let me tell ya; this is by far the best experience I've had with any personal loan company. Time and time again, Best Egg delivers!
The rate is CRAZY competitive. It is an unsecured loan, and yet, the proposed APR is only 1% more than other competitive car loans which is secured with a collateral. This rate, in short, is insanely good.
The other similar competitors providing unsecured loans will charge 10~20% APR. And Best Egg will handedly beat them every time with the most reasonable interest rate out there (over the coarse of the loan, the interest savings alone will add up to thousands of dollars!)
The approval experience is also the best. When it's approved, you get a text message saying it's approved, and BAM!, you see the money in your account.
Don't waste your time with other companies, just go with Best Egg!

I was literally shocked that I was approved in a couple of minutes while the agent walked me through application online. She can tell I was already approved just by looking into my information. Always check which banks are financing your lending company. If you have a good past relationship with the bank… a huge possibility you get approved. Make sure nonlate payments in the past and debt to income ratio… which is weird coz I already owed 20,000 in credit card debts plus an outstanding loan balance with two other companies. I applied to loan to consolidate my credit card debts :0) I used the money to pay off some of my debts that I have a hard time catching up on.

I have been watching personal loans from Credit Karma for 2 months deciding on a home improvement loan. I read every review on each company. Best Egg had the best reviews and most current. So an hour ago,I made the decision to apply.
The application was so quick, within seconds I was approved.
In fact it seemed to easy, so before accepting it I wanted to call and talk to a live person.
I called and was put right though to a agent, I asked my questions and concerns and was happy with the answers, so I decided to go forward.
The representative on the phone said he would stay with me on the line, all I had to do was put in my routing number and bank account number for the funds to be sent and hit agreed.
The rep was telling that is all you need to do, then he yelled in excitement wow you are already approve and set, the money will be in your account within 1-3 days.
Best move I have ever made.

I’ve been looking at personal loans for awhile and was shopping around for the best interest rate I could find. When I first checked the interest rates with Best Egg I wasn’t overly thrilled since I was finding better rates elsewhere. However, one day I got a letter in the mail from them like the typical ads you normally get. Well when I opened it up I was given an offer code for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower rate than I’ve ever seen for any personal loan. I thought it was way too good to be true. Best Egg proved me wrong, and not only did they get me the super low interest rate, but they got it to me in about a day. These guys are legit and are saving me a ton of money.

Craziest thing ever! I entered very minimal information and it took me a few minutes. Within less than 24hrs of applying it was deposited into my Wells Fargo account. CRAZY!!! I didn’t even have to deal with a chat bot or a live human person. Pretty cool! I can now pay off all my credit cards and spare myself all that interest for several cards. Oh and my credit score is less than 650! I do have an excellent payment history and a great credit mix. My credit utilization is what kills me. And maybe my 2015 bankruptcy. Either way I look less than perfect on paper. So glad they took a chance on me! :)

After receiving an invitation from Best Egg, I applied for funds online. Applying online was easy but you will need various forms of information to complete the process. My initial application was denied because Best Egg did not recognize my credit union for direct payment authorization. I did re-apply and accepted an alternative offer that was provided. During this process I called Best Egg by phone, connection with a representative was easy. The representatives answered my questions and were very helpful with the process. I would recommend Best Egg to anyone considering a loan, the best opportunities will be those with a good credit score and solid income.

Initially this was a one star due to a clerical error that showed my income 10 times more then what I make. I would have thought considering I was only taking a $8,000 loan that somebody would have realized there must be a typo. But they have me process all my paperwork wait all weekend and then we're not proof of income compared to what was listed. I was angry. They told me to correct the income on the application and run it again and it would not harm me on my credit. So I did so and they immediately approved me for $2,300 less than what I was asking for but still enough to where I can breathe. Thank you very much for the approval. And not thank you very much for the initial heart sync when I wasn't approved. Great customer service though I will say that

Best Egg is THE best option out there for anyone who is looking to get a loan and do it quickly. They have outstanding customer service, whether dealing with the chat option or speaking to a live representative. I enjoyed having all the numbers laid out in loan scenarios, where I could choose the best loan product for my exact needs! I got to choose from (3)- different funding scenarios, with loan terms ranging from 3-5 years, showing all applicable loan terms, new- APR & fees & finally new monthly payment!
Best Egg made it painless & I was approved in about 15 seconds after my consent & submission of the new terms. The only other thing, that would've made it perfect, would've been to let me choose my preferred payment date of the month, as other lenders let you do! Other than that, I have no reservations whatsoever.
About as painless & worry free as you can get!

I was expecting more disappointment. What happened instead was joy and happiness. I have been trying to consolidate my debt for ages. I was turned away mostly.
Best Egg gave me a chance, a new beginning, and took a lot of my anxiety away from financial burdens.
I highly recommend Best Egg. Quick, extremely helpful, and quality customer care. After u put in my application I had questions so I entered a chat. I had been notified I'd have to wait a few days for my information to be verified. But the agent in chat answered my questions and proceeded to verify my information on the spot and approve my application. I never asked about verification, so I was quite surprised and pleased. Within a day of my application I received the funds in my account.

I spoke to a young lady the first time with the best customer service skills I have ever experienced somehow we got disconnected when I called back I spoke to a gentleman who re-explained everything to me the nice young lady had already went into full detail with me and then sent me to the accounting department where I spoke to another gentleman who again explained everything that dealt with my loan and this was the smoothest application I've ever done! Received an offer in the mail. Just decided to give this offer a try to consolidate credit card debt accumulated after divorce as a single mother. Though I was skeptical, I completed the process and was quickly approved. The process was simple and easy and will relieve the burden of multiple payments as well as lowered total monthly output on debt repayment, putting money back into my pocket to be budgeted otherwise. When I had questions, I spoke to a gentleman in customer service named Jordan who was able to answer my questions and reassured me that my loan had been approved and explained how it would be funded. Funding proceeded as promised. I honestly could not believe how easy this process was and have had a positive experience thus far. There was a loan origination fee, but the APR was actually less than I would have been offered at the credit union where I bank for the same repayment period and funding was faster. At this point, I would definitely recommend Best Egg to anyone in a similar situation as myself in attempt to find more suitable options to debt repayment.

The application process was probably the easiest & fastest I've experienced with any type of loan. It took literally 5 minutes to apply, which I did as I stood naked getting ready to enter the shower. I had my money within 2 business days and was able to retain the lawyer. Communication was a breeze, and I was able to set up my online account quickly and schedule automatic payments using my checking account. The one time I needed to call customer service, there was no waiting and I was helped swiftly. The service was good. I had looked up several loan options and even attempted one, but didn't like the terms or process, and ended up abandoning the one I started elsewhere with a big F you because their service was shitty & sketchy. I found & liked what I saw regarding the Best Egg process, and I needed money fast to cover the balance of a lawyer, and Best Egg came through for me nicely.

I needed to consolidate some deferred interest credit card purchases that were coming up on their due date, after crunching numbers I determined I would clear the debt and reduce my monthly payments on all lines of credit by over $1000 if I went with the personal loan. The money hit the bank well within the timeline laid out, my payments on the loan are scheduled to auto draft and I’m currently at $0 credit card debt. I’m also hoping that I’ll see a spike in my credit score in the next 2-3 months.
If you’re considering this loan to pay down debt make the payments as soon as the money hits your account and don’t start spending again on those accounts. Now that the original debt is consolidated into a single, scheduled payment I’ll be able to go back to paying off my primary card for monthly expenses and still be paying less than I was before.
The fees and interest for Best Egg were a little higher than other lenders for my credit score, however the prescreening questions were much more targeted and took into consideration my entire household income but didn’t require my husband to co-sign with me.
If you’ve got balances with deferred interest coming due I would recommend this type of loan.

I was quickly approved for a previous loan to consolidate all CC debt, with the intention of paying that loan off rapidly. Which I did, in full, in under a month. At the same time, I took another personal loan, to fully payboff the remainder of the revolving debt.
All revolving is now at 0%.
The other lender, charges a considerably higher interest rate, while I have aggressively paid that note as well, your rate is superior.
All of this has prevented me from taking onerous tax hits from dipping into investment accounts.
I think you offer a great service for those who don't have the patience to go through a typical bank process, but have the wherewithal and cash flow to pay rapidly and eliminate the debt as quickly as possible.

Current rating for ease of application, rate, terms, and no prepayment penalty! Needed a way to get on track and manage multiple smaller debts in order to start paying my “gi-normous” student loan debt!
Had some concerns about customer service level reviews but like anything, hopefully one makes an informed decision with a variety of facts at hand.
I was grateful for this type of loan service - less hassles than having to try and carve out time at my bank or credit union. I hope if I ever have to call in that I reach someone who likes their job - hopefully they know they can make all the world of a difference in the day for someone applying for a loan and then helping loan holders manage their loan obligations when questions arise.
Let then games begin! ;)

Painless process - good rates, low origination fees. I'm happy. My credit score is very high, so your mileage may vary. Chat support is very responsive.
Minor nit: the customer dashboard does not display documents that need to be posted, so my loan was PENDING for 48 hours until I chatted with someone. But, it's a very minor point.
All said, I have what I need for a kitchen renovation in less than 3 days. Compare that to a HELOC that would have taken easily 8 weeks with comparable rates. The only way I could get a lower rate would have been to refi my mortgage and pull cash out. But I'd pay way more in closing costs.

I work one full time job, one part time job, go to school full time, have never missed or made a late payment, and have always kept my FICO above 715. But when life threw some major curve balls my way and I needed financial assistance, my bank was presenting astronomical rates for debt consolidation loans. For an entire year I waited for my bank's rates to go down while I watched my debt balance go up. I felt defeated.

already feel. I bet it took less than 15 minutes to answer a few questions and "bam" I'm reading about the loan agreement and arranging auto pay for repayment of the money I'm about to have deposited into my bank account. Thanks to Best Egg for this opportunity to do business with them.

Best Egg has been a life saver for me. I was not delinquent on any financial obligations but the very high interest rates were starting to catch up with me. I could see how I would be falling behind in my payments within the next few months if I didn't get some relief. After trying to negotiate with my creditors to honor my excellent payment track record by offering me revised/reduced interest rates on my outstanding balances - and getting no positive responses - I opened the offer letter that had come in the mail a few weeks ago from Best Egg. I was looking for a loan to consolidate debt ,my credit cards and pay off my remaining balance on my car loan . I was pressed for time and tried another company first which the process with them was very unprofessional, customer service was horrible and after multiple problems I decided to look else where . While filling out my application for best egg I got a call from customer service asking if I needed any help and that’s when I knew this was the company I wanted to work with . The associates i spoke to throughout the time of completing my loan were all very friendly , relatable , and personable. The customer service hours are extended for people who work longer hours like a do . On top of all that I received my money promptly (within one day) , no issues in the application process it went very smooth.

I was excited to learn that I qualified for a consolidation loan from Best Egg. The application process was simpler than I'd even hoped it would be and I had an answer within minutes. All of the paperwork is done electronically which is perfect for me. I have been working hard these last 2 years to improve my finances and it has paid off by enabling me to qualify with Best Egg. The interest rate is far below any of remaining credit cards that I am paying on and I will be completely debt free with the exception of my home within 3 years. That is the best feeling in the world. Thank you Best Egg for making this process so much simpler. Wow!!!!!! I filled out the application on Tuesday night after hours, by Wednesday they verified my document and approved the loan. Thursday they sent the funds to my bank and by Friday morning first thing, the funds were in my account. I've never experienced anything as streamlined, easy and efficient as this. Usually when I apply for a personal loan with a bank, I have to constantly call them for an approval, etc. Everything with Best Egg was straight and to the point. I found them on credit karma stating that they preapproved me for a certain amount and that I had a 90% chance of getting approved. I was skeptical because lots of loans preapprove you for one amount and then when they run your credit, they cut it down to half with interest rates at 35%. This is insane. Best Egg stood by their offer and I even increased their offer by a few thousand and I still was still approved. I appreciate you guys and I love anything that's easy and efficient. I just paid 7 credit cards down to 0 that I've been struggling to pay off for a while now. My boyfriend will be applying next. Thank you so much.

The application process has been good, with 3 extremely helpful customer service representatives.
I wish the fees were disclosed earlier in the process so that I was not surprised by the difference between the loan amount requested and the proposed disbursement amount. I ended up calling and have my loan reworked to ensure that the amount received met my needs instead of falling $500 short.
The loan processing was extremely quick (under 24 hours from application to funding) and thankfully I just made the cutoff time to adjust the loan amount upwards & ensure sufficient funds were deposited into my account.

BestEgg was super simple and they had better rates than the 4 other online loan services I tried. Each of the others had much higher origination fees and a couple had higher interest rates too. The key to comparing offers is to look at the APR as that includes the interest plus the origination fee. With a couple of the others, they didn't mention the origination fee at all until you were quite far down into the process but the APR was much higher so I knew there must be a large one.
Also, BestEgg gave an easy option as to whether to include the origination fee in the requested loan, or add it to the loan and finance that. No one else did that. The others just subtracted the origination fee from requested loan amount which meant that I didn't have the amount I needed and had to guess what to increase it to in order to cover the origination fee. BestEgg's way was much easier.
They gave me the option to login to my bank to avoid some of the verification steps, but I chose to upload a copy of my last W-2 and my last couple paystubs, all of which I had digital copies of from my employer and they made very easy to upload to the application.
Finally, as part of the rate, I was required to pay a portion of the loan directly to the credit cards I was using this for. They made it very easy to add that information. I really like that as it was one less step for me.
I've had 2 loans with another provider but will be moving to these guys going forward if I need any more loans.

I felt buried in financial grave. I was out of work while attempting to pay off some credit card spending. After rolling it over to a 0 pct 18 month credit line I found myself unable to make payments and living off the same cards I recently rolled over, adding to my debt. After regaining employment the payments made didn't amount to much after all the interest charged. Best allowed me to pay the cards, and start to relieve myself of this burden with a monthly payment I can afford, at an interest rate less than I was paying before. It will take some to completely pay it off but it will be faster and less expensive...I do hope I can keep working to continue to pay on time during this COVIF crisis.

I've been so pleased with my existing Best Egg loan that I applied for and was approved for a 2nd loan today! The process was so straightforward to apply with the offer code I was provided and I was given a better interest rate than my current accounts. So, taking out this additional loan through Best Egg was a no-brainer for me after I crunched the numbers of my bills and actually saw how much they varied month-to-month. I opted for a loan of a lesser amount than I queried because the monthly payment was the median of what my monthly installments have been. Combine that with Best Egg's no punishment for prepayment and I can practically hear my credit rating take a sigh of relief from the "Rollercoaster of Rebuilding" from my poor financial decisions over a decade ago! I had many problems arise at once last week when both cars went down at once and I realized afterwards that I had stretched my credit cards a bit to far. I look for someone to get a quick loan from to pay down debt and consolidate it. I put in for the loan last night and this evening I noticed it had been approved. I was very surprised because I could not get the website to up load the required documents (not many just those proving my income). They called my twice while I was out of my house and were very nice to remind me about the documents. I sent them in as soon as I figured out what I had been doing wrong the previous night. I appreciate the quick service and also their patience with me since sometimes I my be slow but I not very fast, like them.

This is the 2nd time I have used Best Egg for debt consolidation. In each instance, I saved a significant amount of money each month by dumping the high credit card rates. They give you several loan choices, offer the best rates, and the process couldn't be easier. One thing that I really like is that they only do a soft pull on your credit report. So you login, answer about 5-6 basic questions, and they make you several offers. From start to finish it took about 30 minutes to apply and get approved. I would definitely recommend Best Egg and I would not hesitate using them again. If you need to consolidate you owe it to yourself to check out Best Egg.

I am so excited I am literally lost for words. Thank you thank you, thank you. The representative, Felicia was very nice, courteous, patient, well mannered and professional who assisted me during my loan request. I am very pleased with the quick result and this morning I recommended Best Egg to one of my coworker. Immediately, she sent the information to her daughter who is in the process of buying a car and was searching how to apply for a loan. I will spread the words to others but a major thanks as well to my brother who introduced me to Bestegg because he has positive experience applying for loans.

I had a loan with Prosper at a low interest rate 6.38 for 3 years. Needed to institute another loan and reached out to them since I have done business for with them for 3 years. Mind you, automatic monthly draft, never late on a payment, and credit score higher than originally 3 years ago. They came back with double and 1/4 more than my original loan I had with them and what Best Egg offered!!!! I was shocked. I went with Best Egg and got a much lower interest rate and the process was quick and easy, a response within a day once I provided the documents requested. I am looking forward to doing business with them and you actually can get someone on the phone that can give you answers and help when I had to call them.

The promptness and clarity of everything was addressed over 1 phone call I made almost two weeks after I applied for the loan. I didn't finish the initial loan application right away, because I had to wait for my entire pay stub to process through my new employer. I was told of the additional documents I would need to submit during the document submission process, and my loan was funded the very next day after online submission. I applied for the $10,000 loan and only ended up receiving $8600. BUT, this was explained to me before the loan was actually fulfilled over that one phone call that I made before I submitted the final documents. All is well, and I definitely would recommend and use them again. The promptness of payment was absolute along with the clarity the agent showed me over the one phone call I had with the company. Five stars definitely.

I found the application process extremely easy and I got a good interest rate, though I was hoping for something a bit lower based on the push advertising I'd been receiving. Still a good deal and extremely lower rate than credit cards. I got the money quite fast and my monthly payment is very manageable. This is my second loan with BestEgg and I've been satisfied with the service. BestEgg also received good ratings from an industry journalist, which helped me trust in their service. I can't remember the journalist, but it was a list of reputable lenders from an impartial party. I appreciated that information. My only con is that I can't make extra payments that are less than my monthly payment. Those have to be equal to or more than the monthly payment. But that's not too bad. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The process to fill out the application was effortless. The approval was in seconds. I received great email communication about the status. I filled out my application on Friday and the money was in my bank account on Tuesday, first thing in the morning. Talk about painless!! I think Best Egg does a great job at giving you options for repayment and the terms. They make everything clear up front. No surprises!! Even after the funds were in my bank account, Best Egg did what they said and provided me with a clear email about when the payment would come out of my account. ..etc. Amazing! I will NEVER work with anyone else!

Best Egg offered me a great loan at a great rate and the application process was easy. Also; the funds were deposited very fast into my personal account for use. I also contacted customer support during my application process and the call was answered quickly and the service was exceptional. I felt really good after talking to the rep and she resolved all my concerns with the loan before I actually accepted it. The whole process was very easy and I highly recommend Best Egg for personal loans. I have received many loan offers in the mail before and I kept going back to this one and chose this one.

Debt happens (to everyone) for various reasons; a couple of mistakes and/or medical bills can damage your credit. I'm an honest, hardworking person and tried to improve my financial situation (w/ debt consolidation), but was denied by several creditors. Best Egg is the best choice above other lenders. This my second loan with Best Egg. The loan application process is streamlined and easy to understand. You pick the amount you want and can qualify for and provide easy concise information and documents. The review and approval process is quick and before you know it the funds are in your bank account. Customer service is great. Could not be easier. I also applied through Discover for comparison and was approved however they dictated what I could pay or not pay with the loan proceeds which I was not happy with. I stayed with Best Egg, the best choice ever.

Simple loan request process that was easy to understand. The flexibility to adjust the loan amount before moving forward is important. I would have liked to be able to change the initial amount requested because the flexibility was limited. I found the the rates to be better than the usual personal loan competitors. Although there is an origination fee, the total cost of the loan was better than those others with no fees. Liked the fact the loan was offered by a local bank and not “funded”. As a result the money was quickly put into my checking account within only a couple days. Very satisfied overall.
